64gb
I agree, and the 64GB replacing the 32GB, a great deal I think it's worth it.out of the past few iOS devices: iPad 2 was pretty bad iPad 3/4 not bad at all iPhone 5 was awful iPhone 5S wasn't horrible unless you wanted Gold IMO, the iPhone 6 Plus availability is the worst I've seen in any iPhone release, particularly 64GB.I spent a few days last week watching craigslist last week and bought a sealed iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Gray last Friday for $725.00 - Activated, went to Apple store grabbed a leather case and an extra lighting cable for use with an old iPad charger for use as my travel charger (Supposedly it charges faster with the bigger iPad charger) Anyway, if you're tired of waiting or don't want to be stuck in a contract paying way over full price for a phone, this is a great alternative.I would have been happy with the 64GB Gold, but the battery life was worse than I'd had with the 128GB I gave my son.I have a 64gb 6+ and I just tested out Epic Zen Garden and it was beautiful and ran completely smooth with no lag or stuttering.I am happy to report impressive battery life since the update so it seems to be working well on my iPhone 6 iPhone 6 64GB (AT&T) // iPad Mini (Wifi) // 2013 MacBook Pro RetinaUpgraded from a 16gb 5S to a 64gb 6 and I am very happy with the upgrade the screen is bigger and sharper add in the Processor speed increase and NFC it's worth the upgrade. My wife's: Nice Name: iPhone 6 Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 Generation: CPU speed: 1.4GHz Screen size: 4.7 inch Screen resolution: 1334x750 pixels Colour: Gold Production year: 2014 Production week: 36 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 16GB Memory - flavour: xx Memory - maximum total: 1GB Factory: DN (China, Chengdu - Foxconn) Mine: Nice Name: iPhone 6 (GSM/North America) Machine Model: iPhone7,2 Family name: A1549 Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 Generation: CPU speed: 1.4GHz Screen size: 4.7 inch Screen resolution: 1334x750 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 35 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 64GB Memory - flavour: xx Memory - maximum total: 1GB Factory: DN (China, Chengdu - Foxconn)So - taking into account Apple deprecated the 64GB 5s model from now on, I've just immediately bought the 64GB iPhone 5s - while they are still present here in stores... And now - I'm REALLY happy with it: I've got the extremely convenient TouchID feature, better camera etc, all in lovely 4" size.should i stick with my 64gb 6 or get a 16gb 6+ , or somehow dish-out/find $100 (which is like a months worth of weekend entertainment for me in college ) an get a 64gb 6+, which my parents won't be too happy about since they think i already spent a lot getting the 64gb 6 then the baseI can fit enough to be happy day to day on my 64GB.Took my lunch hour to go pick it up and I am posting this with my brand new beautiful sexy iPhone 6 plus 64gb space gray!Expect the 128GB to be worth about the same as what the 64GB 5S is worth on the resale market right now.May I take you up on your generous offer: 6+ 64GB Space Gray Verizon If possible, 128GB would be great, too 92584 Thank you!I agree with you and totally get your point BUT now with IOS 8 + the new iPhones, i do not think 16GB is enough to work at a level that most people will be happy with and also have some freedom, it puts limiations on what one can or can't do - this is why Apple should have started with 32GB not 16GB, i am actually shocked that Apple even bothered to make a 16GB but i think this was a last chance deal for them...... a LOT of people travel and you need more than 16GB to just put some movies on a device movies have grown to HD and have iTunes extras + such, next step would be to drop SD - disney has upgraded every digital movie that years ago were only in SD to now HD + Universal will do HD if you provide them with digital info.....i have 3+GB left on a new wireless iPad mini (kids use) i did the update connected to iTunes so it took less space...had to delete every app off to update to IOS 8 - nothing else is on it as we use iTunes match - the apps are getting updated so much faster then ever before and they are being created for new IOS 8 and the app file size is bigger...then, bono (U2) is now working with apple to create a whole new music file/type, i'm sure it will take up way more space.... so while one could make 16GB work with wireless, iTunes match + the ease of using (the soon to come) iCloud storage for your photos + such, it is still very limiting - i don't need 64GB but i bought it b/c 16GB is way too small for me now and i will keep it for 2 years - in the past, i have always used 16GB.... also, people now have more options, they may want to upgrade every year, buy iPhones outright, lease iPhone's as everything has changed in the whole cellular game....in the next 2 years, apple has to drop 16GB, they got away with it this time by offering our lives in the iCloud and since we don't know yet what it will be like (on purpose i am sure) they played us to a degree - i say to a degree b/c on the flip side they offered 4 times the GB (64GB) for what in the past would have historically cost $200 more for $100 less - i love them, don't get me wrong, i am so happy with my 64GB iPhone 6+ and i love the freedom now b/c i was starting to not to have it with my last iPhone at 16GBVery happy with the 64GB 6 I got except Wish I got the 128GB due to lack of space for my photos hopefully iCloud Photo Library will fix this when it launches properly other wise very happy customer with the bigger screen better for web browsing and messagingPre-ordered 6+ 64GB SG @ 1.46am CDT on 9/12 Estimated delivery 10/2 - 10/13 My AT&T site reads 'pending shipment' Cancel button on premier site reappeared 3-4 days ago No sign of any shipment or tracking number Happy for others seeing some progress ... just wish I could see some kind of update!According to the information below, I wonder if they have even been made yet lol My wife's 6 shows: Nice Name: iPhone 6 Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 Generation: Screen size: 4.7 inch Screen resolution: 1334x750 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 33 (August) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 64GB Memory - flavour: xx Factory: DN (China, Chengdu - Foxconn My 6+ shows: Nice Name: Family name: Group1: Group2: Generation: Production year: 2014 Production week: 35 (September) Model introduced: Memory - number of slots: Please tell us how many memory (RAM) slots this machine has.I'm feeling very content and grateful (and excited) considering I accidentally fell back asleep when I was supposed to be getting ready for the pre-order but luckily woke up 3 hours later and got lucky enough to get 7-10 days on the 6+ 64GB with T-Mobile.Where: AT&T.com iP6 Space Grey 64gb 9/19 My Order Status Email: Dear Jay, Great news!Feel free to sound off which version you are getting (including size) as I'm curious what the average on the forum will be Apple kind of threw us a curve ball by bumping the 2nd tier to 64gb but still keeping the paltry 16gb as the base model.I figure a 16GB 4S built in Feb of 2014 (chipmunk.nl) and on 7.04 was worth a couple of Franklin's... so I'll keep it for nostalgia's sake haha... And even then, doesn't make sense to be ashamed. For some reason I always think its really sad when I see such a beautifully designed device that is as large as a tablet/phablet but only 16GB...your going to be constantly clearing room....do yourself a favor because in the long run it will help and you might regret it far after the 14 or 30 days you get it...so many people I know regret getting the 16GB model....I feel almost bad!so today I went to a local apple store cause they had some 6 16s in stock so I was going to buy in store and their also getting the same message on their apple pay 5s devices, so the very nice rep {not the ones all pumped up and wanting to give u a high five in the middle of store cause u got a damn 6 16gb silver} said he would see what he could do to remove the block but nothing worked and in the end I just left and he said I should try Verizon again but if it works on their end I highly doubt they will help further.I'd love 2GB of RAM and whenever possible I like to double up on RAM, when building PC's I've been known to ram as much RAM (pun intended) as possible...maybe in a simple minded effort to just make things "better" but I've been using my rMBP which I only got 8GB of RAM for and compared to the 16GB RAM models its not insanely different...only difference is when I start doing INSANE things in video editing, I'm not talking about transcoding high res video I'm talking about doing some crazy ****** in After Effects and making the computer hot enough to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner....I don't think their is a whole lot on the iPhone 6 you can do that can push the RAM to the limit....I mean yeah opening a zillion tabs (which I am notorious for, I always have max tabs open) is one thing but I still find my phone to respond very well...6+ 64GB Space Gray (swapped it for the 16GB), its perfect glad I didn't go for the 6I'll take what I can get (except 16GB)... 128 would be nice, but I was already happy with my 64GB (would have gone 32 had it been base).16GB now seems like a bad deal and 128 seems like a bad deal as when you move up the next 100 dollars you only double-the-storage instead of quadrupling it.Usually the "cheap"(last years) iPhone gets a 8GB version but this year with the iPhone 5C the cheap version gets 16GB standard.

gold
The gold doesn't look nice on either 6 or 6 + (looked amazing on 5s though) The white/silver variant looks the best.out of the past few iOS devices: iPad 2 was pretty bad iPad 3/4 not bad at all iPhone 5 was awful iPhone 5S wasn't horrible unless you wanted Gold IMO, the iPhone 6 Plus availability is the worst I've seen in any iPhone release, particularly 64GB.I would have been happy with the 64GB Gold, but the battery life was worse than I'd had with the 128GB I gave my son.Nice gold phone, nice song choice, nice nails, nice Audi interior, nice bracelet.yeah with my other phones I went without a case but with the 6 gold, I got a nice leather(brown) case and it feels really nice in my hands and fortunately doesn't add any extra weight to the phone. My wife's: Nice Name: iPhone 6 Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 Generation: CPU speed: 1.4GHz Screen size: 4.7 inch Screen resolution: 1334x750 pixels Colour: Gold Production year: 2014 Production week: 36 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 16GB Memory - 11/11 Heather, so glad to hear yours is processing too!1)I went to the sprint store today and they had a 6+ gold model and it didn't look bad, but the white bands on the back kind of breaks up the flow.never had gold before the black's always been default, but i went to the AS today and the gold with white looks awesome and in the brown leather case the little gold accent ring around the home button is fabulous.... p.s.The white fascia with the gold ring around the TouchID in the Olive Brown looks fabulous, very happy with it.It's not unreasonable to give Cook time to show what kind of leader he will ultimately be - one that's all about piling up the gold, or one that has a unique vision.i saw black it was beautiful and the gold was also beautiful, choose what you like buddyiPhone 6+ Gold 128GB on Verizon So worth the wait man, this thing is beautiful.Gold 5S looked beautiful, it's the combination with the glass that makes it so attractive.I too love the way the gold looks and the bands don't bother me at all since the front is white it all kind of meshes it looks gorgeous IMO.This is the tacky Gold Phone that we worried Apple would make But this is the classy and desirable iPhone 5s that Apple surprised us with And this is the tacky Gold Phone that we worried Apple would make I'm not on the side saying it's horrible and if I ended up with one then I'd be fine.Silver backing looks a little boring and somewhat cheap, but if I have to, I would get silver since it will be cased anyway, but I still prefer gold. You can disagree all you want to defend your desire to not be viewed as vain or superficial, but there's a reason why people went crazy over the 5S in gold (just as an example).I ended up ordering from Apple because of the lack of gold at the Verizon stores- wasn't compromising since gold is my favorite color - I think a black face gold combo would be perfectI'm sorry but Mary realized how much time and effort I put into getting a good phone and I could have switched to android but I stayed the coarse and now I have a new 5s and she gave me a black leather case , then after I emailed Tim cook about the ordeal Erik gustafson calls me and hooks me up with a free 32 gig iPod touch for my daughter , don't let the negative people affect you , there are good people at apple and I gave you there names and emails and you should be treated like gold now , I hope all works out buddy have a happy new year and after 7 replacements I would demand a new device and then you will get upgraded don't be afraid to ask because you have rightsDear everyone, I am getting my gold 5s t-mobile unlocked one tomorrow, great to hear it is indeed unlocked, heard about 3/4 different stories from apple employees (even from the same store).More than happy with my gold 5s, it's mega subtle and looks great living in the Spigen Air frosted case.I'm not unhappy with the gold I just feel like I might be more happy with the black.I got my 6 on launch day and 2 days ago my husband upgraded from his 5s - he got the plus for me and I gave him my regular six The 6 plus has a beautiful big screen but it was not pocketable and is too big to carry and use IMO- I love to bar hop with my husband and attending Niners and Giants games without a purse so it didn't work for me I saw two ladies using their pluses and they looked frustrated trying to stand type and hold the plus however my sister loves hers - even named it the gold finger lol I ended up taking it back and getting him a regular 6.64GB SG & 64GB GOLD ordered in store 9/22 Shipping window 10/30-11/10 GOLD shipped 11/11 out of Fort Worth no emails received from AT&T only one order traceable online (although both shown) online chat didn't work on Safari phone call at 3pm 11/11 rep says gold shipped SG pending GOLD shipped at 3:45 pm phone call to at&t was only way i can find status of SG phone they said a shipment of SG iPhones is expected from China in 2-3 days that the AT&T website is not perfect is not excusable considering their pocket books BE PATIENT FRIENDS - yours, too, will come no need to get yourselves upset or use unkind language towards hapless dronesI got my letter from Apple that "my items should ship between oct 20-27" That is right on track for my delivery estimate of Oct28-Nov4 Unlocked sg+128 9/29 Apple is dumb for making only one black front faced phone and two white............ most of us use cases and you never see the gold..sg..silver... but you see the front and most people want black except for girls and impatient people because its the only phone that might be in stock near you... rant over...!, I ordered the same day at 3:58am, iphone 6 plus, gold, 64gb and have 10/2-10/13 dates and still have backorder message on the 877 number.... We are from TX and yes I am frustrated and mad !!Yes, no one get too excited about shipping, I received the emails/texts for my gold on the 4th, tracking didn't show up until yesterday, and then the news was only that an electronic shipping label had been created, it finally departed Memphis this morning with an expected delivery of THURSDAY, and I literally live a mere 4 hours from there!!!They bothered me before I received the 6plus but in person it doesn't look bad to me and the gold is so beautiful that I don't notice the lines anymore.to make things worse, I just gave in and realized I have been impatient so I reordered my order at AT&T for a 128 GB gold.THe gold actually didnt look as bad as I thought it did in pictures but I am still glad I got a silver one...ohh and only 2 people there getting phonesStill p r o c e s s i s i n g Well I guess I'm not lucky Ordered at 2:44, 2:44 hours after the original pre-order time My 6P 128 Gold is still processing Let's hope for tomorrow I hope I won't be extremely unlucky that my order will stick as processing without charging me until mondayIt shows that the gold phone doesn't have those horribly ugly stark white bands! The silver looks cheap and you know if the siler looks cheap, you can imagine what I think of gold! The antenna bands looks hideous on the gold model, they stick out like a sore thumb.Too bad the gold is pretty uglySpace Grey looks understated but elegant, Gold looks more edgy and interesting to me.My gold 5s is flawless but I just don't like the white face / gold and browns is my favorite colors but the white face doesn't work for meBlack and gold is a gaudy combination from an era of gaudy fashion and decorating. After unboxing them it was kinda weird ; the gold 5s looks fake and the white iPad looks like a toy.Gold is such a terrible colour (yes ive seen it in a store too) also the two tone background is a terrible design too.ditto to my previous comment The 32 gold 5s I had had a more reddish tint to it than my perfect 5 screen (neither with interlacing, I really can't believe first shot I got a good 5s I had terrible luck with the 5 for a while) but I returned it because I saw no reason to really sell my jailbroken 5 and fork over at least a couple of hundred to get the new one.Gold looks tacky, would rather 'boring' than look cheap.

For what you pay, it's actually a great deal, compared to previous iPhones, and 128GB at $399 is a great deal, considering the competitors at $100 less don't even get close to that (even with expandable).I have a 128gb iPhone 6+ ..no problems all the rumors(gates) floating around the internet are all BS ..my iphone hasn't bent ..my 128gb tlc hasnt died ..my screen is perfect ..I get better service than on the Note 3 bottom line is ..unless apple acknowledges the problem or someone posts substantive empirical evidence that has been repeated with the same results by another party ...then its a fake rumor you need not trouble yourself withI would have been happy with the 64GB Gold, but the battery life was worse than I'd had with the 128GB I gave my son.I bought the latest and greatest iPhone (128gb) so I can fit all of my songs on there. This year different story Replaced two iPhone 6 Plus 128gb gold (Third one was perfect) (Both phones had dust or dead/stuck pixels) Replaced one iPhone 6 128gb space grey (Second one was perfect) (First one had dead pixels. That all changed again yesterday when my 128GB silver 6 was delivered and I have to say I absolutely love it The size is perfect (slightly smaller than the S5 it's replaced which makes it much more pocket and hand friendly), TouchID is brilliant and the general fit and finish is second to none I didn't think I'd missed iOS but even though the last version I used was 6 and it's obviously changed a lot since then it was like welcoming an old friend and it feels good to be back I've always had dark coloured phones before but this time I decided to go for the silver as white is the iconic Apple colour IMO and I'm really glad I did - it looks stunningI've got tons of great music (sequenced playlists - streaming is not the end all for music lovers), movies, pod-casts, loads of great apps, photos and videos on mine (128GB) and still have 52GB free.Expect the 128GB to be worth about the same as what the 64GB 5S is worth on the resale market right now.May I take you up on your generous offer: 6+ 64GB Space Gray Verizon If possible, 128GB would be great, too 92584 Thank you!Very happy with the 64GB 6 I got except Wish I got the 128GB due to lack of space for my photos hopefully iCloud Photo Library will fix this when it launches properly other wise very happy customer with the bigger screen better for web browsing and messagingiPhone 6+ Gold 128GB on Verizon So worth the wait man, this thing is beautiful. Both Phones iPhone 6 128GB PLUS Dead Pixel/Dust under screen (Everything else is perfect) iPhone 6 128GB Dead Pixel (Everything else is perfect) Phoned up Apple Online waited over 40 Minutes replacements to be sent out on the 10th-15th October.Nice Name: iPhone 6 plus Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 plus Generation: Screen size: 5.5 inch Screen resolution: 1920x1080 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 35 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 128GB Memory - flavour: xx Factory: F2 (China, Zhengzhou - Foxconn) funny, because the 35th week of 2014 is August 24-31st.I'm planning on selling my iPad mini Retina as soon as I get my beloved sexy iPhone 6+ Silver 128GB.I would think having a 128GB phone and only needing less than 16GB would be more of a reason to be ashamed... And even then, doesn't make sense to be ashamed. What makes me even more frustrated is 3 Apple store here in town have the 128gb SG Plus in stock....but since AT&T let me upgrade early, and I cancel my order, I can't upgrade until November 9th anyway.... Its just frustrating knowing ALL THREE stores in town have the 128gb SG Plus in stock as of now....

(Disclaimer) I am pissed atm (drunk, not angry - just to make that clear for the US/ UK residents), but I didn't see what model iPhone you have.Something about the 6 Plus that is just incredible..i just feel like i have the whole world at my finger tips...a big very beautiful into this world, and the way the space gray 6 /6plus in the front looks with the edges sloping off and like the blackness of the front display and just the way it seems to morph into the edges and kind of like consume the whole front of the device is amazing...plus ( no pun intended lmao) i love the battery life, it is absolutely incredibly good and lasts a very long time I like the 6 design better then the 5S/5 design overall.... One thing I do wish though is that i wished they made a darker model then Space Gray (like the dark slate color from the iPhon 5) , that would look even moreamazing imo.. Yeah the 6 plus may be big but it is obnoxiously big beautiful and turns heads and i have caught people just looking at my phone (and when I had a 6 i remember I had seen a few 6 Pluses in the wild in peoples hands and them using it , and me just going to my self "wow that screen does look really nice and beautiful actually") it actually is one of the reasons why i went from the 6 to the 6 Plus because of envy and also the other obvious (battery life, screen size and res, OIS )I love the 5 series design, and I also love and appreciate the 6 design too, I love the sleek black look with the sides sloping off , it looks amazing IMO, With that being said I do wish their Space Gray model was a bit darker, now that would of looked awesome with the black front if the Space Gray is just a bit darkerThe current model is worth about $380 except that it bends, making it worth nothing. To get my library to fit on my phone (128 gig model) I had my all albums down converted to 256 kbps but the DAC in the phone sound sweet and warm but not harsh. My wife's: Nice Name: iPhone 6 Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 Generation: CPU speed: 1.4GHz Screen size: 4.7 inch Screen resolution: 1334x750 pixels Colour: Gold Production year: 2014 Production week: 36 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 16GB Memory - flavour: xx Memory - maximum total: 1GB Factory: DN (China, Chengdu - Foxconn) Mine: Nice Name: iPhone 6 (GSM/North America) Machine Model: iPhone7,2 Family name: A1549 Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 Generation: CPU speed: 1.4GHz Screen size: 4.7 inch Screen resolution: 1334x750 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 35 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 64GB Memory - flavour: xx Memory - maximum total: 1GB Factory: DN (China, Chengdu - Foxconn)Nice Name: iPhone 6 plus Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 plus Generation: CPU speed: 1.4GHz Screen size: 5.5 inch Screen resolution: 1920x1080 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 39 (October) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 16GB Memory - flavour: xx Factory: F2 (China, Zhengzhou - Foxconn) Nice Name: iPhone 6 Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 Generation: CPU speed: 1.4GHz Screen size: 4.7 inch Screen resolution: 1334x750 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 37 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 16GB Memory - flavour: xx Memory - maximum total: 1GB Factory: DN (China, Chengdu - Foxconn)So - taking into account Apple deprecated the 64GB 5s model from now on, I've just immediately bought the 64GB iPhone 5s - while they are still present here in stores... And now - I'm REALLY happy with it: I've got the extremely convenient TouchID feature, better camera etc, all in lovely 4" size.Surprisingly the Plus model fit in my pocket when I tried it at the Apple Store and the big screen wasn't too bad to hold in my hands.1)I went to the sprint store today and they had a 6+ gold model and it didn't look bad, but the white bands on the back kind of breaks up the flow.Considering selling it, but as cheap as the base model is retail, probably better worth it to just keep the dang thing. If I'm lucky, maybe a customer will come to my desk and return a perfectly flawless iPhone 6 in favor of a different model, so I can buy it and upgrade stress-free.Nice Name: iPhone 6 plus Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 plus Generation: Screen size: 5.5 inch Screen resolution: 1920x1080 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 35 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 128GB Memory - flavour: xx Factory: F2 (China, Zhengzhou - Foxconn) funny, because the 35th week of 2014 is August 24-31st.According to the information below, I wonder if they have even been made yet lol My wife's 6 shows: Nice Name: iPhone 6 Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 Generation: Screen size: 4.7 inch Screen resolution: 1334x750 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 33 (August) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 64GB Memory - flavour: xx Factory: DN (China, Chengdu - Foxconn My 6+ shows: Nice Name: Family name: Group1: Group2: Generation: Production year: 2014 Production week: 35 (September) Model introduced: Memory - number of slots: Please tell us how many memory (RAM) slots this machine has.Sure, it would be nice if the 32 GB was the base version for the same price as the 16 GB one was....just as it would be nice to get more extra options in a car for the price of the based model with no options.Feel free to sound off which version you are getting (including size) as I'm curious what the average on the forum will be Apple kind of threw us a curve ball by bumping the 2nd tier to 64gb but still keeping the paltry 16gb as the base model.Released same time as smaller model would be ideal, small delay will be worth the wait.I'd really just wait for the release of the 6... worst comes to worse you don't like it and save money with the older model.------------------- Nice Name: iPhone 5s Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: Generation: CPU speed: 1.3GHz Screen size: 4 inch Screen resolution: 1136x640 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 4 (January) Model introduced: 2013 Capacity: 64GB Memory - flavour: xx Factory: (China, Chengdu - Foxconn) : Noticable scan lines, but not nearly as bad as the phone mentioned above (F2 serial).Dear Members I would like to upgrade my iPhone 5 64 GB to iPhone 5S I have found that since I have the iPad 128 GB, I have not used the iPhone to its full capacity I was going to get the iPhone 5S 64G but the price difference between the 16 GB and 64 model makes me think whether it is worth it As I have the iPad 128 GB , I wonder whether it would be a waste to buy the iPhone 5S 64 GB Perhaps some of you are in the same situation or gve me ideas of situations in which having both with high capacity would be useful ThanksI'm happy that they're finally moving away from the subsidized model. Some people are happy to have last years model at a reduced rate b Some people are happy to buy a cheaper budget phone because they think it will work just the same. Each subsequent model, while had great features, just made it more and more perfect.Keep you inform about any drift during next days ..... Anyways its perfect for Europe AND Asia but in the US Its not going to work great with LTE.For some reason I always think its really sad when I see such a beautifully designed device that is as large as a tablet/phablet but only 16GB...your going to be constantly clearing room....do yourself a favor because in the long run it will help and you might regret it far after the 14 or 30 days you get it...so many people I know regret getting the 16GB model....I feel almost bad!I will say putting together that list really served nicely as a check on my expectations, and has greatly quelled my desire to repeatedly check the 877 number So, I'm glad I did it, but seeing that AT&T hasn't gotten past the first hour and a half of the first day of pre-orders for my model is a bit depressing. Not sure why you would want to model after the Note 4, considering they took the design off of the iPhone 5 and stuck a fake, fake leather (or plastic) back on it.This could hint that the patch model parts are indeed not moving at a magical rate...There is no way either model would fit any of my fashionable jeans pockets, but neither does my 5s.To those saying to "Buy a 5s": - Worse camera for both video and picture taking - Worse processer - Worse battery life - Sharp edged design - Thicker - No NFC (Yes, ApplePay is a big deal) Those are sacrifices people will make when purchasing last year's 4" model.Used sndeep service to check it and this is what I got: Model: IPHONE 6 SPACE GRAY 64GB TMOBILE-USA IMEI: 3520XXXXXXXXXX MEID: Serial Number: F1XXXXXXXXXXXXX ICCID: Bluetooth MAC Address: XXXXXXXXXXXXX WiFi MAC Address: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Activated: false Next Tether Activation Policy: Multi-Mode Unlock Original Carrier: Multi-Mode Unlock Network Unlocked: false So, it looks like as soon as the phone can dial into Apple, the unlock will happen if I understand this report correctly. The antenna bands looks hideous on the gold model, they stick out like a sore thumb. This mini model got pigeonholed to the Pee Wee league for people with small hands or too scared to adapt carrying a larger phone with better specs and longer juice time.Look I'm sorry ok I'm just very anal about my cell phone and I always think I got a bad one because when I was younger I got bad model after model. However, there may be some non-zero percentage of people for whom the model might not be a perfect fit, at which point I imagine the results could be unpredictable.Alot of people have had there iPhones replaced for minor scuffing, apple don't care they will replace it for CUSTOMER satisfaction, please remember that the lowest model of the iPhone 5 costs 529 pounds and costs 140 pounds to produce, please don't comment if you're going to troll because you are a 'perfect human being' NO ONES PERFECT, take your music buying skills somewhere else, cause tbh no one cares.

Looks sexy with the gray bands vs. black bands yuck.I'm glad to see the color caught on, it really is gorgeous.Nice detail, color, and the sky looks great.my .02$ I have the 4.7. coming from a 5s pro's Camera great Battery great screen color A+, screen coating A+, Brightness A++ Cons: camera lens pokes out imho the foot print is to big, screen size is ok but the phone as a whole feel to big for a 4.7 inch i think it's missing the apple quality design/feel.Brilliant contrast and color, and of course very sharp and the extra size is nice.My favorite color is red, so a red iPhone would be niceI ended up ordering from Apple because of the lack of gold at the Verizon stores- wasn't compromising since gold is my favorite color - I think a black face gold combo would be perfectAfter having the latest and greatest in an Android, I was simply enamored with the beautiful color that stands out amongst the sea of white, black, and various shades of blah.Nice looking, far better ergonomics than the 5S, and great for those who want some color.I have a flawless black 5 with a good color screen, so I should be happy. On launch day when I was standing in line a girl next to me was telling me how lousy the camera in her Galaxy was and was showing me pics on her phone that she was unhappy with because they had bad color or came out blurred. This was very annoying because it was pretty annoying to look up the information for every single product configuration (color and memory) for every zip code we came through.Seems strange -- imagine the other side of the coin where they don't have the one you picked out during the order because someone else switched out their ordered one for your color -- seems a bit unfair esp considering the lack of stock.I believe that the threads to which you make reference are more concerned with the absurd issue of gender specific color issue than that of choice in phone color, I couldn't agree more that the threads concerning themselves with gender specific color issue are pathetic in the extreme. It's just that Apple decided to be ****ing greedy and axe the 5 because they could either a) make more profit off a cheap plastic than more premium materials or b) make people so disgusted with the color options available that they were swayed to buy the more expensive 5s.Now you know why I get annoyed when people say its just "warmer" or "color temperature" or even worse "glue that will go away".
silver
There is another thread on here with a guy who bought an aftermarket silver ring for his home button and his TouchID works perfect and it looks great for those interested...I love my Space Grey iPhone 6...sometimes I miss the Slate Black iPhone 5 color though, I'm sure they could have reformulated the paint to make it more scratch proof but that would've been harder...either way Space Grey looks great.I also purchased a basic phone as a second line.... Later in the day i got a phone call saying my card was declined..called and approved but at that point my order was pushed further in the que... waited and waited and nothing changed... until today and kept checking this forum to see where everyone was at....and after finally waiting for so long i gave up and was LUCKY enough to find a device at a Best Buy Mobile store via: idevicechecker.com I would definetely recommend it..got there wiht no line and got my new SILVER 128 gb plus...and I decided to stay with my carrier.. ATT customer service was worthless...they didn't know what they were talking about and was always getting the run around..ontop of that the LG basic phone I ordered was in stock but they never shipped it to me and its always says backordered.....I do think the space gray looks sleeker, but was afraid of scratches being more visible, and the silver looks too plain next to the bold colours of the other two choices. That all changed again yesterday when my 128GB silver 6 was delivered and I have to say I absolutely love it The size is perfect (slightly smaller than the S5 it's replaced which makes it much more pocket and hand friendly), TouchID is brilliant and the general fit and finish is second to none I didn't think I'd missed iOS but even though the last version I used was 6 and it's obviously changed a lot since then it was like welcoming an old friend and it feels good to be back I've always had dark coloured phones before but this time I decided to go for the silver as white is the iconic Apple colour IMO and I'm really glad I did - it looks stunningVery happy with my choice, and I definitely feel the silver is the most attractive option this time around. So im happy =) Im glad I went with Silver and White boy does it look good. The Silver 6+ is so beautiful and perfect.I'm planning on selling my iPad mini Retina as soon as I get my beloved sexy iPhone 6+ Silver 128GB.Silver backing looks a little boring and somewhat cheap, but if I have to, I would get silver since it will be cased anyway, but I still prefer gold.I am a new iphone 5s owner, I wish to find the balance between protecting my beautiful sexy silver and white umbilical cord to the world.I switched from black to white since iPhone 4S and I'm very happy with my new silver iPhone 5S after being happy with my white iPhone 5.I can't believe there is people that despise the design of the iPhone 5S, come on the thing is absolutely beautiful, I got the silver one and it seriously is a work of art, most beautiful phone ever, In fact the beautiful design and the smoothness of IOS are the only reasons I stay faithful to the brand, that tacky 5c can't even compareJust got the silver one, it's beautiful; my previous iPhones had all been black so I was tired of it and I'm not a fan of golden, silver one is just perfectiPod Shuffle 2011 Silver - handy for travelling and the gym Apple TV 3 - The magic hockey puck.I bought two iphone 5S silver one is perfect quiet nice and smooth yhe other is click like the button is hitting the ringI was one of the 'lucky' few that got a 64GB Silver on the morning of launch ('lucky' in quotes because my son and I were first in line at our local Apple store, getting in line around 2:30 pm Thursday).so today I went to a local apple store cause they had some 6 16s in stock so I was going to buy in store and their also getting the same message on their apple pay 5s devices, so the very nice rep {not the ones all pumped up and wanting to give u a high five in the middle of store cause u got a damn 6 16gb silver} said he would see what he could do to remove the block but nothing worked and in the end I just left and he said I should try Verizon again but if it works on their end I highly doubt they will help further.I got my letter from Apple that "my items should ship between oct 20-27" That is right on track for my delivery estimate of Oct28-Nov4 Unlocked sg+128 9/29 Apple is dumb for making only one black front faced phone and two white............ most of us use cases and you never see the gold..sg..silver... but you see the front and most people want black except for girls and impatient people because its the only phone that might be in stock near you... rant over...Yep ... the 6 is a lovely design .... but i have to say ... i have a silver 5 sat on my desk waiting for its new owner and its still a lovely feeling phone But the 6 is so thin ... kinda crazy but its a slippery bugger when its naked (i used a slip-case for protection but as it comes in use) Can't wait till apps are resized properly .... most of my daily-driver apps are still scaled but the ones updated look good.I bought inferior product It is even smallest storage size and silver, i just want to give unwanted phone a good home I voted NO.THe gold actually didnt look as bad as I thought it did in pictures but I am still glad I got a silver one...ohh and only 2 people there getting phonesIt looks nice, but I will be perfectly honest the silver looks 10x better.I also do not like the silver 6/6+, just seems boring and blandThe silver looks cheap and you know if the siler looks cheap, you can imagine what I think of gold!To me the silver ring looks a little cheap and IMO will deff get scratches, I'm picky like that with my phones.

Yeah the 6 plus may be big but it is obnoxiously big beautiful and turns heads and i have caught people just looking at my phone (and when I had a 6 i remember I had seen a few 6 Pluses in the wild in peoples hands and them using it , and me just going to my self "wow that screen does look really nice and beautiful actually") it actually is one of the reasons why i went from the 6 to the 6 Plus because of envy and also the other obvious (battery life, screen size and res, OIS )There is another thread on here with a guy who bought an aftermarket silver ring for his home button and his TouchID works perfect and it looks great for those interested...I love my Space Grey iPhone 6...sometimes I miss the Slate Black iPhone 5 color though, I'm sure they could have reformulated the paint to make it more scratch proof but that would've been harder...either way Space Grey looks great.I love the 5 series design, and I also love and appreciate the 6 design too, I love the sleek black look with the sides sloping off , it looks amazing IMO, With that being said I do wish their Space Gray model was a bit darker, now that would of looked awesome with the black front if the Space Gray is just a bit darkerBut think about only one thing: if Apple could add a micro sd slot or a proprietary type of card for the iPhone and lock them only for the music this would be a great business.... Be honest 16 gb are enough for anything but music, videos photos and apps are very well fitted in the 16 gb space...I was pretty sure I was sticking with my perfect all black 5....until I got a perfect space grey 6.I do think the space gray looks sleeker, but was afraid of scratches being more visible, and the silver looks too plain next to the bold colours of the other two choices. My wife's: Nice Name: iPhone 6 Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 Generation: CPU speed: 1.4GHz Screen size: 4.7 inch Screen resolution: 1334x750 pixels Colour: Gold Production year: 2014 Production week: 36 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 16GB Memory - flavour: xx Memory - maximum total: 1GB Factory: DN (China, Chengdu - Foxconn) Mine: Nice Name: iPhone 6 (GSM/North America) Machine Model: iPhone7,2 Family name: A1549 Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 Generation: CPU speed: 1.4GHz Screen size: 4.7 inch Screen resolution: 1334x750 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 35 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 64GB Memory - flavour: xx Memory - maximum total: 1GB Factory: DN (China, Chengdu - Foxconn)Nice Name: iPhone 6 plus Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 plus Generation: CPU speed: 1.4GHz Screen size: 5.5 inch Screen resolution: 1920x1080 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 39 (October) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 16GB Memory - flavour: xx Factory: F2 (China, Zhengzhou - Foxconn) Nice Name: iPhone 6 Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 Generation: CPU speed: 1.4GHz Screen size: 4.7 inch Screen resolution: 1334x750 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 37 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 16GB Memory - flavour: xx Memory - maximum total: 1GB Factory: DN (China, Chengdu - Foxconn)It gives the iPhone great grip and the black/grey case looks great with the space grey iPhone! This year different story Replaced two iPhone 6 Plus 128gb gold (Third one was perfect) (Both phones had dust or dead/stuck pixels) Replaced one iPhone 6 128gb space grey (Second one was perfect) (First one had dead pixels.Glad I got my Space Gray launch day from Apple IMO, the gold 6+ is hideous but the gold 6 is actually really nice. It's nice to see some women here on the forums to talk about tech-y stuff with My Verizon Space Grey 64 GB iPhone 6 Plus will be delivered today and I am SO excited! It really looks great on the my space gray 6+ The 6+ is just awesome.Funny enough, I had a space grey 6 plus on launch day........kept it for 4 days then returned it, loved it but found it to cumbersome when outside......used a friends 6 for a day........ Decided to order the 6 plus again! Also the ip6/6 Plus and their design and performance and camera and screens are just fantasic and amazing as a whole in the package , extremely top notch specs (ARMv8/64 Bit processor that is top notch performer on the market right now, extremely good front and back cameras, best LCD screens in a smartphone ever(Thats up to you if you prefer OLED over LCD or vice versa) amazing body design in my opinion, really good battery life) I love and adore the look of the new screens how they like overlap on the edges and it morphs into the edges for a nice smooth glide off feeling, (I have a Space gray iPhone 6 and I love so much how the black screen like morphs over the edges and consumes the phones front ) i think it looks much better then any phone out right nowBoth are very nice colours (both much nicer than gold in my opinion), though the space grey does appear more seamless. So glad the space gray is color matched... Looks sexy with the gray bands vs. black bands yuck. That said, I think the space gray looks great too, so either would be great.I'm glad I did it and I am so glad I held out for the Space Grey.Took my lunch hour to go pick it up and I am posting this with my brand new beautiful sexy iPhone 6 plus 64gb space gray!phone finally got here..and it is frikkin BEAUTIFUL....so glad i waiting out this torture..the phone is worth it...i got the 128 GB Space Gray...i was stuck in the 10/2-10/13 black hole for awhile too so to those of you who haven't received urs hang in there!I'm very confident the 6S plus (haha sounds funny) will be in a much better form factor and you better believe I'll jump to the extra screen space.May I take you up on your generous offer: 6+ 64GB Space Gray Verizon If possible, 128GB would be great, too 92584 Thank you!I agree with you and totally get your point BUT now with IOS 8 + the new iPhones, i do not think 16GB is enough to work at a level that most people will be happy with and also have some freedom, it puts limiations on what one can or can't do - this is why Apple should have started with 32GB not 16GB, i am actually shocked that Apple even bothered to make a 16GB but i think this was a last chance deal for them...... a LOT of people travel and you need more than 16GB to just put some movies on a device movies have grown to HD and have iTunes extras + such, next step would be to drop SD - disney has upgraded every digital movie that years ago were only in SD to now HD + Universal will do HD if you provide them with digital info.....i have 3+GB left on a new wireless iPad mini (kids use) i did the update connected to iTunes so it took less space...had to delete every app off to update to IOS 8 - nothing else is on it as we use iTunes match - the apps are getting updated so much faster then ever before and they are being created for new IOS 8 and the app file size is bigger...then, bono (U2) is now working with apple to create a whole new music file/type, i'm sure it will take up way more space.... so while one could make 16GB work with wireless, iTunes match + the ease of using (the soon to come) iCloud storage for your photos + such, it is still very limiting - i don't need 64GB but i bought it b/c 16GB is way too small for me now and i will keep it for 2 years - in the past, i have always used 16GB.... also, people now have more options, they may want to upgrade every year, buy iPhones outright, lease iPhone's as everything has changed in the whole cellular game....in the next 2 years, apple has to drop 16GB, they got away with it this time by offering our lives in the iCloud and since we don't know yet what it will be like (on purpose i am sure) they played us to a degree - i say to a degree b/c on the flip side they offered 4 times the GB (64GB) for what in the past would have historically cost $200 more for $100 less - i love them, don't get me wrong, i am so happy with my 64GB iPhone 6+ and i love the freedom now b/c i was starting to not to have it with my last iPhone at 16GBVery happy with the 64GB 6 I got except Wish I got the 128GB due to lack of space for my photos hopefully iCloud Photo Library will fix this when it launches properly other wise very happy customer with the bigger screen better for web browsing and messagingNice Name: iPhone 6 plus Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 plus Generation: Screen size: 5.5 inch Screen resolution: 1920x1080 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 35 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 128GB Memory - 32gb
I agree, and the 64GB replacing the 32GB, a great deal I think it's worth it.I agree with you and totally get your point BUT now with IOS 8 + the new iPhones, i do not think 16GB is enough to work at a level that most people will be happy with and also have some freedom, it puts limiations on what one can or can't do - this is why Apple should have started with 32GB not 16GB, i am actually shocked that Apple even bothered to make a 16GB but i think this was a last chance deal for them...... a LOT of people travel and you need more than 16GB to just put some movies on a device movies have grown to HD and have iTunes extras + such, next step would be to drop SD - disney has upgraded every digital movie that years ago were only in SD to now HD + Universal will do HD if you provide them with digital info.....i have 3+GB left on a new wireless iPad mini (kids use) i did the update connected to iTunes so it took less space...had to delete every app off to update to IOS 8 - nothing else is on it as we use iTunes match - the apps are getting updated so much faster then ever before and they are being created for new IOS 8 and the app file size is bigger...then, bono (U2) is now working with apple to create a whole new music file/type, i'm sure it will take up way more space.... so while one could make 16GB work with wireless, iTunes match + the ease of using (the soon to come) iCloud storage for your photos + such, it is still very limiting - i don't need 64GB but i bought it b/c 16GB is way too small for me now and i will keep it for 2 years - in the past, i have always used 16GB.... also, people now have more options, they may want to upgrade every year, buy iPhones outright, lease iPhone's as everything has changed in the whole cellular game....in the next 2 years, apple has to drop 16GB, they got away with it this time by offering our lives in the iCloud and since we don't know yet what it will be like (on purpose i am sure) they played us to a degree - i say to a degree b/c on the flip side they offered 4 times the GB (64GB) for what in the past would have historically cost $200 more for $100 less - i love them, don't get me wrong, i am so happy with my 64GB iPhone 6+ and i love the freedom now b/c i was starting to not to have it with my last iPhone at 16GBGot a 32gb blue 5c today after taking my lumia 928 back, so far I am happy, feels good and looks great, also a fan of iOS 7, nice new look and featuresWas going to buy a 5.5 incher -expected it to be $100 more than the counter part - Check, aint mad cause its better -Was going to get 32GB for the price of $400 - Im getting an extra 32GB for the price I was gonna pay CHECK -Has better battery, screen, camera, ipad landscape - Check -Releases same day as 4.7 - Check Everything I was worried about was alleviated. It's crazy when the ipad retina cost only $500 and the iPod touch 32GB cost only $300 The only better thing about the iPhone is the camera and the newer hardware The loan is stupid because the phone companies are greedy to charge people $80 a month for 2 years is insane
storage
So I'm definitely happy they're upgrading the 32 to 64 but if the entry was 32 then that would be perfect for my iPad storage.I interviewed a great candidate for an assistant director position (networking and storage) who was a perfect fit and a great candidate. Is it actually worth it to take the risk to trade the perfect iPhone 6 plus I currently own just to get more storage size.I agree with you and totally get your point BUT now with IOS 8 + the new iPhones, i do not think 16GB is enough to work at a level that most people will be happy with and also have some freedom, it puts limiations on what one can or can't do - this is why Apple should have started with 32GB not 16GB, i am actually shocked that Apple even bothered to make a 16GB but i think this was a last chance deal for them...... a LOT of people travel and you need more than 16GB to just put some movies on a device movies have grown to HD and have iTunes extras + such, next step would be to drop SD - disney has upgraded every digital movie that years ago were only in SD to now HD + Universal will do HD if you provide them with digital info.....i have 3+GB left on a new wireless iPad mini (kids use) i did the update connected to iTunes so it took less space...had to delete every app off to update to IOS 8 - nothing else is on it as we use iTunes match - the apps are getting updated so much faster then ever before and they are being created for new IOS 8 and the app file size is bigger...then, bono (U2) is now working with apple to create a whole new music file/type, i'm sure it will take up way more space.... so while one could make 16GB work with wireless, iTunes match + the ease of using (the soon to come) iCloud storage for your photos + such, it is still very limiting - i don't need 64GB but i bought it b/c 16GB is way too small for me now and i will keep it for 2 years - in the past, i have always used 16GB.... also, people now have more options, they may want to upgrade every year, buy iPhones outright, lease iPhone's as everything has changed in the whole cellular game....in the next 2 years, apple has to drop 16GB, they got away with it this time by offering our lives in the iCloud and since we don't know yet what it will be like (on purpose i am sure) they played us to a degree - i say to a degree b/c on the flip side they offered 4 times the GB (64GB) for what in the past would have historically cost $200 more for $100 less - i love them, don't get me wrong, i am so happy with my 64GB iPhone 6+ and i love the freedom now b/c i was starting to not to have it with my last iPhone at 16GBCertain things are clear: 1- 64 bit processor is already implemented 2- Higher than average screen resolution is already implemented, it's just a matter of adding more pixels 3- Faster wireless streaming speed is already available Now if Apple figures a way to exploit the flash storage and use it like RAM when needed the multi-tasking will be kind of 'unlimited' or any other fancy adjective hyperbole used on the keynote stage. The sensor has to be bigger other wise you are just taking photos that take up more precious storage due to the larger file size.I bought inferior product It is even smallest storage size and silver, i just want to give unwanted phone a good home I voted NO.its pretty damn ironic, how you say "i have unlimited data" and then you say "you guys think you need storage, that means everybody does" i have an unlimited plan that was grandfathered, to get an unlimited plan in the US without signing up for a crap carrier (sprint) is nonexistent.Samsung has a history of dropping support for older devices (Galaxy S never getting updated past Android 2), using terrible components (bad GPS in the Galaxy S), using bad storage (look up "super brick" bug, Not only that, Samsung devices and Samsung storage used by other devices were flawed in their very design.
version
I would be happy if they made the new phone thicker to include a bigger battery and bigger Camera lens to improve low light photos I am very happy with the current 6 design and will probably get the plus version next timeI'm super happy at how fast video focuses too, I think the 6s is going to be the ultimate, the s version iPhones always seem to perfect the camera.Did that and the apps were updated, after a short while. The funny thing is that instead of showing 'Open' beside every updated app in the updates section of the App Store,it shows 'Update'.I've confirmed that the apps were updated (compared the latest version in the App Store and on my phone, they were the same). Not that it actually affects anything but i just find it weird. That all changed again yesterday when my 128GB silver 6 was delivered and I have to say I absolutely love it The size is perfect (slightly smaller than the S5 it's replaced which makes it much more pocket and hand friendly), TouchID is brilliant and the general fit and finish is second to none I didn't think I'd missed iOS but even though the last version I used was 6 and it's obviously changed a lot since then it was like welcoming an old friend and it feels good to be back I've always had dark coloured phones before but this time I decided to go for the silver as white is the iconic Apple colour IMO and I'm really glad I did - it looks stunningTake Blizzard's Hearthstone, it works great on an iPad and while they are working on an iPhone version, I think that is going to be a much different experience because the cards will necessarily have to be shrunk a lot to fit the interface.I got to do a real "test drive" on it, and although it was super impressive & the screen was awesome...I had to face the truth that it just wasn't the device for me, given a choice of the smaller version.I was excited when I heard about the first iPad, but I didn't buy the first version and I'm very happy I waited.Sure, it would be nice if the 32 GB was the base version for the same price as the 16 GB one was....just as it would be nice to get more extra options in a car for the price of the based model with no options.Feel free to sound off which version you are getting (including size) as I'm curious what the average on the forum will be Apple kind of threw us a curve ball by bumping the 2nd tier to 64gb but still keeping the paltry 16gb as the base model.Google's Nexus 5 is a great little device with the best version of Android, but the battery life is atrocious.Tmobile won't launch lte till 2013 and even then it will probably only be in a select few cities so its not a bad idea to buy the verizon version Nice I traded my att iPhone 5 for the Verizon one just because I will probably never have tmobiles lte in my area and the Verizon version supports a lot more bands and one day I might go to Verizon they have lte in my areathe original iPhone sold for $500, $600 what are you guys getting so worked up about at this point many of these auctions aren't even breaking even lol lock this thread, put the phone away for 20 years and see if it's worth anything btw at least it's a first gen, those are the only version collectors are ever worried about ( no one in history is going to give a crap about a 3rd gen iPod shuffle lol)I joined recently as well I think my first comment was a thread saying 'The 5.5 Inch Version Is A Must', then everyone got angry with me and said how is it a must, but I'm pretty happy Apple did bring it out, obviously people like me put pressure on them to release it, and it probably was a little rushed but Oh Well.I wish the leather or original was able to fit the 6+ though...not too excited about the utility version. We thought we could rip off customers by selling a $600 cheap plastic version of our nice phones, but no one would buy them."think twice about sprint, their the worst carrier in the states, very unfriendly towards consumers, harsh unlock policies, terrible 3G speeds (below 500kbps) you'll be better off with a MVNO using at&t infrastructure like a gsm version of straight talkJust buy a cheap knockoff lightning cable from somewhere for cheap that looks exactly like the apple version.I've never owned a recent iPhone (the iPhone 4 was the last version that I owned) but in my experience all iPhones have been very laggy in opening apps, and especially bad at answering phone calls (many times the call ends before I can make the dumb "slide to answer" thingy actually work.Apple rely on releasing such a pitiful base spec that most people are forced to buy an enhanced version for an outrageous price hike.too bad Samsung ruined it with their ugly version of TouchWiz introduced with ICSUsually the "cheap"(last years) iPhone gets a 8GB version but this year with the iPhone 5C the cheap version gets 16GB standard.

space gray
Something about the 6 Plus that is just incredible..i just feel like i have the whole world at my finger tips...a big very beautiful into this world, and the way the space gray 6 /6plus in the front looks with the edges sloping off and like the blackness of the front display and just the way it seems to morph into the edges and kind of like consume the whole front of the device is amazing...plus ( no pun intended lmao) i love the battery life, it is absolutely incredibly good and lasts a very long time I like the 6 design better then the 5S/5 design overall.... One thing I do wish though is that i wished they made a darker model then Space Gray (like the dark slate color from the iPhon 5) , that would look even moreamazing imo.. Yeah the 6 plus may be big but it is obnoxiously big beautiful and turns heads and i have caught people just looking at my phone (and when I had a 6 i remember I had seen a few 6 Pluses in the wild in peoples hands and them using it , and me just going to my self "wow that screen does look really nice and beautiful actually") it actually is one of the reasons why i went from the 6 to the 6 Plus because of envy and also the other obvious (battery life, screen size and res, OIS )I love the 5 series design, and I also love and appreciate the 6 design too, I love the sleek black look with the sides sloping off , it looks amazing IMO, With that being said I do wish their Space Gray model was a bit darker, now that would of looked awesome with the black front if the Space Gray is just a bit darkerI do think the space gray looks sleeker, but was afraid of scratches being more visible, and the silver looks too plain next to the bold colours of the other two choices. My wife's: Nice Name: iPhone 6 Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 Generation: CPU speed: 1.4GHz Screen size: 4.7 inch Screen resolution: 1334x750 pixels Colour: Gold Production year: 2014 Production week: 36 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 16GB Memory - flavour: xx Memory - maximum total: 1GB Factory: DN (China, Chengdu - Foxconn) Mine: Nice Name: iPhone 6 (GSM/North America) Machine Model: iPhone7,2 Family name: A1549 Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 Generation: CPU speed: 1.4GHz Screen size: 4.7 inch Screen resolution: 1334x750 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 35 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 64GB Memory - flavour: xx Memory - maximum total: 1GB Factory: DN (China, Chengdu - Foxconn)Nice Name: iPhone 6 plus Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 plus Generation: CPU speed: 1.4GHz Screen size: 5.5 inch Screen resolution: 1920x1080 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 39 (October) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 16GB Memory - flavour: xx Factory: F2 (China, Zhengzhou - Foxconn) Nice Name: iPhone 6 Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 Generation: CPU speed: 1.4GHz Screen size: 4.7 inch Screen resolution: 1334x750 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 37 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 16GB Memory - flavour: xx Memory - maximum total: 1GB Factory: DN (China, Chengdu - Foxconn)Glad I got my Space Gray launch day from Apple IMO, the gold 6+ is hideous but the gold 6 is actually really nice.It really looks great on the my space gray 6+ The 6+ is just awesome. Also the ip6/6 Plus and their design and performance and camera and screens are just fantasic and amazing as a whole in the package , extremely top notch specs (ARMv8/64 Bit processor that is top notch performer on the market right now, extremely good front and back cameras, best LCD screens in a smartphone ever(Thats up to you if you prefer OLED over LCD or vice versa) amazing body design in my opinion, really good battery life) I love and adore the look of the new screens how they like overlap on the edges and it morphs into the edges for a nice smooth glide off feeling, (I have a Space gray iPhone 6 and I love so much how the black screen like morphs over the edges and consumes the phones front ) i think it looks much better then any phone out right nowSo glad the space gray is color matched... Looks sexy with the gray bands vs. black bands yuck. That said, I think the space gray looks great too, so either would be great.Took my lunch hour to go pick it up and I am posting this with my brand new beautiful sexy iPhone 6 plus 64gb space gray!phone finally got here..and it is frikkin BEAUTIFUL....so glad i waiting out this torture..the phone is worth it...i got the 128 GB Space Gray...i was stuck in the 10/2-10/13 black hole for awhile too so to those of you who haven't received urs hang in there!May I take you up on your generous offer: 6+ 64GB Space Gray Verizon If possible, 128GB would be great, too 92584 Thank you!Nice Name: iPhone 6 plus Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 plus Generation: Screen size: 5.5 inch Screen resolution: 1920x1080 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 35 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 128GB Memory - flavour: xx Factory: F2 (China, Zhengzhou - Foxconn) funny, because the 35th week of 2014 is August 24-31st.According to the information below, I wonder if they have even been made yet lol My wife's 6 shows: Nice Name: iPhone 6 Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 Generation: Screen size: 4.7 inch Screen resolution: 1334x750 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 33 (August) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 64GB Memory - flavour: xx Factory: DN (China, Chengdu - Foxconn My 6+ shows: Nice Name: Family name: Group1: Group2: Generation: Production year: 2014 Production week: 35 (September) Model introduced: Memory - number of slots: Please tell us how many memory (RAM) slots this machine has.------------------- Nice Name: iPhone 5s Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: Generation: CPU speed: 1.3GHz Screen size: 4 inch Screen resolution: 1136x640 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 4 (January) Model introduced: 2013 Capacity: 64GB Memory - flavour: xx Factory: (China, Chengdu - Foxconn) : Noticable scan lines, but not nearly as bad as the phone mentioned above (F2 serial).Just got a 5s space gray 32 this morning ~ Nice phone - and happy to have an iPhone again (and a black phone).Keep you inform about any drift during next days ..... 64 gb
This, this website is superb and it helped me find a 6 Plus 64 Gb in stock right at my local Apple store, I got the 4.7 inch 6 on Launch date, and I had it for about a month, I loved it but the Plus was looking so luring and amazing once I got to play with it a few times, I was so sure at first I didnt ever want the Plus, but then I started envying it, and then My brother ended up buying this Plus at Apple and we traded my 4.7 inch i6 with Applecare + on it for a 64 gb 6 plus for me, and I honestly couldnt be anymore satisfied and happy with this, I am beyond happy I got the plus, I love this thing and Im already use to the size, the thinness of the device is truly what makes this phablet actually very tolerable imo and its very slim in the pocket, The bigger screen alongside with the stupendously good battery life alone is beyond worth it and also OIS, All other phones just feel tiny now to me hah, TLDR: switched from a 6 (never thought id get a phablet) to a Plus and i am beyond in love with this thing and i am beyond satisifed and happy i went from the 6 to the 6 PlusIt's nice to see some women here on the forums to talk about tech-y stuff with My Verizon Space Grey 64 GB iPhone 6 Plus will be delivered today and I am SO excited!Dear Members I would like to upgrade my iPhone 5 64 GB to iPhone 5S I have found that since I have the iPad 128 GB, I have not used the iPhone to its full capacity I was going to get the iPhone 5S 64G but the price difference between the 16 GB and 64 model makes me think whether it is worth it As I have the iPad 128 GB , I wonder whether it would be a waste to buy the iPhone 5S 64 GB Perhaps some of you are in the same situation or gve me ideas of situations in which having both with high capacity would be useful Thankswatch out for "iPhone for life" if you terminate your agreement you must pay ALL future device payments and then you have to either hand them your phone or you have to take their purchase option so for example if i lease an iPhone 6 64 gb for $25 a month and i have 21 months left, i have to surrender my iPhone PLUS pay them $525 i guess the purchase option would be another $224 i am sick of people calling this deal a rental going around and making sure all the various news sites telling you how bad the iPhone 4 life program is almost as futile of trying to destroy every last copy of Star Wars the Holiday Special if i pay the future device payments plus take the purchase option, i bet i still won't get an unlockdamn i feel so annoyed.. i cant even track my order..... i ordered from sprint instore on the 19th iphone 6+ 64 gb SG no way to order.. and i call and email sprint but they just provide the same copy & paste answers.. so ****ing useless!!!!
models
Funny thing is that the picture quality does increase tremendously when switching to black & white Again, for a smartphone the camera in the 6 is no different than previous models, it works fine so be happy with it.I'm not so sure about the delivery dates moving for the 6+ models, since most people whom delivery dates that are moving forward are the ones who've ordered the iPhone 6.I was pissed at the time but after playing with both models in the store extensively, I'm super happy to have the 6 and am glad it worked out the way it did.So I'm just hoping that at some point, the big A will see fit to provide three models (with the same core components) ranging from 4" to 5.5" to keep us all happyYou know it's funny, with the Macbook Pro line, the 15" and 17" models were always superior (higher resolution, dedicated GPU, more RAM, longer battery, etc) however people did not feel bad about getting the 13", as it was the best combo of portability and power for most.It does sound different than previous models but not inferior or problematic.Nice and now if your company buys iPhone 5S (thats if they buy at full price rather than on contract) they wouldn't have to make employees change phones should they wish to change networks if they provided everyone with Verizon 5C/5S models :-) Glad your enjoying your services and iPhone - at the end of the day its your best experience and what ever model + carrier gets you that - is what matters. It's nice to know that something new and great will always be coming, even if there are things I don't like about current models. But like I said, I don't think two years in unreasonable for smart phones, especially when Apple updates the iOS rendering the older models obsolete.I'd love 2GB of RAM and whenever possible I like to double up on RAM, when building PC's I've been known to ram as much RAM (pun intended) as possible...maybe in a simple minded effort to just make things "better" but I've been using my rMBP which I only got 8GB of RAM for and compared to the 16GB RAM models its not insanely different...only difference is when I start doing INSANE things in video editing, I'm not talking about transcoding high res video I'm talking about doing some crazy ****** in After Effects and making the computer hot enough to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner....I don't think their is a whole lot on the iPhone 6 you can do that can push the RAM to the limit....I mean yeah opening a zillion tabs (which I am notorious for, I always have max tabs open) is one thing but I still find my phone to respond very well...I was also a bit annoyed at how quickly Apple drop update support for previous models (little did I realise how much worse the situation can be with non-Nexus devices on Android).I originally purchased a 6 (got it on launch day) and I thought I was happy with it, but seeing the demo models of the 6+ made me a little jealous of the big screen.(From playing with both models in store) Cheap feeling overall Loose buttons Very slippery Way too thin Ugly as hellThey most certainly aren't going to put better cameras in the white models and worse cameras in the black models so you were looking at a bad batch.I feel like Apple is just being stubborn and greedy maximizing profit margins and saving internal spec upgrades for next year's "S" models.Meanwhile, Apple deliberately make things confusing on their LTE info page, listing only the US models as LTE compatible with US carriers, a claim that appears to be misleading and false. It would be awful b/c if you look further Verizon and T-Mo would not support VoLTE and those models would randomly have worse battery life than the ones on ATT and Sprint =DAs far as screen, if it's just larger, but not sharper/more vibrant than the previous models, I'm gonna be pretty annoyed.I had black on the following models 2g 3g 3gs 4 Then on the 4s i switched to white...it definitely made something that was starting to feel stale a little more lifelike since the phone was getting stale itself."Evil, evil Apple, making us buy the models with larger memory!"Both display models, gray and white, had hideous yellow screens and HORRIBLE screen interlacing compared to the iPad 3 sitting next to them.
gb
To be honest, the 6s could have 100 processor cores and 1000 GB of RAM, and I wouldn't feel particularly inclined to upgrade my 6.This, this website is superb and it helped me find a 6 Plus 64 Gb in stock right at my local Apple store, I got the 4.7 inch 6 on Launch date, and I had it for about a month, I loved it but the Plus was looking so luring and amazing once I got to play with it a few times, I was so sure at first I didnt ever want the Plus, but then I started envying it, and then My brother ended up buying this Plus at Apple and we traded my 4.7 inch i6 with Applecare + on it for a 64 gb 6 plus for me, and I honestly couldnt be anymore satisfied and happy with this, I am beyond happy I got the plus, I love this thing and Im already use to the size, the thinness of the device is truly what makes this phablet actually very tolerable imo and its very slim in the pocket, The bigger screen alongside with the stupendously good battery life alone is beyond worth it and also OIS, All other phones just feel tiny now to me hah, TLDR: switched from a 6 (never thought id get a phablet) to a Plus and i am beyond in love with this thing and i am beyond satisifed and happy i went from the 6 to the 6 PlusBut think about only one thing: if Apple could add a micro sd slot or a proprietary type of card for the iPhone and lock them only for the music this would be a great business.... Be honest 16 gb are enough for anything but music, videos photos and apps are very well fitted in the 16 gb space...I also purchased a basic phone as a second line.... ATT customer service was worthless...they didn't know what they were talking about and was always getting the run around..ontop of that the LG basic phone I ordered was in stock but they never shipped it to me and its always says backordered.....I'll gladly take amazing 1080p (30 or 60 fps) video, with great stabilization, over 1 gb, 30 second 4k ****.It's nice to see some women here on the forums to talk about tech-y stuff with My Verizon Space Grey 64 GB iPhone 6 Plus will be delivered today and I am SO excited!phone finally got here..and it is frikkin BEAUTIFUL....so glad i waiting out this torture..the phone is worth it...i got the 128 GB Space Gray...i was stuck in the 10/2-10/13 black hole for awhile too so to those of you who haven't received urs hang in there!I agree with you and totally get your point BUT now with IOS 8 + the new iPhones, i do not think 16GB is enough to work at a level that most people will be happy with and also have some freedom, it puts limiations on what one can or can't do - this is why Apple should have started with 32GB not 16GB, i am actually shocked that Apple even bothered to make a 16GB but i think this was a last chance deal for them...... a LOT of people travel and you need more than 16GB to just put some movies on a device movies have grown to HD and have iTunes extras + such, next step would be to drop SD - disney has upgraded every digital movie that years ago were only in SD to now HD + Universal will do HD if you provide them with digital info.....i have 3+GB left on a new wireless iPad mini (kids use) i did the update connected to iTunes so it took less space...had to delete every app off to update to IOS 8 - nothing else is on it as we use iTunes match - the apps are getting updated so much faster then ever before and they are being created for new IOS 8 and the app file size is bigger...then, bono (U2) is now working with apple to create a whole new music file/type, i'm sure it will take up way more space.... so while one could make 16GB work with wireless, iTunes match + the ease of using (the soon to come) iCloud storage for your photos + such, it is still very limiting - i don't need 64GB but i bought it b/c 16GB is way too small for me now and i will keep it for 2 years - in the past, i have always used 16GB.... also, people now have more options, they may want to upgrade every year, buy iPhones outright, lease iPhone's as everything has changed in the whole cellular game....in the next 2 years, apple has to drop 16GB, they got away with it this time by offering our lives in the iCloud and since we don't know yet what it will be like (on purpose i am sure) they played us to a degree - i say to a degree b/c on the flip side they offered 4 times the GB (64GB) for what in the past would have historically cost $200 more for $100 less - i love them, don't get me wrong, i am so happy with my 64GB iPhone 6+ and i love the freedom now b/c i was starting to not to have it with my last iPhone at 16GBBut since there are really 1024 mb in a gb, it works out to this: 128,000,000,000 bytes / 1024 = 125,000,000 kilobytes 125,000,000 kilobytes / 1024 = 120,070 megabytes 120,070 megabytes / 1024 = 119.21 gigabytes Kind of confusing and weird, but the industry decided to do that a while ago in order to claim larger capacities.I would just sell the 6 plus to me and order the 128 GB for yourself...64 perfect for me, 128 perfect for you PayPal is readyKind of funny that people got up at 3 am to order these 6+ phones not knowing if they had 2 GB RAM and have been anxiously watching for conformation of shipping, etc and now 20 % are ready to return them if they come with 1 GB without even knowing what their performance is.Sure, it would be nice if the 32 GB was the base version for the same price as the 16 GB one was....just as it would be nice to get more extra options in a car for the price of the based model with no options.if its 8gb its worth 100 max in perfect confition then really $50 more for the different gbDear Members I would like to upgrade my iPhone 5 64 GB to iPhone 5S I have found that since I have the iPad 128 GB, I have not used the iPhone to its full capacity I was going to get the iPhone 5S 64G but the price difference between the 16 GB and 64 model makes me think whether it is worth it As I have the iPad 128 GB , I wonder whether it would be a waste to buy the iPhone 5S 64 GB Perhaps some of you are in the same situation or gve me ideas of situations in which having both with high capacity would be useful ThanksThat means for my plan 20 gb of data goes from 200 a month to 150 and the smart phones each drop from 30 to 15 I have a total of 7 smart phones on my account.I've enjoyed using between 7 & 8 GB of fast LTE (clocked as fast as my AT&T LTE) and extremely happy with the stellar Galaxy Note 3.AT&T Family Share Plan 4 Smart Phones (iPhone 5s, iPhone 5, iPhone 4s, Samsung Galaxy S3) Unlimited phone/text Personal Hotspot also included 6 GB data (shared) $239/mo total (including 17% discount from work) Would cost ~$10 more per month to increase data to 10 GB (Data costs $30 more, but cost per phone goes down $5 ea) A nice feature is that are staggered, so we can upgrade a phone every 5 or 6 months. It depends on your needs, Straight talk says Unlimited - however no outside MVNO carrier is going to give you true unlimited data to be honest, so that aside you have to measure your data usages - I on average use 1-1.5GB data, so 2GB has been great for me because I rely on WiFi for roughly 40% of the time and I also avoid videos over cellular as they take big bites out of the monthly data usage.LTE in Chicago, IL near Downtown on this plan :-) I have done half a dozen speed tests, over 500 emails this month, messaging, google maps GPS navigation on probably 200-300miles worth, few hours of pandora streaming and I've used 1.2GB of data this month....still got 8 more days and 800MB remaining, this plan is great!watch out for "iPhone for life" if you terminate your agreement you must pay ALL future device payments and then you have to either hand them your phone or you have to take their purchase option so for example if i lease an iPhone 6 64 gb for $25 a month and i have 21 months left, i have to surrender my iPhone PLUS pay them $525 i guess the purchase option would be another $224 i am sick of people calling this deal a rental going around and making sure all the various news sites telling you how bad the iPhone 4 life program is almost as futile of trying to destroy every last copy of Star Wars the Holiday Special if i pay the future device payments plus take the purchase option, i bet i still won't get an unlockdamn i feel so annoyed.. i cant even track my order..... i ordered from sprint instore on the 19th iphone 6+ 64 gb SG no way to order.. and i call and email sprint but they just provide the same copy & paste answers.. so ****ing useless!!!!to make things worse, I just gave in and realized I have been impatient so I reordered my order at AT&T for a 128 GB gold. The point is the cost for Apple to bump 16 GB to 32 GB is absurdly low and would be well worth doing just so they don't tarnish their brand when people get frustrated with their purchase later on.hahah people are actually defending apple being greedy pigs and possibly sticking a paltry 1 gb of ram into a phone that can cost an upwards of 1000 dollars.Wait how mad 6 users are when it's confirmed the 6 Plus has 2 GB of RAM... See, that wasn't nice of me to say.$60 less per month is great, but not great enough given the coverage difference, especially because the LTE per line drops to 1 GB (really not enough) in 2015.As well: 128 gb option 5 inch screen Thicker, with twice the battery life Other than that, hardware wise, I can't think of anything else that I really really want that apple would ever implement (SD card and removable battery come to mind as nice options, but don't see that ever happening). After 2.5GB, they will throttle you to less than 1 Mbps which is awful and visual voicemail may or may not work and their customer service are worst.
grey
There is another thread on here with a guy who bought an aftermarket silver ring for his home button and his TouchID works perfect and it looks great for those interested...I love my Space Grey iPhone 6...sometimes I miss the Slate Black iPhone 5 color though, I'm sure they could have reformulated the paint to make it more scratch proof but that would've been harder...either way Space Grey looks great.I was pretty sure I was sticking with my perfect all black 5....until I got a perfect space grey 6.It gives the iPhone great grip and the black/grey case looks great with the space grey iPhone! This year different story Replaced two iPhone 6 Plus 128gb gold (Third one was perfect) (Both phones had dust or dead/stuck pixels) Replaced one iPhone 6 128gb space grey (Second one was perfect) (First one had dead pixels.I'm actually kind of wondering if it's worth going through the hassle of ordering a white/silver iPhone 6 and then sell my black/space grey once the other comes in.It's nice to see some women here on the forums to talk about tech-y stuff with My Verizon Space Grey 64 GB iPhone 6 Plus will be delivered today and I am SO excited!Funny enough, I had a space grey 6 plus on launch day........kept it for 4 days then returned it, loved it but found it to cumbersome when outside......used a friends 6 for a day........ Decided to order the 6 plus again! Both are very nice colours (both much nicer than gold in my opinion), though the space grey does appear more seamless.I'm glad I did it and I am so glad I held out for the Space Grey.I am excited for the iPhone for life plan they launched and ordered my 6+ Space Grey 16GB online...I am going to try out the store on Friday to see if I can get one that way faster though I used to live in a more remote area and Verizon was great there with the i5 and LTE but now that I am moving to a much bigger city Sprint service really won't be a problem at all and I'm excited for UNLIMITED data planWhere: AT&T.com iP6 Space Grey 64gb 9/19 My Order Status Email: Dear Jay, Great news!Hopefully 5.5 grey, if I need to wait a couple of months ,I'll do that for bigger screen, had a note 3 an it was perfect bar being on android, so this 5.5 if true is perfect for me.According to me dark colors are looks great like metallic blue, metallic grey, and the combination of black and blue are simply awesome.I've always imagined space grey being the one on the left..yes I'd be disappointed but tbf I would treat it as a one of a kind!My launch space grey is perfect, and I mean PERFECT.The space grey I see holding up better to the rigors of being careless with your phone, but on the other hand, if you are expecting anything to remain "flawless" you need to treat it accordingly. At the time I was disappointed but now I like the space grey and glad I have it.Its a beautiful phone though, with that said the space grey is VERY handsome in store, very elegant in a masculine Aston Martin way....Slate was by far my favorite not really fond of space grey.Space Grey is literally the most boring colour, you literally use grey to describe something that is flat and boring.Space Grey looks understated but elegant, Gold looks more edgy and interesting to me.Space Grey just looks so elegant, I can't get over how nice it looks naked and uncased.Changed mine to Slate Grey, it was nice, but the grey is amazing in my humble opinion.

Pretty nice device - let's see if it was worth the wait...Trust me, it's worth the wait, this phone is amazing.I'm pretty impatient but my phone came sooner than expected and it was worth the wait.Well my friends, the agony finally ended around 5pm....my phone is here, and it is BEAUTIFUL ... good luck to everyone, and hang in there, its most definitely worth the wait! Its well worth the wait, and glad I got to spend the last 6 weeks with all of you!The phone is awesome and worth the wait.It is a beautiful phone, and well worth the wait for anyone.I didn't feel like the 5/5S was a worthwhile upgrade, and decided the iPhone 6 Plus would be worth the wait.It is a beautiful phone and worth the wait! It's nice and worth the wait, I think being trapped in the house ALL DAYiPhone 6+ Gold 128GB on Verizon So worth the wait man, this thing is beautiful.I'll still just be as happy, at the end of the day, stuff happens...the only thing you can do is get something (from ATT) to make it worth the wait.I think it must have taken me around 2 minutes to go through the whole process Delivering 9/19 I have been refreshing the Apple Store site for at least two hours (you never know - maybe the website could come up before the official start) and in the last hour I have been refreshing every 30 seconds... At least it was worth the wait..Two minutes after I ordered I saw that the delivery times started going north...Released same time as smaller model would be ideal, small delay will be worth the wait.Got my phone finally in market mall..not too bad a wait..about an hour they had separate lines for unlocked and contract..i got the 16G unlocked one.. Called in Rogers and gave my frustration on why i should pay 399 for iphone4..they couldn't do anything about iphone price as i got my last upgrade last fall..but did get about $40 discount on my monthly bill..wasn't bad i thought..This thread is hilarious and made the wait much more tolerable.Great phone, but some of the novelty has worn off so the wait won't be terrible.Same here, damn, the wait is so frustrating...I have to say I was frustrated by the wait in ZhengZhou but today I am amazed at the speed of UPS.WOW that's great....no wait, AMAZING news!

64 bit
The leap from the 5S to the 6 didnt feel like too much of a change really at all besides few obvious welcome changes, but I have switched since to the 6 Plus from the 6, and I have to say the Plus is absolutely incredible and feels like a major big upgrade to iPhone(the screen and battery on the Plus is simply just absolutely fantastic and dramatically better then what Apple has ever offered in the past) and that going to the 6 Plus from the 6 alone feels like a awesome nice upgrade and from the 5s to the 6 Plus is defitnetly absolutely a big difference and feel and change and feels like a very awesome upgrade Keep it, by February 2015 all apps and app updates submitted have to have 64 bit support, which means 35-40% speed boost increase in apps that dont use 64 bit code (plenty to name that dont use 64 bit code yet ; Netflix, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube , Google Maps, bunch others) so roughly around 30% speed boost increase for 5S and 35-40% faster applications for 6/6 Plus for Touch ID my advice and tip to you is register your same finger twice in Touch ID, it makes it tons more accurate and much more consistent and essentially works "perfect" for me after doing this trick, try it Lastly download a good camera app like Camera+, it really does make a difference..I am beyond sure as apps get optimized and iOS gets further updated and streamlined, the Plus is more then capable of running at 60 fps constant no lag, iOS 8 is defitnetly rushed out the door a bit...but it is also the biggest iOS update ever with over 4000 new API's ...i am sure they will fix performance and that stuttering, and also all app submissions by February 2015 need to be 64 bit capable, that alone right there switching the app from 32-bit to 64-bit gives a 10% performance increase right off the bat from the use of extra registers of the CPU(so next year we will get very nice performance gains as apps start getting 64 bit capable) Anyways going off topic a bit lol, but I agree the Plus is defitnetly the first iPhone at launch that wasn't 100% perfectly smooth with those options turned off(stock) A little bit suprising but, by no means is it slow in apps or performance wise at all, it is a very fast phone in operation, just animation stutters and sputters and tab reloadingCertain things are clear: 1- 64 bit processor is already implemented 2- Higher than average screen resolution is already implemented, it's just a matter of adding more pixels 3- Faster wireless streaming speed is already available Now if Apple figures a way to exploit the flash storage and use it like RAM when needed the multi-tasking will be kind of 'unlimited' or any other fancy adjective hyperbole used on the keynote stage.20 nm 64 bit apple A8> 28nm Snapdragon 805 Cameras are both top notch and cream of the crop , no real , clear winner there Touch ID is king fingerprint scanner sensor and the Note 4 swipe with your thumb BS is not as good note 4 has the best OLED display ever while the 6 Plus has the best LCD smartphone display ever, both are top notch, 6 has a little less resolution but still good Funny thing is that 6 and 6 Plus uses actually newer technology and more cutting edge hardware, a SoC on a 20nm manufacturing node custom designed by Apple In house own ISP now too Both are great devices though but people who say it uses "2012 technology" and "lol wow only 1.4 ghz dual core my Galaxy S3 is faster with 1.5 ghz dual core" just have no understanding at all on all this Fanboys gonna be fanboys , but the 6 Plus and 6 are actually one of the best if not the best peforming smartphone right now on both the CPU/GPU side Totally wrong , 6 and 6 Plus completly utterly destroys anything from 2012, the SoC (which houses the CPU/GPU/ISP/RAM) basically everything, is quite different and not similiar to tech specs back then ARMv8 custom design is drastically different then what has been used in the past What people dont understand at all is that you want faster better single core performance and better IPC always, espcially on mobile devices, this is beyond crucial and key for mobile developing (for obvious reasons; these devices using batteries and thermal constraints etc etc) Same thing with why a Intel quad core is noticeably faster then a AMD quad core thats clocked alot higher speeds then the Intel quad core Its because Intels single core performance and architecture design is SUPERIOR, very little people understand what even makes a CPU design, single core performance and IPC is beyond important and crucial and key for mobile , why would someone want to deal with more weaker single cores and code for all them and try to get parrlellization and efficiency on all cores properly when it is a headache already developing software and games for a bunch of cores on desktop(and multicore processors started coming out 8 years ago) Throwing more cores at it does not increase performance for situations and problems automatically linearly 6 way wide superscaler 1.4 ghz Enhanced cyclone cores on ARM's latest architecture design (ARMv8 or 64 bit) OP I suggest you look up on the A7/A8 details , it is more comparable to Intel Haswell processors then it is to what Qualcomm offers actually in terms of performance

money
If you are confident you installed the replacement battery correctly I would think it wouldn't really be worth your money to have repaired.but you get way more life out of your money from the 5s, spec wise and performance wise.In my case, I'm on AT&T next and would just rather save some money by moving to a 6 because I know I would be just as happy with a 6.Mind you I had a 5 figure balance and no strange transactions (checks from clients coming in and money moving into my PayPal account to pay my staff abroad...I make great money doing a job where I help people who can't help themselves, own a nice home and I have a beautiful family. To be honest, it was a clever stunt for making money.Which to be honest, a Phish concert is worth way more than the face value of the ticket, it's just the act of providing money to scum bags who will keep buying and re-selling these tickets. If I don't like something I'm not afraid to admit, unlike some people who have to justify their purchases and say how great something is just because they've spent money on it.The unlimited plan would have offered $450 worth of subsidy per phone every two years, so $1800 worth of "free" money to put towards phones... however, saving $100/mo ends up being $2400 over two years, so they would actually come out $600 ahead even though they are now paying full price for their phones on AT&T Next.If however you want the latest and greatest iPhone and your going to keep the device for a couple of years or more then it may be worth adding the extra money and getting a 6, but as I said the 5s is still a very, very capable and good phone.Apple probably has data on how much used space and therefore keeping that option is smart money if the benefit of upgrading would only make a few people happy and keep most from upgrading to second tier.if i switch to some other device, it might save me money, but i would have to go through all the trial & error to find the perfect apps that i need and sometimes the accumulation of all the knowledge about my preferences is worth more than a few hundred dollars.OCD isn't what I have I just DESERVE a perfect phone because I think 749$ is a LOT of money... so because of that it had better be PERFECT.For the same reason that, for some people, a BMW or a Mercedes is worth the extra money over a Honda, an iPhone is worth the extra money over an Android.Lucky for you, it's worth a bit of money for parts.I got a good deal on the phone and am confident I can get my money back on it as it's in great shape.I'd really just wait for the release of the 6... worst comes to worse you don't like it and save money with the older model. To be quite honest, for that kind of money that Apple charges for a phone, you'd want something that as advertised and I can not believe the main stream media is letting Apple off the hook on this one!4) As for money --- I think if you can be happy with a iPhone 5, go for it, its a great phone and you can upgrade to 5S next year.Yes the damage isn't bad and yes over time you would probably sustain some sort of marks on the phone by yourself but the point is these things are a lot of money and should be perfect out of the box.and Calling mart usually has 10% off of $60 plan...so your still saving money, if you sign up for calling mart plan they also give you points (100 points = $1 saved) that combined with 10% off = great savings on this great plan! The differences aren't worth the money unless you just want the "latest and greatest".This is great, looks like AT&T is a winner here lol, But to anyone looking to save money Straight Talk is your best bet and you can't go wrong with $45/Month, If you do need 1.5GB+ Data then ya its worth sticking with AT&T because you can have up to 3GB but also at a cost of $65++ H2O Wireless has a $25/Month Plan that you can use in any combination....if you strictly use it for talking then you can have 1000Min/Month = Approx 16.7Hours/17Hours of Talk/Month!One thing for sure though, now that Apple is offering us the unlocked iPhone I think it will force the companies to offer amazing deals to keep us locked in....if they do, I'll definitely be happy to save the money and sign again...I figure I'm going to need a phone for another 3 year anyhow, so if the price is right, I will.My 6 Plus has been absolutely amazing and I have absolutely no lag or stutter at all on my 6 Plus, your 6 Plus seems to be defective, Sounds like you might not even have a 6 Plus, why would you spend all that money when a ton of your "problems" is something you could of always seen in person hands on with the device or so (surely you tried the device out before forking over money) And Siri has been working for me 90% of the time and is light years better then what it has been, that seems to be a connection issue on your part with Siri having a response like thatNow that they make less and less money with text messages it is getting worse and worse.I've had my 6+ since launch day, Sep. 19, and I was nervous when I pre-ordered at 3 am, I was nervous when I saw all of that money leave my account, and I was nervous when I saw the huge box.I mean, if worse comes to worst you're going to have to sell the 5S and use the money to pay Verizon, but it still doesn't seem right.I'm in a similar boat, coming to the end of my 2 year contract with my 5 and I was all set and excited for the 6 but once I tried one in the store, I just wasn't happy with the way it felt in my hand, and now I'm thinking that I might just stick with my 5, it's still just as speedy as ever and just feels nice in my hand, I mean, that new screen is nice and all but I'm not sure it's really worth the money, maybe I'll cave eventually but I'm thinking I'll wait for the 6S and hope they make the camera lens flush again, and remove the silly plastic lines on the back. They realized they were leaving money on the table and ignoring it was untenable, it's just too bad it took them so long to come to that conclusion.Scammers have a lot of tricks from sending money from bad bank accounts that somehow clear into your account, to returning a different phone back and claiming you sent them a bad product, to just shipping back rocks AND PAYPAL SIDES 99% WITH BUYER NO MATER WHAT.What with a paltry 1GB of RAM and a cheap build quality, what a downer for all that money. They handle orders over the mic, clean their stations, prep drinks (including sloppy caramel McCafe's) and then take your filthy money. You're delusional if you think those insane margins are required in order for them to have enough money to invest in their networks.Love of money ends up making a tech company boring as fsck and TC is boring as fsck.I will buy it, use safari extensively and see how "bad" it is, and sell it if it's worse than the current phone; I will most definitely make money on the deal lol.Being able to defer payment at no cost is usually worth it, maybe not as much for such a low amount, but that money will be worth less later than today.I used to work hard but the tax rates are so horrible now I hardly work at all anymore because the more I work the worse tax bracket I'm in - and end up having even less money because I have to pay people to do things I don't have time to do myself because I'm working.SCOTUS said dumb lawsuits over trivial amounts of money where only the lawyers make out can be forced into arbitration. These programs only work because the carriers realize people are dumb enough to pay for a phone for a year or 18 months and then trade it in for the latest and greatest and not care that they are losing all of the money had poured into the phone to begin with. Conclusion: It seems that AT&T is giving the MVNO's run for their money with its AIO brand as its beating its own GoPhone plan prices and Net10 seems to have pulled a bad move with its pricing as its worse than AT&T's AIO Wireless pricesIts a point of contention because most cases are ugly and some people the amount of money they send on cases and films they could damn near buy another phone they certainly could pay for AppleCare+.Cant say its better money wise but sure nice convenience wise. Also, without supporting evidence, it is equally erroneous to claim that Apple were "saving money" by using this supposedly inferior grade of aluminium. That site is questionable and anyone that tries to take advantage of someone elses good rep to make money sounds shady to me.avoiding Wifi, if you HAD to and spend the $120, then you would just be a moron and your points are worthless, or you just have more money than you know what to do with and your argument is also worthless.
size
It has a great size and seems awesome, with the exception of battery life, which seems to be crappy. If you dont mind the size of the Plus(which i got used to pretty quickly and dont think its that big anymore actually, and also the tapered edges and thinness makes it alot better to hold and is less cumbersome overall) The screen and battery life on the Plus is just incredibly good and really dam good, it is worth it, the extra screen size and the battery life alone makes it worth it imoSomething about the 6 Plus that is just incredible..i just feel like i have the whole world at my finger tips...a big very beautiful into this world, and the way the space gray 6 /6plus in the front looks with the edges sloping off and like the blackness of the front display and just the way it seems to morph into the edges and kind of like consume the whole front of the device is amazing...plus ( no pun intended lmao) i love the battery life, it is absolutely incredibly good and lasts a very long time I like the 6 design better then the 5S/5 design overall.... One thing I do wish though is that i wished they made a darker model then Space Gray (like the dark slate color from the iPhon 5) , that would look even moreamazing imo.. Yeah the 6 plus may be big but it is obnoxiously big beautiful and turns heads and i have caught people just looking at my phone (and when I had a 6 i remember I had seen a few 6 Pluses in the wild in peoples hands and them using it , and me just going to my self "wow that screen does look really nice and beautiful actually") it actually is one of the reasons why i went from the 6 to the 6 Plus because of envy and also the other obvious (battery life, screen size and res, OIS )The 6 Plus is awesome and the screen is a perfect size. You are right 6 is the perfect size, to be honest.Like them, I have also returned to the 5S as it seems to be the perfect (by perfect I mean compact and usable) screen size for me.The 6 wasnt bad but battery life is very important to me and theres a big difference between the 2...and the screen size is awesome.I either need the smaller 6 or I wish that the 6+ was a bit bigger so that I can hold it the way I want to hold it....I was even thinking that my Kindle Paperwhite would be the perfect size phone for a big phone....seriously, my Kindle Paperwhite feels GREAT as a phone if it were a phone...it fits in my pocket and feels comfortable when I hold it to my head....hoping for a Kindle iPhone 7!got the 6 first, absolutely thought Id never get a phone the size of the Plus, was chirping that the 6 is the perfect size and phone, but then I started getting envious of the Plus, then i wanted to switch to the Plus and I did and i love it that much more over the 6 and im beyond happy and satisfied I switched to the Plus Love the screen and battery life tremendously, they are simply incredible on the Plus, also has OIS which is a benefit, its been about a week since I owned the Plus and I am already used to the size(granted I rock it without a case to keep it slim and light, which the thinness and weight makes it alot more tolerable to hold and feels good imo, much better feel and hold and is slimmer in hand then other phablets, I am used to the size alreadyAn iPhone 5s is a worthy upgrade for you, and the perfect size since you prefer the same width as your 4s.For me the screen size is such an enjoyable experience that I'm happy to adjust / live with the extra effort you need to apply on the occasions you need to use it one handed etc. With the leather Apple case it's still great to hold size wise for me, and it's grippy now. It's a stunning phone and thoroughly nice to use with a couple of additional features the standard 6 doesn't have, however it's the size that is the real consideration for people I think. This, this website is superb and it helped me find a 6 Plus 64 Gb in stock right at my local Apple store, I got the 4.7 inch 6 on Launch date, and I had it for about a month, I loved it but the Plus was looking so luring and amazing once I got to play with it a few times, I was so sure at first I didnt ever want the Plus, but then I started envying it, and then My brother ended up buying this Plus at Apple and we traded my 4.7 inch i6 with Applecare + on it for a 64 gb 6 plus for me, and I honestly couldnt be anymore satisfied and happy with this, I am beyond happy I got the plus, I love this thing and Im already use to the size, the thinness of the device is truly what makes this phablet actually very tolerable imo and its very slim in the pocket, The bigger screen alongside with the stupendously good battery life alone is beyond worth it and also OIS, All other phones just feel tiny now to me hah, TLDR: switched from a 6 (never thought id get a phablet) to a Plus and i am beyond in love with this thing and i am beyond satisifed and happy i went from the 6 to the 6 PlusFeels absolutely awesome in the hand, it's the perfect size. The 6 just seems to fit in my hand so much better but then I pick up the 6+ and the screen size is awesome. The screen size was actually perfect on the 6 i must say for those that are still looking only for a phone and have a dedicated tablet for use at all times. The iPhone 6's size is a perfect fit for me.well i went back to my 5C and honestly its fluid and the right size for portability I have a rMini and macbook air so apple still in my life... What I found was apple puts alot of effort into their macbooks - look at yosemite - its amazing fluid fast and runs amazingly on the macbook air, secondly ipads - these are also great for what they do just look at the new ipad air specs are amazing...Feels great in the hand, with a nice weight, although after 2 (3 if you include the 6+) screen size updates it does seem pretty small now.I love my iPhone but I still think the Galaxy s5 is ideal size wise.Touch ID is just amazing, camera is outstanding and the screen size is perfect..I mean, the Plus is an awesome device and all, and the screen and battery are unparalleled, but I have to tell you, the size becomes a burden if you're happy with using your phone how you are now.I'm still happy with the new iPhone though because I love the new display size, so moving to iPhone 6 was the right decision.iOS 8 > Android 4.4 + 4.5 iOS Maps today > Google Maps on Android 1GB of ram hasn't been as detrimental as I thought iPhone at 4.7" is pretty damned good size wise and it's fast. The size is perfect, the screen is amazing, the battery lasts all day.Honestly, if the regular 6 had come with the same resolution and landscape capabilities and battery life, that form factor would have been preferable to me as it marries the decent screen size with portability in a more optimal way than the Plus does, at least for me.They are scratch resistant, just not scratch proof, I am pretty sure "iom-strengthed glass" is just another name for Gorilla Glass i got my 6 screen covered in Ghost Armor clear screen protector....I love this screen protector, perfect cutouts, perfect size, fits the whole glass display, had a guy at the kiosk did it, no air bubbles at all anywhere, complete clean and clear installation, it is flawless and you cant even tell sometimes that there actually is a screen protector thats how well installed it was(guy at the kiosk did it, put it in a heat box, popped all remaining other air bubbles/pushed them out) I feel very safe and secure with this Ghost Armor protector lol I know it will hold up great and absorb alot of scratches over time instead of my screen Honestly , literally there is not much you can do to protect your screen without a screen protector, a OCD guy like me, where i never keep anything in my pocket with my phone but my phone, where I am always shaking off my pockets to get all lint/sand out before I put my phone in there so nothing can scratch it in my pocket, blowing on my phone sometimes throughout the day to get dust/lint off of it from my pocket, and being very careful where I place my phone (Never in a car cup holder etc) and even doing all this, all my smartphones that I had owned even with care like this, I always still end up finding micro scratches on the screen build up over the months, doesn't affect actual screen display like i dont see rainbow lines or anything like that, but still micro scratches all over the display, it is almost impossible to guard from really with no screen protector you honestly can't do nothing about it and it's not "cheap Apple" , its just not sapphire glass display lol.The curved design feels fantastic, the screen size upgrades are great, the cameras have some awesome feature like slo-mo and OIS on plus, pretty great battery life, and Apple Pay sounds promising. There is a considerable difference in size between it and the 6 +, and I find the mini preferable when viewing videos and at other times when a larger screen is desirable.I think it's great though to read everyone's opinions on what size is perfect for them and how they are adapting to their new iPhones.Nice screen, size seemed good, protruding camera didn't seem that bothersome, felt like nice materials, I kind if liked it.Having demo'ed both side by side, I felt the 6 was a great size and a perfect in-between point between the 5 and the 6+.My wife's: Nice Name: iPhone 6 Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 Generation: CPU speed: 1.4GHz Screen size: 4.7 inch Screen resolution: 1334x750 pixels Colour: Gold Production year: 2014 Production week: 36 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 16GB Memory - while they are still present here in stores... And now - I'm REALLY happy with it: I've got the extremely convenient TouchID feature, better camera etc, all in lovely 4" size.Lovely size, lovely 'hand feel'.When smart phones are new, then each iteration represents huge leaps, but the size of those leaps get progressively smaller from generation to generation as we zero in on the 'ideal phone'.Phone is cool i love the size not too big and keyboard is amazing now time to wait for jb.... Video is amazingThat all changed again yesterday when my 128GB silver 6 was delivered and I have to say I absolutely love it The size is perfect (slightly smaller than the S5 it's replaced which makes it much more pocket and hand friendly), TouchID is brilliant and the general fit and finish is second to none I didn't think I'd missed iOS but even though the last version I used was 6 and it's obviously changed a lot since then it was like welcoming an old friend and it feels good to be back I've always had dark coloured phones before but this time I decided to go for the silver as white is the iconic Apple colour IMO and I'm really glad I did - it looks stunningI agree one size doesn't fit all for screen sizes and I think the 6 is a great device. It's a perfect phone in the perfect size. But after trying the 6+ in the store, I think it's really amazing, and for those of you who want that screen size, I can see how it's a great choice. Is it actually worth it to take the risk to trade the perfect iPhone 6 plus I currently own just to get more storage size.So far, things I prefer about the 5.5 On-screen keyboard size The resolution of the display, fit much more on screen and photos look awesome The physical finish of the device, better than the 4.7 Stuff I prefer about the 4.7 More compact Easier one handed use Minor but noticeably better performance.Moving it in circles with my fingers, flipping it in my hand, just moving it around in both my left & right hands to get used to the size.Love everything about it; perfect screen size, love the look and feel, everything I just perfect. The size isn't event that bad, but I'm just ok indecisive and notice I carry this phone around a lot at work due to it not being the easiest to place in my pocket. No regrets lol, and it's funny because I went from the Note 2 to a 5S and looked forward to the more hand friendly size. The 6 is a great size and feels amazing in my hand, and I have XL glove sized ones. The 6 screen is a nice size too; I'm happy with it.Nice size, solid button feedback, Touch ID works perfect, excellent camera and solid battery life for my usage.Yeah, pretty amazing how sony can fit in a 4.6 inch screen, microSD slot, and 2600mAh battery into something the size of an iPhone 5s.my .02$ I have the 4.7. coming from a 5s pro's Camera great Battery great screen color A+, screen coating A+, Brightness A++ Cons: camera lens pokes out imho the foot print is to big, screen size is ok but the phone as a whole feel to big for a 4.7 inch i think it's missing the apple quality design/feel.Brilliant piece of tech, perfect size for me.The 6 is awesome as well and for a phone is probably the perfect size.Calls sound great, iOS 8 seems to work fantastically, browses great, and the regular web sites look good (after a simple pull down on the web page to load them...thanks iOS8) on this size phone.Calls sound great, iOS 8 seems to work fantastically (outside of some skins of apps not loading all the time), browses great, and the regular web sites look good (after a simple pull down on the web page to load them...thanks iOS8) on this size phone. Some lucky enough to witness one in person are amazed and mesmerized, others scream in horror at the size of it and run away.I agree with you and totally get your point BUT now with IOS 8 + the new iPhones, i do not think 16GB is enough to work at a level that most people will be happy with and also have some freedom, it puts limiations on what one can or can't do - this is why Apple should have started with 32GB not 16GB, i am actually shocked that Apple even bothered to make a 16GB but i think this was a last chance deal for them...... a LOT of people travel and you need more than 16GB to just put some movies on a device movies have grown to HD and have iTunes extras + such, next step would be to drop SD - disney has upgraded every digital movie that years ago were only in SD to now HD + Universal will do HD if you provide them with digital info.....i have 3+GB left on a new wireless iPad mini (kids use) i did the update connected to iTunes so it took less space...had to delete every app off to update to IOS 8 - nothing else is on it as we use iTunes match - the apps are getting updated so much faster then ever before and they are being created for new IOS 8 and the app file size is bigger...then, bono (U2) is now working with apple to create a whole new music file/type, i'm sure it will take up way more space.... so while one could make 16GB work with wireless, iTunes match + the ease of using (the soon to come) iCloud storage for your photos + such, it is still very limiting - i don't need 64GB but i bought it b/c 16GB is way too small for me now and i will keep it for 2 years - in the past, i have always used 16GB.... also, people now have more options, they may want to upgrade every year, buy iPhones outright, lease iPhone's as everything has changed in the whole cellular game....in the next 2 years, apple has to drop 16GB, they got away with it this time by offering our lives in the iCloud and since we don't know yet what it will be like (on purpose i am sure) they played us to a degree - i say to a degree b/c on the flip side they offered 4 times the GB (64GB) for what in the past would have historically cost $200 more for $100 less - i love them, don't get me wrong, i am so happy with my 64GB iPhone 6+ and i love the freedom now b/c i was starting to not to have it with my last iPhone at 16GBBut the size of the iphone 6 is great as well, fits really nice in the hand.Just it's harder to fit in my pockets already (the iPhone 5/5s was the perfect size for me).Brilliant contrast and color, and of course very sharp and the extra size is nice.Calls sound great, iOS 8 seems to work fantastically (outside of some skins of apps not loading all the time), browses great, and the regular web sites look good (after a simple pull down on the web page to load them...thanks iOS8) on this size phone.Perfect size to be honest for me now after having the phone 3 days now.I had the 1st gen Moto X 4.7", then accidentally destroyed it and had to get the Nexus 5, which was almost perfect size wise, and think the 5.2" 2nd gen Moto X will be perfect for me.Or smart phones that are the size of an iPhone 5. so you're kind of stuck so just be happy with the iPhone 6 and try not to complain for much.I think the 6 is perfect size for one hand, and I'm going 6+ and don't think that's all too awkward either. It's simply stunning and the screen size is perfect.Size wise the phones are a perfect fit.I had exhibited my photos even made with my iPhone 4, so creativity is more important then anything (I have a nice DSLR with pro lenses for sharp, micro... images if I need features such as IS)... Now, I hold my 6 confidently, easely (I even have lond fingers), descretely if I want, screen size is perfect, nice for photo viewing, navigation, browsing internet, traveling to other places and speaking/making photos without drawing too much attention... Will defenately chose the same size the next time.I wish Apple would simply have three different sizes each year to give all customers their ideal size: 4 4.7 5.5 Hell even if they simply put the A8 and focus pixels in the 5s I'd be a happy camper. And, as an honest person giving an honest answer, the iPhone 4 and 5 are too small, not for one handed use, obviously, but that screen size is too small for what I want to do.To be quite honest, I wanted the 6+, but when I saw the 6 (at the Apple Store), I realize it's the perfect size phone.I personally though the 5/5S was perfect in size, it was small enough to fit in jacket pockets, shirt pockets, easier enough to use one handed even for smaller handed people. This one seems like the perfect size for me... Congratz to all of us that have a shiny new iPhone 6/6+ We are all the lucky ones! This display is nice to read from portrait or landscape, but the size is so weird to carry. The size is perfect and the screen is beyond gorgeous. It is the perfect size (although I do wish they cut down the bezels more and fit a 5" screen in the same size device). The 6 is very nice size, my husband thinks it's perfect.I was very happy with the size and happy to see that it seemingly fits okay in my pockets. It's kind of funny reading the back and forth in the size debate.Looks great and seems to be perfect size for me.The iPhone 6 has a perfect size and looks amazing.Beautifully crafted, perfect size, screen is gorgeous!UGLY UGLY iPhones no matter what size.I'm fairly sure I'll be a happy camper with the 6+, if playing around with an LG G3 at Best Buy didn't prove to me that the screen size wasn't too bad, seeing the actual phone in someone's hands was. However, since I don't have a purse nor really baggy/cargo pants (I don't wear skinny jeans either, I wear stuff that looks good - and that's not anything really baggy and sloppy), I couldn't get over the size of the 6 Plus as I had worries about how it'd fit in my pocket - particularly when sitting down.- Both Phones are as fast if not a BIT faster than the 5S 6: - The perfect portable size for all hand sizes - Performance is 5-10 percent better than Plus - Easier to Read, A bit better to type than 5/5S 6 Plus: - Perfect size for bigger hands - Better for pictures and movies than 6 - Camera gives you 3 extra stops in low light taking portraits compared to 6 - Performance is 5-10 percent less than 6 - Easier to Read, Easier to TypeNice Name: iPhone 6 plus Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: 6 plus Generation: Screen size: 5.5 inch Screen resolution: 1920x1080 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 35 (September) Model introduced: 2014 Capacity: 128GB Memory - retaining that iconic Apple'sh bezel thus, distinguishing it instantly vs. other non-iDevices; for it's lightness and thinness / width and volume - it looks like perfect fit for me (a big challenge for my pockets and fashion looks but I have solutions or way around to this, so let's see).I find it really funny how a couple years ago when Samsung INTRODUCED the Note phablet just about everyone here said how it was such a stupid idea because it was so large and said they'd never buy an iPhone bigger than 4" because 4" was the perfect size. That being said, the nice thing for Apple to do after years of proclaimining they had mobile phone operation "figured out" and that 3.5-4" was the "perfect size" would have been to at least offer one as an OPTION.I'm looking at upgrading, but the price of the iPhone 6, as nice as it is and perfect in size to me, is making me seriously consider the new Moto X and switching to Android.I prefer the more manageable size of 6 but the screen size of 6+ make it the must-have for me and my able to watch live in much bigger screen the glorious Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Euro 2016 Qualifying, Ligue 1, MLS beautiful futbol games anywhere I am.This might be of interest to some of you thinking about upgrading to one of the newer iPhones based on screen size: There's something nice about the fit of the items on the iPhone 5, although as always the extra resolution does help see more.Looks like a great size...glad I got the 6+!What I say to everyone who asks me about size: "The 4.7 is the perfect size for a smartphone, the 5.5 is the perfect size for me."The awesome screen size is well worth itCouple reasons... the rMini has the amazing Smart Cover that allows it to stand on a hotel nightstand, and the rMini's battery is way way longer and its overall screen size is almost double the real estate.. so going to keep using it as my media device :-)It would have been nice to see how "perfect" that size was with regards to sales with true options available. It's the perfect size and a great phone. If a particular screen size was perfect X years ago, it would still be perfect today.Apple has just thrust upon it's fans 2 bigger-screen phones that are well above what was previously spun as a "perfect" size at 4", which itself was a fairly big hop up from what was previously spun as a "perfect" size at 3.5".Feel free to sound off which version you are getting (including size) as I'm curious what the average on the forum will be Apple kind of threw us a curve ball by bumping the 2nd tier to 64gb but still keeping the paltry 16gb as the base model.I am kind of glad that the 8MP stayed... the dimensions are just fine and the file size won't increase... unlike the quality of the photos. To be honest I'm happy with my current iPhone 5 size and all as it does pretty much all I need it to do.Agreed, maybe I'll change my mind once I have one but I've tried the Galaxy Note 3 before and hated how it two-hands was an absolute requirement to function At the moment the Xperia Z3 Compact is my personal favorite device on the horizon based on its compact size for one-handed use, flagship specs (snapdragon 801, 2gb RAM, micro SD, 20mp camera) and great battery size at 2600mAh.4,7" is perfect size for a modern smart phone.I get why some of us hate the idea of it, but we're a biased bunch, thoroughly accustomed to 4" as the still "perfect" size as handed down by the Apple.Yes I'll keep my 5s cause it still works, the screen size is perfect, and looks beautiful and the iphone 6 looks to big and looks like a ipod with a sim slotThe 5S has an amazing screen size and the 4.7 will be the perfect size if we can use it with one hand use.Having been around when this crowd referred to everything above the originally "perfect" size of 3.5" as "abominations", "stupid" and "99% don't want" and then watching them shift to 4" and deem everything above 4" as "abominations" "stupid", and "99% don't want", I find the whole shift to 4.7" as the third new "perfect" hilarious. While people here are very passionate about 4" now (and 3.5" back when it was the one and only "perfect" size), I'm doubting the same level of passion for <=4" shows itself beyond the Apple faithful. It's because every time Apple said "X inches is the perfect phone size" - everyone jumped on that comment and agreed - all the recent comments you're referencing are targeting hypocritical commenters who would just jump on the bandwagon of whatever Apple said was the "perfect size" - and also because they would incessantly make fun of Android manufacturers and WP manufacturers for building bigger phones. And the switch to the A7 with phenomenal performance and 64bit architecture (with the A8 instruction set and new GPU), DDR 3 RAM (w/a 4mb 'on die SoC' buffer), fingerprint scan system second to none and a wicked camera (1080p is truly amazing, still capture is definitely a well refined with an awesome and perfect for sensor size 8mp, f2.2 with 10fps full Rez bursts as long as you hold the shutter down), continued progression of their IPS display technology and implementation..the 5s is AS good as ANY of the flagship Android 2014 handsets. It's funny how everyone says the current iPhone size is the perfect size until the next iPhone drops. You can have my 3.5" iPhone 4S when you pull it from my cold, dead hands; or when the performance is bad enough that I can't stand it and you offer me enough cash for it 3.5" is the perfect screen size in my opinion. My current iphone size is perfect and doesn't need to be the size of my ipad that also is the perfect size, and my ipad doesn't need to be the size of my imac that also is the perfect size.I read this comment 1000 times on this forum about "I think 3.5" is the perfect size for a phone" then in 2012 "I think 4.0" is the perfect size for a phone" Now in 2014 "I think 4.7" is the perfect size for a phone."It was awesome (4" is a very nice screen size for me), and I found some really nice app replacements that were very, very nice.------------------- Nice Name: iPhone 5s Family name: Group1: iPhone Group2: Generation: CPU speed: 1.3GHz Screen size: 4 inch Screen resolution: 1136x640 pixels Colour: Space Gray Production year: 2014 Production week: 4 (January) Model introduced: 2013 Capacity: 64GB Memory - 18mb file size Angry Birds 2014 on a larger screen iPhone 6 - 72mb 3.2mp camera 0.4~mb VGA video 1 minute 33mb 8.0mp camera 1.7~mb 1080 video 1 minute 142mb I hope my question made sense..See its just arbitrary that that is something "bad" that its that size.My work phone is a Samsung S5 and the size is extremely annoying in pockets (I wear loose fit khaki's/jeans; not skinny) and not very portable.I got so annoyed by the note 2's screen size, I ended up going back to my trusty old dumb phone for the actual phone part. The screen size might be amazing to use but when you have to carry the device in jeans/trouser pockets and often find yourself needing to use it one handed on public transport, it is totally impractical for some people.See its just arbitrary that that is something "bad" that its that size.IMHO the speculated 5.5" size is just too excessive, in fact it would be the perfect example of why many poke fun of phablets to begin with (unwieldy, goofy-looking, cumbersome, requires a backpack or man-bag to carry, etc). That is a paltry number in relation it's sheer size.Honestly, there are times I wish my iPhone 5 was larger(when I'm awake, walking around) and there are times when I find it too big(when I'm lying in bed, on my side, trying to hold it with one hand at a weird angle) Over all I don't miss the Nexus Galaxy I had(screen size wise) I don't have any problem with Apple allowing more choices in their line up.I think the 5 is awesome, but my 4S is the perfect size and in my estimation an awesomerrrrr phone.

pricing
Amazing service, great speed, great CS [ in general ] and pricing is very reasonable all things considered.I love their pricing / service / options, but man they're terrible for this kind of thing...That kind of confusion and bait-and-switch moving target pricing is the exact reason why I hate contracts and subsidized plans. No thank u - verizon is where I will be - my main reason for moving was pricing - Tamara made that a non issue I am happy it is over - checked the Att acct this morning and it is with a zero balance and closed - and it will remain that wayNow with ATT moving aggressively towards the NEXT program (along with more attractive pricing just announced).my buddy upgraded to a BB Bold in may 2009. then upgraded to a BB Bold 9700 in May 2010. he doesnt have a high revenue account, and now since they updated that eligibility checker it shows $159 pricing for him...I'm not eligible for an upgrade at new customer pricing so any promotion Rogers does (unless it is amazing) won't be worth it when I can get an unlocked one for a couple hundred dollars more.I am suspicious because of the past behaviour of industry and from the fact that the pricing for cell phone plans is so convoluted: you must purchase a $20 per month data plan on an iPhone subsidized plan at Canadian carriers.I wouldn't consider Sprint because of its network but I'm glad T-Mobile and Spring are fighting it out because I feel like it puts pricing pressure on AT&T and Verizon (who screw people over with their absurd pricing). Conclusion: It seems that AT&T is giving the MVNO's run for their money with its AIO brand as its beating its own GoPhone plan prices and Net10 seems to have pulled a bad move with its pricing as its worse than AT&T's AIO Wireless pricesVerizon is a greedy scumbag company that has unreasonable pricing.

I also purchased a basic phone as a second line.... ATT customer service was worthless...they didn't know what they were talking about and was always getting the run around..ontop of that the LG basic phone I ordered was in stock but they never shipped it to me and its always says backordered.....phone finally got here..and it is frikkin BEAUTIFUL....so glad i waiting out this torture..the phone is worth it...i got the 128 GB Space Gray...i was stuck in the 10/2-10/13 black hole for awhile too so to those of you who haven't received urs hang in there!I would just sell the 6 plus to me and order the 128 GB for yourself...64 perfect for me, 128 perfect for you PayPal is readyDear Members I would like to upgrade my iPhone 5 64 GB to iPhone 5S I have found that since I have the iPad 128 GB, I have not used the iPhone to its full capacity I was going to get the iPhone 5S 64G but the price difference between the 16 GB and 64 model makes me think whether it is worth it As I have the iPad 128 GB , I wonder whether it would be a waste to buy the iPhone 5S 64 GB Perhaps some of you are in the same situation or gve me ideas of situations in which having both with high capacity would be useful Thanksto make things worse, I just gave in and realized I have been impatient so I reordered my order at AT&T for a 128 GB gold.As well: 128 gb option 5 inch screen Thicker, with twice the battery life Other than that, hardware wise, I can't think of anything else that I really really want that apple would ever implement (SD card and removable battery come to mind as nice options, but don't see that ever happening).

As bizarre as it may sound, it appears that some people may have been ashamed of the capacity of their deviceHowever, every other screenshot I've seen has also shown the design capacity to be 2855, so I'm assuming that the report of 2915 is inaccurate, or the app you're using to display these numbers is inaccurate. But is there REALLY anyone out there that would be disappointed in the iPhone 7 if Tim stood on stage saying, "Well folks, we didn't make it any thinner this time, it's still an AMAZING 6.0mm thick, but we did manage to give you another HALF DAY of stand by battery capacity this year!"As many features as Apple had to show differentiating the 6 and 6+ while on stage, this is one area most users won't comprehend without a tutorial and that hopefully Apple isn't shying away from stating because of upsetting those that really give a damn about RAM capacity.Cycle Count: 479 Design Capacity: 1430 Full Charge Capacity: 784 Status: Success Battery Current Capacity: 60 Battery is charging: true External charge capable: false External connected: false fully charged: false gas gauge capacity: true.iPad 2, roughly two years old: Cycle count: 584 Design capacity: 6583 Full charge capacity: 6373 Status: Success Battery current capacity: 100% Battery is charging: False External charge capable: False External connected: True Fully charged: False

sizes
They are making a smart watch that looks like any other smart watch and comes in multiple sizes.I agree one size doesn't fit all for screen sizes and I think the 6 is a great device.its great that we have the choice of the two different sizes...grateful for that so now everyone can be "happy"....it's funny to me that we have android people talking smack about iPhone users and now there is the 6plus vs 6 talking smack to each other...at the end of the day you have to choice to get the device that fits your daily life and that's all that matters.Which is great, because both phones are quite excellent, and I'm glad Apple gave us the choice of sizes this time around.I suppose if someone buys an item that doesn't fit their lifestyle, despite being given a choice of 2 sizes, then yes, I think it's reasonable for them to change their lifestyle for the 'precious'.Meanwhile I understand the reason (only now Apple is confident to produce something decent in the sizes they do) and am delighted about my iPhone 6!I wish Apple would simply have three different sizes each year to give all customers their ideal size: 4 4.7 5.5 Hell even if they simply put the A8 and focus pixels in the 5s I'd be a happy camper.- Both Phones are as fast if not a BIT faster than the 5S 6: - The perfect portable size for all hand sizes - Performance is 5-10 percent better than Plus - Easier to Read, A bit better to type than 5/5S 6 Plus: - Perfect size for bigger hands - Better for pictures and movies than 6 - Camera gives you 3 extra stops in low light taking portraits compared to 6 - Performance is 5-10 percent less than 6 - Easier to Read, Easier to TypeAnd note this: one of the reasons Android has had some great smart phone success is because Apple hasn't been competing at these bigger-screen sizes. To be honest I would be disappointed if Apple didn't introduce at least 2 different sizes. And, like you say, a good camera app fills in some of the gap -- my favorite is ProCamera because it has lots of good stuff for Video, too (like recording in 720p for less insane file sizes). There is never a perfect size that would fit everyone so it is great to have the choice of all brands and sizes.
