camera
For moms there's a great camera, a crucial feature that Apple has marketed so heavily they've got most everyone addicted to using it as one criteria of great importance when choosing a phone. The camera is nice and the screen is awesome. Its when conditions aren't ideal, and/or when you want to control aspects of the imaging process, that a dedicated camera tends to shine. The leap from the 5S to the 6 didnt feel like too much of a change really at all besides few obvious welcome changes, but I have switched since to the 6 Plus from the 6, and I have to say the Plus is absolutely incredible and feels like a major big upgrade to iPhone(the screen and battery on the Plus is simply just absolutely fantastic and dramatically better then what Apple has ever offered in the past) and that going to the 6 Plus from the 6 alone feels like a awesome nice upgrade and from the 5s to the 6 Plus is defitnetly absolutely a big difference and feel and change and feels like a very awesome upgrade Keep it, by February 2015 all apps and app updates submitted have to have 64 bit support, which means 35-40% speed boost increase in apps that dont use 64 bit code (plenty to name that dont use 64 bit code yet ; Netflix, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube , Google Maps, bunch others) so roughly around 30% speed boost increase for 5S and 35-40% faster applications for 6/6 Plus for Touch ID my advice and tip to you is register your same finger twice in Touch ID, it makes it tons more accurate and much more consistent and essentially works "perfect" for me after doing this trick, try it Lastly download a good camera app like Camera+, it really does make a difference..I don't think you notice the bad camera to be honest. You know every modern smart phone camera can take beautiful pictures.I like them too, it actually looks good IMO, if it was all just metal'ed out it wouldnt look as good I dont think, Also call me crazy but I actually do like the slight camera protrusion too with the nice beautiful darkish gray gunmetal ring that surrounds the camera, covered in sapphire lens glass, its beautiful IMO..I would be happy if they made the new phone thicker to include a bigger battery and bigger Camera lens to improve low light photos I am very happy with the current 6 design and will probably get the plus version next timeAll the things we thought the 6 would be, but wasn't: Wireless charging Waterproof Two day battery 20Mp camera Bezel-less Two gigs ram at least LED notification Durable Sapphire screen No ugly antenna bands No ugly protruding lens No bad screens escaping QC inspection Stable iOS Smooth iOS This would make a phone with paying a thousand bucks for.The battery life, camera, and that amazing screen are just beautiful.Happy "taking your camera out on a nice day and taking awesome photos" to everyoneI love the camera in the 6 Plus, it is truly amazing that we have a phone camera with optical image stabilization, just amazing, You only see this kinda stuff in bigger cameras, and not in phones, that's a + for the 6+ On the other hand, I've never owned an iPad, but I always wanted one since the first one.great video I am very happy with the camera they both have video image stabilizer the plus has OIS Optical Image Stabilizer which is for still shotsBut most of users want a great display, a great camera and a great battery life.I'm super happy at how fast video focuses too, I think the 6s is going to be the ultimate, the s version iPhones always seem to perfect the camera.Touch ID is just amazing, camera is outstanding and the screen size is perfect..Battery life, camera, and the biggest/best screen this side of the Galaxy Note 4 (great for GPS and games) are also some really nice things to have.Much better camera, better apps, seamless integration with my iPad Mini, and of course, seamless iTunes integration.Even on the cake the camera protrudes lol That's awesome though, happy birthday.Nice screen, size seemed good, protruding camera didn't seem that bothersome, felt like nice materials, I kind if liked it.Other than just a bit better camera and a bit faster CPU... And they'll make it seem totally awesome and amazing.Motorola STARTAC Nokia 3210 Nokia 3310 Sony Ericsson T68i (with the detachable VGA camera that rendered 1 FPS lol) Nokia 7650 Nokia 6600 Nokia 7610 Motorola RAZR (so sexy) Nokia N80 iPhone 2G Blackberry Bold 9000 Blackberry Torch 9800 iPhone 4S Samsung Galaxy S4 iPhone 6+- It's thin - It's beautiful - Well Designed - Vibrant screen - Fast processor and fast wireless - Great camera (though noise reduction could be turned down) - Amazing App Collection - Runs much cooler than my 4S - Larger, more readable screenIt has an: Awesome camera Awesome screen Awesome speaker Awesome thinness Awesome processor Awesome Touch ID Awesome design Awesome flash Awesome battery life compared to all new smart phones it just trounces them.Pretty amazing for a camera phone, to be honest. Now I know why I tried a Nexus 5 and HTC One over the past few years The 6 Plus - awesome screen, amazing camera, and killer battery life - simply perfect (for me).Funny thing is that the picture quality does increase tremendously when switching to black & white Again, for a smartphone the camera in the 6 is no different than previous models, it works fine so be happy with it.So - taking into account Apple deprecated the 64GB 5s model from now on, I've just immediately bought the 64GB iPhone 5s - while they are still present here in stores... And now - I'm REALLY happy with it: I've got the extremely convenient TouchID feature, better camera etc, all in lovely 4" size.I don't what specs apple (or anyone else) advertises as long as the camera takes nice images and for my the iPhone does in fact take nice images. Not at all, my iPhone 6 is perfect and it feels really premium imo, I love the camera actually protruding from the phone ever so slightly, the dark metal shiny ring around the camera is a nice touch.- dead pixel - backlight bleed - uniformity (one side darker, yellower) - smudge / smear inside glass - dust inside screen - dust or dirt inside glass (outside of screen area) - recessed / uneven volume button (on one but not another) - sticky vibration button (normal ones have a nice firm click) - uneven pressure / sticky / unbalance on sleep wake button (normal ones have a nice click to it) - uneven home button pressure (perfect ones have a nice click to it, but this is personal preference) - uneven gap when assembled (run your finger on the edge on each side and compare for your 6/6+) - dust inside camera lens - general cosmetic scratches / chips / dings (Apple logo, aluminum, buttons, sim slot) And this list hasn't even covered technical issues like wifi, Bluetooth, Touch ID, vibration rattle, etc.I'm happy to be 'that guy' with the camera bag But I love the convenience of the iPhone cam, it's always on me, and that's half the battle of finding / taking great pics - being at the right place at the right time with your camera!I'm happy with my battery life and I need to test the camera more, but I'm quite satisfied by its quality so I'm very happy of my iPhone 6Incredible battery life, an amazing camera, great for watching for videos, and playing games - oh and it makes phone calls too. Also the ip6/6 Plus and their design and performance and camera and screens are just fantasic and amazing as a whole in the package , extremely top notch specs (ARMv8/64 Bit processor that is top notch performer on the market right now, extremely good front and back cameras, best LCD screens in a smartphone ever(Thats up to you if you prefer OLED over LCD or vice versa) amazing body design in my opinion, really good battery life) I love and adore the look of the new screens how they like overlap on the edges and it morphs into the edges for a nice smooth glide off feeling, (I have a Space gray iPhone 6 and I love so much how the black screen like morphs over the edges and consumes the phones front ) i think it looks much better then any phone out right now2) Beautiful, beautiful screen 3) This camera takes great pics. The camera is really nice, she showed me some pics and even took a fairly low light picture of me when I was looking at the phone and they seemed great.Great phone hardware wise (screen, camera and battery life) but for me it is just too big a device to use, especially with a case on it.The screen really was beautiful, camera was excellent, and battery life amazing.Nice bit screen bit I'm still able to use it one handed....while the camera is great I really wish it was equal to the 6 plus.Fantastic battery life, great camera, amazing screen.-- I have not used the feature at all, I just end up shifting the phone around in my palm as I find that more convenient (dunno why but i Just do) 8) Camera -- Defininately one of the most amazing cameras I have used on a iPhone, I compared between the 6 and 6+ and the 6+'s ability to focus so fast is just amazing. It's kind of funny, because the camera and antenna lines seemed so wrong in all the leaks before announcement, but on the actual phone they don't bother me at all.I highly recommend Ghost Armor screen protector, well at least if you have a Ghost Armor kiosk by you, they do the installation extremely well and use some type of heat box to get all the bubbles out and for the screen protector to really perfect itself And as for the protuding camera lens, i am not worried at all about getting scratched because its covered in sapphire lens, almost essentially unscratchable, its a 9 on Moh's scale out of 10(10 being diamond)Nice size, solid button feedback, Touch ID works perfect, excellent camera and solid battery life for my usage.Cliff Notes: Pros: Great battery life, awesome screen [reading], good camera Cons: Unusable with one-hand; (Apple) software is lacking.Camera is great, and the fingerprint sensor is awesome.my .02$ I have the 4.7. coming from a 5s pro's Camera great Battery great screen color A+, screen coating A+, Brightness A++ Cons: camera lens pokes out imho the foot print is to big, screen size is ok but the phone as a whole feel to big for a 4.7 inch i think it's missing the apple quality design/feel.Lovely phone, best build phone ever and the camera is astonishing, i have never used a better camera on a phone.Glad it worked out for you - and now you have an entertaining story to boot (though it would be even better if the first person to get it had opened it and it fell flat on the ground in front of a TV camera.Camera is awesome, battery life is on point, and the screen is absolutely stunning.I'm not telling anyone what to get..based on what you use it for the 6+ will be awesome..great screen, awesome camera with the OIS, excellent battery, etc.- Both Phones are as fast if not a BIT faster than the 5S 6: - The perfect portable size for all hand sizes - Performance is 5-10 percent better than Plus - Easier to Read, A bit better to type than 5/5S 6 Plus: - Perfect size for bigger hands - Better for pictures and movies than 6 - Camera gives you 3 extra stops in low light taking portraits compared to 6 - Performance is 5-10 percent less than 6 - Easier to Read, Easier to TypeApple iPhone 6 Plus PROS Large, beautiful display Great camera with optical image stabilization Long battery life Fast performance CONS NFC can only be used for mobile paymentsA great camera, a great screen, and great battery life.In other words, you don't really know what you're talking about and should probably just get a dedicated camera if it's of such concern to you because I hate to break it to you but the camera on an iPhone is NEVER going to be that great. There are currently plenty of great options for you without having to wait for an Apple dedicated camera. The camera and it looks like Apple nailed it with screen size / design - retaining that iconic Apple'sh bezel thus, distinguishing it instantly vs. other non-iDevices; for it's lightness and thinness / width and volume - it looks like perfect fit for me (a big challenge for my pockets and fashion looks but I have solutions or way around to this, so let's see).I'm not worried about the protruding camera (I've had an iPod Touch for ages and the camera isn't affected at all, nor is it very noticeable) but those antenna lines look terrible and there's still way too much bezel. Its a big beautiful camera, takes great shots (when I remember to carry it) But all my pics are taken on my iPhone because it is small, portable, and always with me.I just think there's something amazing about seeing the world evolve from a place where phones were huge plastic boxes that were attached to the wall with a wire and computers were the whole floor of a city block and only NASA and the IRS had them to today where we're debating whether a SIX OUNCE computer that's about 70mm thick, no bigger than a checkbook, can process MILLIONS of times more data than those old machines, is a still and video camera, a photo editor, a phone, a text messager, a Web browser, a motion sensor, a game system, includes a built in monitor, a rechargable battery that will power it all day and a high definition screen... is too big to fit in our pockets when we bend over to tie our shoes.I'll get the 6..it's $100 cheaper, bigger than my 5 screen, will fit in one hand, will fit in my pocket, an upgrade from my 5 camera, and I won't look foolish holding an iPad up to my ear for calls.I could have played The Great Carnac and predicted that the 6 camera was going to be the same way, but had other things going on... Those that seek to romp around free from encumbrance (naked) might find this a reason to buy at least a small case of some kind...You can get the smaller iPhone 6, but have worse battery live and a worse camera (no OIS), for 100$ less... OR bigger iPhone 6 Plus, with bigger and slightly sharper screen, noticeably better battery life, but crappier performance (especially if they keep 1gb of RAM).I would really like the OIS for the camera and the landscape dual pane mode for apps looks awesome (Though I find it annoying that they didn't add faces to iMessage on the 6...it already increased width from the 5s, the icons would fit fine.)With the 5.5 inch high resolution screen I can finally use my iPhone kind of like an old view camera, which is what I wanted to do with my iPad, but it's just too large for that kind of thing. So basically you can choose smaller screen (lower res, although still great), worse camera, but better performance... OR...Now on to my complaint the camera sticking out the back... Beautiful front and would be a beautiful back except I have a bubble sticking out of it that looks like an afterthought.Agreed, maybe I'll change my mind once I have one but I've tried the Galaxy Note 3 before and hated how it two-hands was an absolute requirement to function At the moment the Xperia Z3 Compact is my personal favorite device on the horizon based on its compact size for one-handed use, flagship specs (snapdragon 801, 2gb RAM, micro SD, 20mp camera) and great battery size at 2600mAh.I want to stick with Apple, but for me to do so here's what I need: - A smarter, more intuitive and forward thinking iOS 8 - A better camera with improved flash - Sapphire screen (Not a fan of screen protectors, also not a fan of scratches on my screen) - Wireless Charging (Probably the feature I want most on the next iPhone) -Better battery life (No real complaints about the battery life of my 5, but improvements can, and should, be made whenever possible) - NFC (I want to link my debit card to my phone for fast payments) - An aluminum back that doesn't scratch up so easily when using the phone without a case (The iPhone 5 is gorgeous and looks/feels best when used without a case.I even like the protruding camera, because to me it is a sign that apple didn't cheap out on the camera to make the design perfect, and that is a step closer to them not prioritizing design over functionality.Just looking at the best phones out there at this moment, the Galaxy S5, is an amazing phone, amazing screen and camera, super fast quad core processor, silky smooth operation.I was lucky enough to get a phone with brilliant battery life in comparison to my two prior faulty iPhone 5's (not replaced due to battery - the first due to busted speaker in the ear piece, plus dirt under camera lens, the second due to no phone functionality working at all).I'm vain but not vain I still don't really know what to do though...yes I can wait...but the thought of having a camera and a voice recorder with me everywhere I go is really tempting. So I wouldn't exactly say I am excited about the iPhone 6, since I am getting one regardless, but there are 3 things that could make me excited: a 5'5" screen, considerably better battery and a better camera (which I think the 5 has a decent camera already).Better camera, optics and sensor with a higher megapixel count and phenomenal shots, 1080p capture, for its day second to none for a smart phone. And the switch to the A7 with phenomenal performance and 64bit architecture (with the A8 instruction set and new GPU), DDR 3 RAM (w/a 4mb 'on die SoC' buffer), fingerprint scan system second to none and a wicked camera (1080p is truly amazing, still capture is definitely a well refined with an awesome and perfect for sensor size 8mp, f2.2 with 10fps full Rez bursts as long as you hold the shutter down), continued progression of their IPS display technology and implementation..the 5s is AS good as ANY of the flagship Android 2014 handsets. The Nexus 5 for me has been great, it was my first 4G phone (London) and signal is great, battery was a bit meh but I wiped my phone and has since doubled, the camera is good enough, the 4.2.2 update fixed the slow focusing.Even the f/2 aperture for camera shots is really great quality for a phone camera, and looks great air played on my TV.No carrier bloat, fast updates, great camera, everything working smoothly - outstanding. And, like you say, a good camera app fills in some of the gap -- my favorite is ProCamera because it has lots of good stuff for Video, too (like recording in 720p for less insane file sizes). You agree not to misuse the Service or Device, including but not limited to: (a) reselling or rebilling our Service; Too much white and loss of colors indoorsI can't copy and paste worth a damn and it takes too long just to answer the phone or open the camera. On launch day when I was standing in line a girl next to me was telling me how lousy the camera in her Galaxy was and was showing me pics on her phone that she was unhappy with because they had bad color or came out blurred. That's a beautiful bird, but please don't take this the wrong way, I'm strictly talking about the horrible smearing of details from the iPhone 6 camera. The Moto X in general was a very average phone though - bad battery life (go search forums endless complaints), bad AMOLED screen (whites are really bad and fuzzy text), and the camera was the trifecta of bad.Sorry I'm being mean I don't think the iPhone 6 is that bad of a camera I'm just very picky.I would also put the 5 ahead of the 6 because I like clean designs and while I can live with them the protruding camera and the antenna bands look quite bad to me on the 6 (and the design more boring in general).I'm in a similar boat, coming to the end of my 2 year contract with my 5 and I was all set and excited for the 6 but once I tried one in the store, I just wasn't happy with the way it felt in my hand, and now I'm thinking that I might just stick with my 5, it's still just as speedy as ever and just feels nice in my hand, I mean, that new screen is nice and all but I'm not sure it's really worth the money, maybe I'll cave eventually but I'm thinking I'll wait for the 6S and hope they make the camera lens flush again, and remove the silly plastic lines on the back. It's really annoying having such a great camera, but having to crop EVERY photo so it can be shown full screen on my TV.I almost got the 6+ because of the advice I received here, a great camera was the priority but I preferred the smaller iPhone 6, luckily I wasn't convinced and I'm happy that I've been taught to critically think, seems others have notI had 2.3 gingerbread android phone for 18 months and while android itself was fun to use the weak hardware and lack of regular updates let the experience down considerably. So much stuff could be done even without having to root your phone. Then I switched to Lumia 520 and it was a breath of fresh air the simple yet elegant ui is great windows phone 8 is a cool ecosystem.Just this week I bought iPhone 3GS with ios 6 which is a little inferior to iphone 6 i would guess and I like the OS it's smooth and fluid and the phone is also well built although camera quality is not so good but everything else is good.So I like all 3 platforms equally well.To those saying to "Buy a 5s": - Worse camera for both video and picture taking - Worse processer - Worse battery life - Sharp edged design - Thicker - No NFC (Yes, ApplePay is a big deal) Those are sacrifices people will make when purchasing last year's 4" model. The Z1 C has an inferior screen--lines are visible at certain angles, a lesser mono speaker that distorts, definitely inferior camera despite it being 20 megapixels. And that same Nexus 4 had a worse camera, worse screen, worse performance (CPU and GPU), worse battery life, didn't have iMessage, didn't have apps as good as iOS, didn't have as good accessories and many more things...Example: Angry Birds 2009 - 18mb file size Angry Birds 2014 on a larger screen iPhone 6 - 72mb 3.2mp camera 0.4~mb VGA video 1 minute 33mb 8.0mp camera 1.7~mb 1080 video 1 minute 142mb I hope my question made sense..Ugly antenna plastic piece, and camera sticking out like sore thumb. The back looks ugly (IMO) and the protruding camera is ugly and will probably annoy the hell out of me if it wobbles on a flat surface. Was going to buy a 5.5 incher -expected it to be $100 more than the counter part - Check, aint mad cause its better -Was going to get 32GB for the price of $400 - Im getting an extra 32GB for the price I was gonna pay CHECK -Has better battery, screen, camera, ipad landscape - Check -Releases same day as 4.7 - Check Everything I was worried about was alleviated. The iPhone 6 was the first iPhone I was going to skip a case... now.. BLEH... protruding camera is so absurd.. make the damn phone thicker and add more battery.. CMON Ive!Make the front camera not so great so you don't need to see as much of peoples ugly faces...There are clearly trade offs in smart phone cameras, but a lot of credible reviews rank the 5s camera at the top of the heap overall. If their happened to be a Target you might be in luck, they have some pretty insane surveillance, I saw them pull someones credit card number off a camera that wasn't even zoomed in and it was like crystal clear, Target even has a forensics division...that was back in '07 too....but I'm betting any nice mall should have surveillance cameras. The Moto X is has great reviews but I'm a bit turned off by its midlevel specs, plus I've heard the camera isn't that great. But my relatives using nexus 4 complain of bad battery life and I've read bad reviews about camera of nexus 5.Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Moto X is a little bit pricey for what it offers (it's no more the latest and greatest and sports a mediocre camera) ...Seasoned professionals with thousands of dollars of camera equipment can get those same artifacts if a cheap UV filter or cheap rotating polarizer is used.Nothing really I have my wifi and Bluetooth on, but I turned off most the the location services I don't need and left only the ones I need like camera, find my iphone etc, with everything thing on I should get close to 7-9 hours, but to be honest I mostly used it so far for normal usage, no map usage today such as Waze, it drains battery power like mad, I'll post update lasted tomorrow after using Waze to show the difference in battery power.I actually had my iPhone 5 replaced today which had the same issue but it was replaced because it was getting noticeably worse service and there was a lot of dust in the camera lens which was throwing off pictures and also the phone was dropping service but anyway, my battery drain is gone, plus especially on "4G" not LTE, its not draining even close to as bad as before even with only 1-3 dots of serviceIt's crazy when the ipad retina cost only $500 and the iPod touch 32GB cost only $300 The only better thing about the iPhone is the camera and the newer hardware The loan is stupid because the phone companies are greedy to charge people $80 a month for 2 years is insaneI remember feeling somewhat disappointed overall when I got it, and very disappointed with the camera.this is my expectations/wishlist for the iphone 5 -8 megapixel camera -hd front facing camera -A5 1GHz dual-core chip -some changes to design -7.5mm depth -4" display -better battery life (average 1 extra hour on all battery specs) -external keyboard (dont think it will happen but would be nice) -3d screen (doubtfull for the iphone 5 but hopefully soon) -death grip fix -live wallpaper (seen it on jailbroken ipads and it looks amazing) -im deffinately not expecting apple to do all of the things in my list on the iphone 5 but it would be nice P.S.A Low Reflective Screen Mode For When You Wish To Read Ebooks On The iPhone Not as much real estate wasted on the front of the phone as current iPhones (The black part on the top and bottom of the iphone need to be much smaller, basically, almost all of the front of the phone should be the screen) It's ugly how much space/real estate is wasted on the current design of the front of the iPhone Front facing camera so that we could make videocalls, atleast while connected to Wifi N iChat Support Flash Support (I want to access hulu from my iphone damn it!)

I like them too, it actually looks good IMO, if it was all just metal'ed out it wouldnt look as good I dont think, Also call me crazy but I actually do like the slight camera protrusion too with the nice beautiful darkish gray gunmetal ring that surrounds the camera, covered in sapphire lens glass, its beautiful IMO..I would be happy if they made the new phone thicker to include a bigger battery and bigger Camera lens to improve low light photos I am very happy with the current 6 design and will probably get the plus version next time- dead pixel - backlight bleed - uniformity (one side darker, yellower) - smudge / smear inside glass - dust inside screen - dust or dirt inside glass (outside of screen area) - recessed / uneven volume button (on one but not another) - sticky vibration button (normal ones have a nice firm click) - uneven pressure / sticky / unbalance on sleep wake button (normal ones have a nice click to it) - uneven home button pressure (perfect ones have a nice click to it, but this is personal preference) - uneven gap when assembled (run your finger on the edge on each side and compare for your 6/6+) - dust inside camera lens - general cosmetic scratches / chips / dings (Apple logo, aluminum, buttons, sim slot) And this list hasn't even covered technical issues like wifi, Bluetooth, Touch ID, vibration rattle, etc.I highly recommend Ghost Armor screen protector, well at least if you have a Ghost Armor kiosk by you, they do the installation extremely well and use some type of heat box to get all the bubbles out and for the screen protector to really perfect itself And as for the protuding camera lens, i am not worried at all about getting scratched because its covered in sapphire lens, almost essentially unscratchable, its a 9 on Moh's scale out of 10(10 being diamond)my .02$ I have the 4.7. coming from a 5s pro's Camera great Battery great screen color A+, screen coating A+, Brightness A++ Cons: camera lens pokes out imho the foot print is to big, screen size is ok but the phone as a whole feel to big for a 4.7 inch i think it's missing the apple quality design/feel.I was lucky enough to get a phone with brilliant battery life in comparison to my two prior faulty iPhone 5's (not replaced due to battery - the first due to busted speaker in the ear piece, plus dirt under camera lens, the second due to no phone functionality working at all).I'm in a similar boat, coming to the end of my 2 year contract with my 5 and I was all set and excited for the 6 but once I tried one in the store, I just wasn't happy with the way it felt in my hand, and now I'm thinking that I might just stick with my 5, it's still just as speedy as ever and just feels nice in my hand, I mean, that new screen is nice and all but I'm not sure it's really worth the money, maybe I'll cave eventually but I'm thinking I'll wait for the 6S and hope they make the camera lens flush again, and remove the silly plastic lines on the back.I actually had my iPhone 5 replaced today which had the same issue but it was replaced because it was getting noticeably worse service and there was a lot of dust in the camera lens which was throwing off pictures and also the phone was dropping service but anyway, my battery drain is gone, plus especially on "4G" not LTE, its not draining even close to as bad as before even with only 1-3 dots of service

I would be happy if they made the new phone thicker to include a bigger battery and bigger Camera lens to improve low light photos I am very happy with the current 6 design and will probably get the plus version next timeAll the things we thought the 6 would be, but wasn't: Wireless charging Waterproof Two day battery 20Mp camera Bezel-less Two gigs ram at least LED notification Durable Sapphire screen No ugly antenna bands No ugly protruding lens No bad screens escaping QC inspection Stable iOS Smooth iOS This would make a phone with paying a thousand bucks for.The battery life, camera, and that amazing screen are just beautiful.Battery life, camera, and the biggest/best screen this side of the Galaxy Note 4 (great for GPS and games) are also some really nice things to have.I'm happy with my battery life and I need to test the camera more, but I'm quite satisfied by its quality so I'm very happy of my iPhone 6Incredible battery life, an amazing camera, great for watching for videos, and playing games - oh and it makes phone calls too.Fantastic battery life, great camera, amazing screen.Cliff Notes: Pros: Great battery life, awesome screen [reading], good camera Cons: Unusable with one-hand; (Apple) software is lacking. You can get the smaller iPhone 6, but have worse battery live and a worse camera (no OIS), for 100$ less... OR bigger iPhone 6 Plus, with bigger and slightly sharper screen, noticeably better battery life, but crappier performance (especially if they keep 1gb of RAM).So I wouldn't exactly say I am excited about the iPhone 6, since I am getting one regardless, but there are 3 things that could make me excited: a 5'5" screen, considerably better battery and a better camera (which I think the 5 has a decent camera already). But my relatives using nexus 4 complain of bad battery life and I've read bad reviews about camera of nexus 5.
lens
ois also works great for video I've seen tests where the ois 6 plus on video was superior to the 6 ois has a magnetic ring and this magnetic ring is what keeps the lens from moving from what i have read the magnetic protruding ring does not care if you are recording video, taking still pictures, or you are in low light.I like them too, it actually looks good IMO, if it was all just metal'ed out it wouldnt look as good I dont think, Also call me crazy but I actually do like the slight camera protrusion too with the nice beautiful darkish gray gunmetal ring that surrounds the camera, covered in sapphire lens glass, its beautiful IMO..I would be happy if they made the new phone thicker to include a bigger battery and bigger Camera lens to improve low light photos I am very happy with the current 6 design and will probably get the plus version next timeAll the things we thought the 6 would be, but wasn't: Wireless charging Waterproof Two day battery 20Mp camera Bezel-less Two gigs ram at least LED notification Durable Sapphire screen No ugly antenna bands No ugly protruding lens No bad screens escaping QC inspection Stable iOS Smooth iOS This would make a phone with paying a thousand bucks for.- dead pixel - backlight bleed - uniformity (one side darker, yellower) - smudge / smear inside glass - dust inside screen - dust or dirt inside glass (outside of screen area) - recessed / uneven volume button (on one but not another) - sticky vibration button (normal ones have a nice firm click) - uneven pressure / sticky / unbalance on sleep wake button (normal ones have a nice click to it) - uneven home button pressure (perfect ones have a nice click to it, but this is personal preference) - uneven gap when assembled (run your finger on the edge on each side and compare for your 6/6+) - dust inside camera lens - general cosmetic scratches / chips / dings (Apple logo, aluminum, buttons, sim slot) And this list hasn't even covered technical issues like wifi, Bluetooth, Touch ID, vibration rattle, etc.I highly recommend Ghost Armor screen protector, well at least if you have a Ghost Armor kiosk by you, they do the installation extremely well and use some type of heat box to get all the bubbles out and for the screen protector to really perfect itself And as for the protuding camera lens, i am not worried at all about getting scratched because its covered in sapphire lens, almost essentially unscratchable, its a 9 on Moh's scale out of 10(10 being diamond)my .02$ I have the 4.7. coming from a 5s pro's Camera great Battery great screen color A+, screen coating A+, Brightness A++ Cons: camera lens pokes out imho the foot print is to big, screen size is ok but the phone as a whole feel to big for a 4.7 inch i think it's missing the apple quality design/feel.Then there's the topper: "I've exchanged my iPhone 30 times because each one either had a dead pixel, was a gram lighter, had a screen too yellow/blue, the outer box had a dent in a corner, the shrink wrap has an imperfection, the moving lens elements rattle when I smack it against a hard surface, or the home button felt funny, and now Apple doesn't want to exchange it anymore.I was lucky enough to get a phone with brilliant battery life in comparison to my two prior faulty iPhone 5's (not replaced due to battery - the first due to busted speaker in the ear piece, plus dirt under camera lens, the second due to no phone functionality working at all).I'm in a similar boat, coming to the end of my 2 year contract with my 5 and I was all set and excited for the 6 but once I tried one in the store, I just wasn't happy with the way it felt in my hand, and now I'm thinking that I might just stick with my 5, it's still just as speedy as ever and just feels nice in my hand, I mean, that new screen is nice and all but I'm not sure it's really worth the money, maybe I'll cave eventually but I'm thinking I'll wait for the 6S and hope they make the camera lens flush again, and remove the silly plastic lines on the back.I actually had my iPhone 5 replaced today which had the same issue but it was replaced because it was getting noticeably worse service and there was a lot of dust in the camera lens which was throwing off pictures and also the phone was dropping service but anyway, my battery drain is gone, plus especially on "4G" not LTE, its not draining even close to as bad as before even with only 1-3 dots of service
glass
- not sure if that's policy, but nice of the Apple genius to declare "Cosmetic conditions: out of box" for a phone with microscratches "visible at an off angle without looking for them" and a nail-catching dent in the glass As for the added disclaimer to the thread, I know it may sound paranoid or obnoxious but you gotta draw a line somewhere, otherwise it becomes extremely hard to draw conclusions based on this kind of thread. The curved glass, thin unibody metal body, gorgeous display, and amazing battery life.I like them too, it actually looks good IMO, if it was all just metal'ed out it wouldnt look as good I dont think, Also call me crazy but I actually do like the slight camera protrusion too with the nice beautiful darkish gray gunmetal ring that surrounds the camera, covered in sapphire lens glass, its beautiful IMO..I agree that the icons are still ugly, but the rest of the OS is beautiful, especially the frosted glass effect. They are scratch resistant, just not scratch proof, I am pretty sure "iom-strengthed glass" is just another name for Gorilla Glass i got my 6 screen covered in Ghost Armor clear screen protector....I love this screen protector, perfect cutouts, perfect size, fits the whole glass display, had a guy at the kiosk did it, no air bubbles at all anywhere, complete clean and clear installation, it is flawless and you cant even tell sometimes that there actually is a screen protector thats how well installed it was(guy at the kiosk did it, put it in a heat box, popped all remaining other air bubbles/pushed them out) I feel very safe and secure with this Ghost Armor protector lol I know it will hold up great and absorb alot of scratches over time instead of my screen Honestly , literally there is not much you can do to protect your screen without a screen protector, a OCD guy like me, where i never keep anything in my pocket with my phone but my phone, where I am always shaking off my pockets to get all lint/sand out before I put my phone in there so nothing can scratch it in my pocket, blowing on my phone sometimes throughout the day to get dust/lint off of it from my pocket, and being very careful where I place my phone (Never in a car cup holder etc) and even doing all this, all my smartphones that I had owned even with care like this, I always still end up finding micro scratches on the screen build up over the months, doesn't affect actual screen display like i dont see rainbow lines or anything like that, but still micro scratches all over the display, it is almost impossible to guard from really with no screen protector you honestly can't do nothing about it and it's not "cheap Apple" , its just not sapphire glass display lol.True I've never had a glass one, but I just feel weird about covering up something I paid a lot for that feels nice, and I worry about air bubblesHaving owned a caboodle of high tech equipment, and being what you may call an OCD when it comes to keeping my equipment in perfect looking condition, I've learned a thing or two on how I should properly take care of my precious devices, specially ones with glass on them.- dead pixel - backlight bleed - uniformity (one side darker, yellower) - smudge / smear inside glass - dust inside screen - dust or dirt inside glass (outside of screen area) - recessed / uneven volume button (on one but not another) - sticky vibration button (normal ones have a nice firm click) - uneven pressure / sticky / unbalance on sleep wake button (normal ones have a nice click to it) - uneven home button pressure (perfect ones have a nice click to it, but this is personal preference) - uneven gap when assembled (run your finger on the edge on each side and compare for your 6/6+) - dust inside camera lens - general cosmetic scratches / chips / dings (Apple logo, aluminum, buttons, sim slot) And this list hasn't even covered technical issues like wifi, Bluetooth, Touch ID, vibration rattle, etc. This site is driving me crazy I can't keep coming here and obsessing on WHEN WILL I GET MY PHONE I'm not getting a damn thing done On the bright side I do have a fancy new iPhone 6 Plus CASE I can carry around and fantasize about what it might be like to carry around a real phone Maybe I should just go get a big 'ol magnifying glass to make my 5s look bigger in the mean time Oh and my wife - she thinks we all are crazy tracking every baby step our phones are taking from conception to delivery out the birth canal We are by the way .Little touches such as the Lockscreen accent colors changing to the wallpaper are beautiful, the Dialer ring colors accenting to the frosted glass look of the background are perfect touches.Didn't think this new design would be a big deal, but damn the tapered glass edges sure feel nice when swiping forward and back between web pages and whatnotGold 5S looked beautiful, it's the combination with the glass that makes it so attractive.A lot of people thought the glass panels on the back of leaked iPhone 5 pictures was really ugly, but most people now think the iPhone 5/5S looks great.I think that the iPhone 6 design is absolutely amazing and incredible, how thin it is and all the technology its gonna be packed in it with that build quality (aluminum/sapphire glass screen or synthetic sapphire) Thing looks absolutely beautiful if leaks are true, its gonna be a absolute joy to hold and use and look atI think that using sapphire glass is a brilliant idea, making the screen so that it doesn't scratch is great business sense for Apple, they make a phone where you don't need a screen protector and they can bump up the price to compensate. However the counter to that is while an absolute perfect Gorilla Glass screen may be less likely to shatter when dropped it must remain absolutely flawless.I use a Speck case with mine which has done more than its fair share of saving my bacon and happy to report that only just last week when I decided to give my phone a good cleaning and inspection that the Black/Slate finish is perfect and even the rear glass inserts are intact. My co worker had a cracked screen that was so bad the glass pieces were cutting her fingers and she had scotch tape at the worst place to stop the cuts I was on eBay one night and saw a cheap screen replacement and bought it for her - replaced it at my lunch time for her while she went to get us lunch She would have never repaired it had I not done it myselfAs much I love the feel of my iPhone 6 plus naked with its curved glass it's too damn slippery and I'm afraid I'll drop it and shatter it.Plastic......now that feels cheap, metals, glass, aluminum........that doesn't feel cheapThe thing is I'm not going to notice little things such as some apps look fuzzy (not optimized yet hopefully), photos look fuzzy on the edges, back text is crooked, glass is partially separated in one spot, screen is yellow, etc etc without using my own for hours or a day or 2 so just looking at one for a few min isn't going to help aside from getting an overall picture of yes this looks great or not.It is truly a very small improvement over the worst glass to use and is really a necessity since soda-lime glass without treatment would be the worst disaster ever in Apple-land.Bear in mind that photos of these type of screen protectors on a white iPhone (like above) will make it look worse as the light refracts against the White glass screen and makes the edges look really bad.I have realised that the glass around the home button is not as perfect a fit as my 5S.Rumor has it that every single person that tried to leak the Apple Watch went mad and ended up tearing up the sapphire glass in order to find the source of the beating of that hideous heart.i dont see how they could be worse than those ugly glass breaks we currently have on the back. It's pretty ugly and worse looking that the glass back of the iphone 4 (which incidentally is much easier and cheaper to replace--$15 or so).The screen is too small, now it's too big It's too heavy, now it's too light and feels cheap The glass back breaks too easily, the aluminum back is terrible If I take keys to my phone it scratches.I'm not sure what kind of case I'll get-probably an invisishield for the front/back and possibly a bumper-although I hate cases on phones I'm a bit paranoid with all the broken glass photos popping up.

sensor
Camera is great, and the fingerprint sensor is awesome.Length of 6+ ... it needs to be 1/4-1/2" shorter ... would be perfect... i get that we can't shorten the bottom without changing the touchid sensor in some way and i don't think Apple would like a non-equal bezel I just felt that when i was holding it 1 handed without a case i had to hold onto it tightly which didn't make for best comfort experience Do miss the screen though .... was amazing in its contrast and tonality and so sharp and battery was significantly bigger.I just think there's something amazing about seeing the world evolve from a place where phones were huge plastic boxes that were attached to the wall with a wire and computers were the whole floor of a city block and only NASA and the IRS had them to today where we're debating whether a SIX OUNCE computer that's about 70mm thick, no bigger than a checkbook, can process MILLIONS of times more data than those old machines, is a still and video camera, a photo editor, a phone, a text messager, a Web browser, a motion sensor, a game system, includes a built in monitor, a rechargable battery that will power it all day and a high definition screen... is too big to fit in our pockets when we bend over to tie our shoes.Better camera, optics and sensor with a higher megapixel count and phenomenal shots, 1080p capture, for its day second to none for a smart phone. And the switch to the A7 with phenomenal performance and 64bit architecture (with the A8 instruction set and new GPU), DDR 3 RAM (w/a 4mb 'on die SoC' buffer), fingerprint scan system second to none and a wicked camera (1080p is truly amazing, still capture is definitely a well refined with an awesome and perfect for sensor size 8mp, f2.2 with 10fps full Rez bursts as long as you hold the shutter down), continued progression of their IPS display technology and implementation..the 5s is AS good as ANY of the flagship Android 2014 handsets.I didn't see the point in taking a further loss to move up to a 5s, even though I do think the fingerprint sensor is handy, and the camera improvements would be "nice to have".*hey let's post about my nice wonderful fast, reliable brand new Nexus 5 smartphone running Google's mobile operating system Android 4.4.2 KitKat...in a thread about iPhone fingerprint sensor* Just seems desperately out of place to me, that's all.The sensor has to be bigger other wise you are just taking photos that take up more precious storage due to the larger file size. But, it never gets that delicious kind of information due to the sensor problems.20 nm 64 bit apple A8> 28nm Snapdragon 805 Cameras are both top notch and cream of the crop , no real , clear winner there Touch ID is king fingerprint scanner sensor and the Note 4 swipe with your thumb BS is not as good note 4 has the best OLED display ever while the 6 Plus has the best LCD smartphone display ever, both are top notch, 6 has a little less resolution but still good Funny thing is that 6 and 6 Plus uses actually newer technology and more cutting edge hardware, a SoC on a 20nm manufacturing node custom designed by Apple In house own ISP now too Both are great devices though but people who say it uses "2012 technology" and "lol wow only 1.4 ghz dual core my Galaxy S3 is faster with 1.5 ghz dual core" just have no understanding at all on all this Fanboys gonna be fanboys , but the 6 Plus and 6 are actually one of the best if not the best peforming smartphone right now on both the CPU/GPU side Totally wrong , 6 and 6 Plus completly utterly destroys anything from 2012, the SoC (which houses the CPU/GPU/ISP/RAM) basically everything, is quite different and not similiar to tech specs back then ARMv8 custom design is drastically different then what has been used in the past What people dont understand at all is that you want faster better single core performance and better IPC always, espcially on mobile devices, this is beyond crucial and key for mobile developing (for obvious reasons; these devices using batteries and thermal constraints etc etc) Same thing with why a Intel quad core is noticeably faster then a AMD quad core thats clocked alot higher speeds then the Intel quad core Its because Intels single core performance and architecture design is SUPERIOR, very little people understand what even makes a CPU design, single core performance and IPC is beyond important and crucial and key for mobile , why would someone want to deal with more weaker single cores and code for all them and try to get parrlellization and efficiency on all cores properly when it is a headache already developing software and games for a bunch of cores on desktop(and multicore processors started coming out 8 years ago) Throwing more cores at it does not increase performance for situations and problems automatically linearly 6 way wide superscaler 1.4 ghz Enhanced cyclone cores on ARM's latest architecture design (ARMv8 or 64 bit) OP I suggest you look up on the A7/A8 details , it is more comparable to Intel Haswell processors then it is to what Qualcomm offers actually in terms of performanceBad lighting conditions will make things much worse (again, the sensor is too small).People were screaming " give us bigger screens blah fingerprint sensor isn't spectacular blah" and now people are screaming " why are the new iPhones big wee the 5s is too big for my pocket"...If your experience with TouchId is so awful, maybe your iPhone is defective (a defective sensor) ....Mine is a launch 5s and it was working perfectly (with a rare miss here and there, but not a big deal at all, I'd say 98% of the time it was fine)... we flew from RDU out to SJC a couple of weeks ago, and my touch sensor got worse and worse for the week and a half we were there.I'm happy with the phone but am not happy with this sensor issue. If the sensor or the reading deteriorates over time, I can think of a few incidences where it could be doing that: 1) The chip is defective batch and gradually deteriorates over time 2) The software reading the chip is defective and it constantly tries to recalibrate using a poor balance.Terrible proximity sensor issues (hung up on like 5 people today) and the death grip is pretty bad.

I would be happy if they made the new phone thicker to include a bigger battery and bigger Camera lens to improve low light photos I am very happy with the current 6 design and will probably get the plus version next timeTook some great pics with the phone and when we got home, after texting the cute photos of our girl in costume, I ran to the store while my wife put our girl to sleep.Happy "taking your camera out on a nice day and taking awesome photos" to everyoneBut think about only one thing: if Apple could add a micro sd slot or a proprietary type of card for the iPhone and lock them only for the music this would be a great business.... Be honest 16 gb are enough for anything but music, videos photos and apps are very well fitted in the 16 gb space...So far, things I prefer about the 5.5 On-screen keyboard size The resolution of the display, fit much more on screen and photos look awesome The physical finish of the device, better than the 4.7 Stuff I prefer about the 4.7 More compact Easier one handed use Minor but noticeably better performance.I've got tons of great music (sequenced playlists - streaming is not the end all for music lovers), movies, pod-casts, loads of great apps, photos and videos on mine (128GB) and still have 52GB free. We've seen the photos taken from Apple - looking perfect, great lighting set-up.I agree with you and totally get your point BUT now with IOS 8 + the new iPhones, i do not think 16GB is enough to work at a level that most people will be happy with and also have some freedom, it puts limiations on what one can or can't do - this is why Apple should have started with 32GB not 16GB, i am actually shocked that Apple even bothered to make a 16GB but i think this was a last chance deal for them...... a LOT of people travel and you need more than 16GB to just put some movies on a device movies have grown to HD and have iTunes extras + such, next step would be to drop SD - disney has upgraded every digital movie that years ago were only in SD to now HD + Universal will do HD if you provide them with digital info.....i have 3+GB left on a new wireless iPad mini (kids use) i did the update connected to iTunes so it took less space...had to delete every app off to update to IOS 8 - nothing else is on it as we use iTunes match - the apps are getting updated so much faster then ever before and they are being created for new IOS 8 and the app file size is bigger...then, bono (U2) is now working with apple to create a whole new music file/type, i'm sure it will take up way more space.... so while one could make 16GB work with wireless, iTunes match + the ease of using (the soon to come) iCloud storage for your photos + such, it is still very limiting - i don't need 64GB but i bought it b/c 16GB is way too small for me now and i will keep it for 2 years - in the past, i have always used 16GB.... also, people now have more options, they may want to upgrade every year, buy iPhones outright, lease iPhone's as everything has changed in the whole cellular game....in the next 2 years, apple has to drop 16GB, they got away with it this time by offering our lives in the iCloud and since we don't know yet what it will be like (on purpose i am sure) they played us to a degree - i say to a degree b/c on the flip side they offered 4 times the GB (64GB) for what in the past would have historically cost $200 more for $100 less - i love them, don't get me wrong, i am so happy with my 64GB iPhone 6+ and i love the freedom now b/c i was starting to not to have it with my last iPhone at 16GBVery happy with the 64GB 6 I got except Wish I got the 128GB due to lack of space for my photos hopefully iCloud Photo Library will fix this when it launches properly other wise very happy customer with the bigger screen better for web browsing and messagingI had exhibited my photos even made with my iPhone 4, so creativity is more important then anything (I have a nice DSLR with pro lenses for sharp, micro... images if I need features such as IS)... Now, I hold my 6 confidently, easely (I even have lond fingers), descretely if I want, screen size is perfect, nice for photo viewing, navigation, browsing internet, traveling to other places and speaking/making photos without drawing too much attention... Will defenately chose the same size the next time.Going to take my 6 plus in because my photos are terrible, but my mothers 6 plus takes gorgeous ones. The screen is amazing, photos are gorgeous, it's massive.. Can be hard to handle at times, but I know I'll get used to it!I am kind of glad that the 8MP stayed... the dimensions are just fine and the file size won't increase... unlike the quality of the photos.Having just come back from vacation, and looking at my photos, compared to what photos I saw on someone's S5 during that vacation, the difference is astounding, the S5 takes such amazing photos. This means that the iPhone 5S is the only phone worth using to take photos indoors, and in my experience the only one that gives worthwhile results.I discovered this when I was moving photos to my cloud drive but the app was just caching the photos and expanding the app, defeating the purpose of moving to the cloud. The sensor has to be bigger other wise you are just taking photos that take up more precious storage due to the larger file size.Like I said, the HTC One captures brilliant photos that are full-screen in both orientations, and they look great.- improved battery life (charging every day after heavy use is not a problem but a tad annoying) - lighter/sturdier design - live streaming - ability to create folders for photos on the phone - ability to cut/paste photos into new folders - free navigation if it looked like this I would be pretty happyI got so tired of taking photos using that small screen and then trying to process those photos on that tiny screen was even worse.Terrible, terrible photos out of this phone.Besides, nudes or not, it is kind of creepy that you are so desperate to get photos of a girl you are not even dating. No easy fix tape blurs photos I think this is very bad and sad ,maybe iPhone should state needs case immediately will break without warning since camera protrudes. The thing is I'm not going to notice little things such as some apps look fuzzy (not optimized yet hopefully), photos look fuzzy on the edges, back text is crooked, glass is partially separated in one spot, screen is yellow, etc etc without using my own for hours or a day or 2 so just looking at one for a few min isn't going to help aside from getting an overall picture of yes this looks great or not.Bear in mind that photos of these type of screen protectors on a white iPhone (like above) will make it look worse as the light refracts against the White glass screen and makes the edges look really bad.I tried some wallpapers which look nice in the photos app but when set as wallpaper, not so appealing because of shadowing.I'm not sure what kind of case I'll get-probably an invisishield for the front/back and possibly a bumper-although I hate cases on phones I'm a bit paranoid with all the broken glass photos popping up.

When I take a picture with my 5s it's just perfect, very colorful and clear, great color compared to the 6+ The interesting part is the white part and red vessels are somewhat sharper.Funny thing is that the picture quality does increase tremendously when switching to black & white Again, for a smartphone the camera in the 6 is no different than previous models, it works fine so be happy with it.Looking forward to fancy pictures, ill be taking a picture of the box once it comes, just because the boxes always look so fancy. The camera is really nice, she showed me some pics and even took a fairly low light picture of me when I was looking at the phone and they seemed great. If you're taking a picture of a non moving object you can take great picture with both in most cases.Taking a nice picture of a flower in well lit conditions is probably the most easy "great" photo anyone can take. That's an AMAZING picture and gorgeous cat.Yeah haha now I'm getting a little greedy and picky now that I've seen the picture!I see a picture of a sandwich that I want, I tell them to make it look like the picture on the sign and they give me a dumbfounded look and then get mad at me.But I have a picture with a first gen iPhone next to my plus and damn that thing was puny.So the reason you rejected this picture: in favour of these two: was because the second two were close ups - not because by themselves they make it appear that relatively minor bending which probably shouldn't have hurt the battery had caused an iPhone to catch fire, as opposed to the first image which shows the damage to actually be so catastrophic that it would almost certainly have resulted in a smashed battery making leakage and ignition just about inevitable on any phone.A poorly composed picture with bad lighting in the first place will by nature look horrible and can look even worse with an auto-noise reduction filter applied. The thing is I'm not going to notice little things such as some apps look fuzzy (not optimized yet hopefully), photos look fuzzy on the edges, back text is crooked, glass is partially separated in one spot, screen is yellow, etc etc without using my own for hours or a day or 2 so just looking at one for a few min isn't going to help aside from getting an overall picture of yes this looks great or not.The apple logo looks worse in the picture, id keep it next one could have a bad screen, and so on.To those saying to "Buy a 5s": - Worse camera for both video and picture taking - Worse processer - Worse battery life - Sharp edged design - Thicker - No NFC (Yes, ApplePay is a big deal) Those are sacrifices people will make when purchasing last year's 4" model.I am having trouble deciding it because if i go swap it i am afraid that those units were are also defective or worst than what i have i have a dent on the edge as shown in the pic below, but in the picture it looks small.

Something about the 6 Plus that is just incredible..i just feel like i have the whole world at my finger tips...a big very beautiful into this world, and the way the space gray 6 /6plus in the front looks with the edges sloping off and like the blackness of the front display and just the way it seems to morph into the edges and kind of like consume the whole front of the device is amazing...plus ( no pun intended lmao) i love the battery life, it is absolutely incredibly good and lasts a very long time I like the 6 design better then the 5S/5 design overall.... One thing I do wish though is that i wished they made a darker model then Space Gray (like the dark slate color from the iPhon 5) , that would look even moreamazing imo.. Yeah the 6 plus may be big but it is obnoxiously big beautiful and turns heads and i have caught people just looking at my phone (and when I had a 6 i remember I had seen a few 6 Pluses in the wild in peoples hands and them using it , and me just going to my self "wow that screen does look really nice and beautiful actually") it actually is one of the reasons why i went from the 6 to the 6 Plus because of envy and also the other obvious (battery life, screen size and res, OIS )I love the 5 series design, and I also love and appreciate the 6 design too, I love the sleek black look with the sides sloping off , it looks amazing IMO, With that being said I do wish their Space Gray model was a bit darker, now that would of looked awesome with the black front if the Space Gray is just a bit darkerThere is no phone at all out there that is 6 inches screen and smaller then the Plus Im sorry to say...and the bezels are not bad at all on the Plus, the black front and curved edges makes the screen really beautiful actually, the bezels are not bad at all, although obviously they could of made it slimmer for a overall smaller device, But the thinness of the Plus and weight makes it the easiest phablet to hold and use after a long period of time, slim fit in the pocket, and noticeably thinner then just about every phablet out thereThe front of the 6 plus is so nice, without a screen protector, I just love the way mine looks and feels in the hand, I dont know why but the rounded edge just give it such a nice feel. They can even post pictures after they sit on their phone and claim under the oath of the internet that it was always in their front pocket, in a case, and that they wear baggy microfiber pants because they are so terrified of bending their precious phone.I'm using the BSE glossy front and Lucky Skins wood skin on the back.Actually - for a case like mine with a lip over the front, the screen protector is great cause its "case friendly" for that reason. The OIS is great, and I could take a video of the road in front of me in a moving car, and in the playback the road and trees and street lights were all rock steady, while the visible part of the car's hood was bouncing up and down. Also the ip6/6 Plus and their design and performance and camera and screens are just fantasic and amazing as a whole in the package , extremely top notch specs (ARMv8/64 Bit processor that is top notch performer on the market right now, extremely good front and back cameras, best LCD screens in a smartphone ever(Thats up to you if you prefer OLED over LCD or vice versa) amazing body design in my opinion, really good battery life) I love and adore the look of the new screens how they like overlap on the edges and it morphs into the edges for a nice smooth glide off feeling, (I have a Space gray iPhone 6 and I love so much how the black screen like morphs over the edges and consumes the phones front ) i think it looks much better then any phone out right nowAmazingly enough the Plus does fit in the front pocket of my baggy mom jeans that I wear most of the time I'm in my ordinary routine...even with a bulky case on it will fit, though I'll have to change the way I bend down to pick stuff up.Lots of people held mine this week and it was amazing to see their reaction change in front of my eyes from wow that is big, to ... Actually this feels nice in my hand and what a lovely screen.the bend thing isn't ridiculous, its not going to bend in your front pocket if your not in some weird awkward position. My 5s looks fabulous despite a lot of hard living in my pocket when I'm doing landscape/gardening work or playing with kids and dogs at the park because it's kept in a nice leather wallet case that protects it front and back.Even with a regular fit pair of Levi's, it can sometimes be a tight fit pulling my 5s out of the front pocket when I'm sitting down. Then I checked out the 5.5 and thought geez this thing is huge, but after a moment of playing with it it wasn't so bad, however I put my phones in my front pocket (you know being a guy and all) and although I know it would fit in my front pocket it would be very uncomfortable because of how huge it is.Glad it worked out for you - and now you have an entertaining story to boot (though it would be even better if the first person to get it had opened it and it fell flat on the ground in front of a TV camera. The back of iPhone 6 is ugly but the front and sides are nice from what I have seen.I got it on my 6 and it looks terrible - it does not cover anywhere near the entire front of the phone, and the box said nothing about case friendly.Go to Apple store and demand they open up all of their launch day stock in front of me until I find the perfect phone that suits my perfect existence.Glad to be going back to a black front; it looks more seamless in my opinion.I too love the way the gold looks and the bands don't bother me at all since the front is white it all kind of meshes it looks gorgeous IMO.I live in a town with beautiful rolling hills of forested trees, my house is actually on the edge of a park and surrounded with beautiful trees in the back and out front.Nope - I knew I was getting a 6 when I woke up at 2:53AM EST I carry my phone in my front pants pocket all of the time, and did try a co-worker's 5.5" phone in my pocket a couple weeks ago; it fit, and I could sit if I adjusted the phone a bit before sitting, but it was way too obtrusive.I'm slightly leaning toward the 6+, but I'm still afraid it will be too big to fit in my front jeans pocket comfortably. Now on to my complaint the camera sticking out the back... Beautiful front and would be a beautiful back except I have a bubble sticking out of it that looks like an afterthought.Carry it in a dedicated front pocket so the screen stays perfect.Great post mate and im still loving mine, had a few snide comments at work about having a yellow phone but then caught the main one looking at new iphones on the web lol Still pick this thing up and love it, have gone white with 4, 4S and 5 but agree the black front totally works with the vibrant colours, white would just not give the same look im also amazed at the number of U turns from 5S back to 5C, love it, keep any more pics coming as love seeing them and it keeps this great thread going!Employees at the front of the store are awful lazy about lost and found.I got my letter from Apple that "my items should ship between oct 20-27" That is right on track for my delivery estimate of Oct28-Nov4 Unlocked sg+128 9/29 Apple is dumb for making only one black front faced phone and two white............ most of us use cases and you never see the gold..sg..silver... but you see the front and most people want black except for girls and impatient people because its the only phone that might be in stock near you... rant over...I'm waiting till it's bad enough to pass Apple unrealistic test and have it exchanged under Applecare (the only one gurus will believe, they just refuse to see what's plain in front of their eyes and only trust The Test). They looked weird in the leak images of backs with no front attached but make perfect sense in the context of a complete iPhone. If this is somehow a narrow thing and a non issue, which seems doubtful at this point, great but as It stands if the phone Is bending in a front pocket there is a definite problem and apple should have either engineered around it and honeycombed the metal and reinforced it or made the phone thicker.I don't have it yet, I do have placed a pre-order though, and the only thing I'm really 'worried' about is whether or not it will actually fit in my pants (front).I got Skinomi's on the front and back skins and they fit perfect but I know they will start to peel on edges bc of the curves eventuallyThe bad thing is I've been sick for a couple days and have been napping on my couch, but since I can see the road and parking areas right in front of my living room windows, every time I start to doze I hear something and am gawking out the window thus thoroughly destroying my nap, which is making me feel worse from my sickies.FFS, im sitting here next to my front door waiting for my UPS 6 Plus delivery, which could come anytime from 9am-7pm, and now I have to deal with dorks from the forums complaining that their iPhones are horribly defective and atrocious.from best to worst in my opinion: 4/4S > 5/5S > original 2G > 6/6+ > 5C > 3G/3GS The plastic backs just don't do it for me, and the massive bulge of the 3G combined with the fake chrome rim around the front...ugh.Make the front camera not so great so you don't need to see as much of peoples ugly faces...Here's the strange thing about my service.....I can have terrible service one day and then decent service the very next day, same exact location (standing in my front yard).Fitting was easy and no bubbles so I'm happy on that front.Paranoid UPS will pull their typical lazy shizzat where they pre-fill out the "sorry we missed you" info notice that they slap on the garage door, rather than ascending the 14 steps to my front door to you know...this is my expectations/wishlist for the iphone 5 -8 megapixel camera -hd front facing camera -A5 1GHz dual-core chip -some changes to design -7.5mm depth -4" display -better battery life (average 1 extra hour on all battery specs) -external keyboard (dont think it will happen but would be nice) -3d screen (doubtfull for the iphone 5 but hopefully soon) -death grip fix -live wallpaper (seen it on jailbroken ipads and it looks amazing) -im deffinately not expecting apple to do all of the things in my list on the iphone 5 but it would be nice P.S.A Low Reflective Screen Mode For When You Wish To Read Ebooks On The iPhone Not as much real estate wasted on the front of the phone as current iPhones (The black part on the top and bottom of the iphone need to be much smaller, basically, almost all of the front of the phone should be the screen) It's ugly how much space/real estate is wasted on the current design of the front of the iPhone Front facing camera so that we could make videocalls, atleast while connected to Wifi N iChat Support Flash Support (I want to access hulu from my iphone damn it!)

ois also works great for video I've seen tests where the ois 6 plus on video was superior to the 6 ois has a magnetic ring and this magnetic ring is what keeps the lens from moving from what i have read the magnetic protruding ring does not care if you are recording video, taking still pictures, or you are in low light. You know every modern smart phone camera can take beautiful pictures. They can even post pictures after they sit on their phone and claim under the oath of the internet that it was always in their front pocket, in a case, and that they wear baggy microfiber pants because they are so terrified of bending their precious phone. The one thing that has me amazed, I use to have to take a few pictures to get one in focus the way I want, the new 6+ with the stabilization almost always gives me great focus!Feels great, battery can go for 2 days, takes great pictures, and the screen is awesome. The battery life has been great, the low light pictures are very impressive. The pictures on this one are awesome and colors are vibrant.Beautiful screen and great pictures. Also the resolution of the screen is gorgeous, looking at pictures and videos in that big ass screen is delicious.Looking forward to fancy pictures, ill be taking a picture of the box once it comes, just because the boxes always look so fancy. Now I know some people like their phones big - the 6 is great for watching videos, pictures and displaying plenty of text, and for those people, this phone is perfect! The screen is gorgeous, the pictures are gorgeous, and the phone itself is so well designed.Yet people that ordered the same phone hours after I did are happy texting and taking awesome pictures.- Both Phones are as fast if not a BIT faster than the 5S 6: - The perfect portable size for all hand sizes - Performance is 5-10 percent better than Plus - Easier to Read, A bit better to type than 5/5S 6 Plus: - Perfect size for bigger hands - Better for pictures and movies than 6 - Camera gives you 3 extra stops in low light taking portraits compared to 6 - Performance is 5-10 percent less than 6 - Easier to Read, Easier to TypeA lot of people thought the glass panels on the back of leaked iPhone 5 pictures was really ugly, but most people now think the iPhone 5/5S looks great. The g2 takes amazing pictures in the right situation, however, the shutter speed is too slow to capture my daughter moving around which is the main use for my phone. It's actually been kind of nice not worrying about how many pictures I have saved, taking tons of videos, and putting my entire music collection on the phone.Well I am glad Im not the only one who feels the pictures look weird.I've never, never seen a bad photo on any of my older iPhones, my wife's 6 and my 6+ are also doing great, but ALL of them produce extremely bad pictures even if you zoom in just a tiny bit.I realize I didn't start using my phone until the battery was already around 70%, and that I was more-or-less using the phone non-stop for this period of time, but this kind of battery life still seems abysmal, especially for simple tasks like web browsing, streaming music with the screen turned off, taking a few pictures, etc.THe gold actually didnt look as bad as I thought it did in pictures but I am still glad I got a silver one...ohh and only 2 people there getting phonesIt was a nice phone but it didn't take great pictures and it had started to get laggy and glitchy at times. My pano pictures are shocking, they are bent in the middle, completely unacceptable as you can see below.I actually had my iPhone 5 replaced today which had the same issue but it was replaced because it was getting noticeably worse service and there was a lot of dust in the camera lens which was throwing off pictures and also the phone was dropping service but anyway, my battery drain is gone, plus especially on "4G" not LTE, its not draining even close to as bad as before even with only 1-3 dots of service

ois also works great for video I've seen tests where the ois 6 plus on video was superior to the 6 ois has a magnetic ring and this magnetic ring is what keeps the lens from moving from what i have read the magnetic protruding ring does not care if you are recording video, taking still pictures, or you are in low light.Went from the 6 to the 6 Plus and am beyond absolutely happy and satisfied and glad that I did, no regrets at all and i am already used to the Plus now...the bigger screen and 1080p panel, the OIS, and espcially the noticeably better battery life of the Plus makes it feel like a big upgrade from past iPhones and a legit upgrade...I am absolutely in love with my Plus, if you dont mind a Note 3 sized phone/phablet , the Plus is the way to go, I promise you wont be let down The thinness and tapered edges makes this device great to hold in hand IMO, and keeps it slim and very tolerable and lighter and skinnier in pocket due to its form factor OIS is the smallest reason to upgrade to the 6 Plus, but OIS most certainly does help in low light and makes the Plus produce better images then the 6, you picked a bad few examples, OIS helps quite a bit in low light On a 6 Plus here, came from a 6 , and have noticed absolutely no difference in performance, both scream and peform blazing fast and give fantastic graphical details in games alongside with superb high frame rate, Vainglory looks and plays beyond amazing on my Plus I agree to this, 6 Plus performs just as blazing fast and stupdenously fast as the 6 I switched from which I had own for over a month and a halfgot the 6 first, absolutely thought Id never get a phone the size of the Plus, was chirping that the 6 is the perfect size and phone, but then I started getting envious of the Plus, then i wanted to switch to the Plus and I did and i love it that much more over the 6 and im beyond happy and satisfied I switched to the Plus Love the screen and battery life tremendously, they are simply incredible on the Plus, also has OIS which is a benefit, its been about a week since I owned the Plus and I am already used to the size(granted I rock it without a case to keep it slim and light, which the thinness and weight makes it alot more tolerable to hold and feels good imo, much better feel and hold and is slimmer in hand then other phablets, I am used to the size alreadyI came to realize that the light simply fed negative, addictive behavior, even to the point where it would distract and exclude me from engaging in more meaningful activities.I would be happy if they made the new phone thicker to include a bigger battery and bigger Camera lens to improve low light photos I am very happy with the current 6 design and will probably get the plus version next timeI have a 6 plus and it is completely smooth, (I do have Reduce Motion on though) I went from a 6 to a 6 plus and honestly i am beyond happy and satisfied and gratified and everything i switched from a 6 to a Plus, it is alot better in my eyes... the screen is incredible, the battery life is stupendous.. i just enjoy the Plus so much more then the 6, and I dont think the Plus is too big at all, its nice and thin and pretty light. These super thin, light phones kind of freak me out to be honest. To be honest the LED notification light on the Nexus 5 is nice. The battery life has been great, the low light pictures are very impressive.I used my iphone 6 for 12 days before i returned it and went for a 6plus now here are the differences:- iPhone 6 Pros One handed use light and pocketable Cons to be honest except for the design there wasnt any difference btw 5s and 6.. battery life was almost the same n so was the display iPhone 6 plus my experience:- as i have used LG g3 and Note 3 going for a phablet wasnt a big deal for me..but to be honest this thing is big and not that much easy to carry around in your pockets but two things made me just fall in love with this beauty 1st its bigger and FULL HD display [on iphone 6 i can easily see jaggered lines on the text n Fonts but here on iphone 6 plus everything is smooth n crystal clear] second man o man the battery life is awesome and superb.. to be honest iPhone 6 plus is the real upgrade for this generation while 6 is jus OKThis caught my eye from one of them -- "The image stabilization provides a nice improvement in sharpness in low light, but Apple used it in a very smart way to also reduce the noise in the photo (slower shutter speed and capping the max ISO lower). However, if you're in low light and your hands are moving slightly (which they always are no matter how still you think you're holding them) then OIS can translate to two or three f stops worth of shutter speed and that means sharper shots in those specific conditions. There was a funny light we all detected that passed over the pallet a few times, and it feels like we may have moved outside for a while before moving back into the dark. For low light situations, with non moving subjects, it's so superior as to almost be magical. The camera is really nice, she showed me some pics and even took a fairly low light picture of me when I was looking at the phone and they seemed great. These tech websites are making these iPhone bending reports such a big deal, of coarse it's gonna bend if you put that much pressure on it, any phone would...People always find the smallest things to complain about, a lot wanted a big iPhone for such a long time now they got it but keep finding negative things about it, people want thin, light, indestructible and cheap and they'll still not be satisfied, simple solution of putting a case on it would solve the issue...out of at least 10 million iPhones only a small percentage of iPhones actually were bent but these reports are making this such big deal and people are actually going out and exchanging their phones smh...just my opinion thoughI love the phone, light, battery is great for me (see some others have issue I am good), speed is incredible, and screen/size is great.so i was one of those in line who want to touch for free the iphone 6 plus...it was OMG so nice in my hand, just big enough for me and so light..sexy is the right word i think.- Both Phones are as fast if not a BIT faster than the 5S 6: - The perfect portable size for all hand sizes - Performance is 5-10 percent better than Plus - Easier to Read, A bit better to type than 5/5S 6 Plus: - Perfect size for bigger hands - Better for pictures and movies than 6 - Camera gives you 3 extra stops in low light taking portraits compared to 6 - Performance is 5-10 percent less than 6 - Easier to Read, Easier to TypeThe best place to stick a notification light would actually be around the home button, some kind of circular pulsing light would look brilliant. As for the iphone in general, it's a very nice phone with amazing aspects to it, along with some serious flaws and weaknesses and stupidities about it -- there's nothing "minor" about having no notification light, a usuable DND feature, the ability to toggle quickly with the volume keys between vibrate/ring/silent, being able to silence the sounds of outgoing texts (sounds that where stupid to put there in the first place), and so on.I'd love to see like the post above some form of waterproofing so that I'm not afraid to use my iPhone in the rain also and I've sent this suggestion to apple, a small translucent ring around the home button that has a pulsating ring of light for missed calls, messages, email etc if not then a led somewhere for the same purpose, a smart wifi option so it switches off once you leave your home wifi and will come back on once your home or it can remember where other wifi locations are and switch back on once you get to that area. But it felt like the demo unit (again, a full working model) felt the kind of "cheaper" lighter kind of light.Samsung G3 has a great LED and with an app called Light Flow it worked like the Berry Buzz app on the BB... but the S3 battery is terrible! My 6 Plus has been absolutely amazing and I have absolutely no lag or stutter at all on my 6 Plus, your 6 Plus seems to be defective, Sounds like you might not even have a 6 Plus, why would you spend all that money when a ton of your "problems" is something you could of always seen in person hands on with the device or so (surely you tried the device out before forking over money) And Siri has been working for me 90% of the time and is light years better then what it has been, that seems to be a connection issue on your part with Siri having a response like thatThank God this is only your opinion, I , and millions feel the total opposite and absolutely love and adore the new iPhone design, the Note 4 design is more cumbersome, it is a thicker phone, it is wider, it is heavier, and doesnt have tapered edges, it feels much more cumbersome in the hand, coming from a OnePlus One, the 6 Plus is noticeably better in performance, espcially when it comes to frame rate in games, it is much better and offers quite a bit better GPU performance then the OnePlus One's Adreno 330 GPU... Yup, conpared some low light shots with my 6 Plus vs 5S on my IPS monitor, and it is a dramatic difference, stop sipping the Android koolaidThe screen feels nice but the light thin 6061 non-tempered aluminum body feels hollow and a bit cheap.I got the Griffin armband, cheap, very nice, light yet stable.Bear in mind that photos of these type of screen protectors on a white iPhone (like above) will make it look worse as the light refracts against the White glass screen and makes the edges look really bad.The bottom line is that the iPhone 6 can be outstanding in good light but, like almost all cameras (even often DSLRs), will get at best mediocre results in low/bad light. The 6, on the other hand, is a perfect size for a smartphone, thin, light, and won't be bulky, tiresome, or unnecessarily cumbersome for the more mundane tasks of smartphones, such as texting and making calls. There are collectors for all sorts of junk... but sooner or later the battery will explode (not light on fire kind of explode just bloated and expanded) and your iPhone 2G will be worthless then. The screen is too small, now it's too big It's too heavy, now it's too light and feels cheap The glass back breaks too easily, the aluminum back is terrible If I take keys to my phone it scratches. That looks stunning The only thing I don't like is the home button put on the frame, thats so android like and I never liked it on my friends device but the rest looks great & I also like the light up Apple Logo but that would be replaced by the home button again, maybe the lil square lines of that button could light up when I get a notification, I would welcome it...otherwise it depresses me that we all have so many wonderful ideas but we all know that Apple will never implement them into the final product
force
It could happen, once in a while, to sustain that kind of force, and it is able to resist to that, but if you are applying that kind of pressure you are just looking for troubles.I have always felt like the iPad Air, while a very nice product, was a bit of a force fit between my phone and macbook.I don't think it is fake, but it sure seems excessive, some form of measurable gauge of force would have been far more useful.it does not apply to the internal hollow gap of the phone to fit smaller internals it applies to the force applied on a single point and where it is relative to the point of balance.I got pretty much bored of Android, I had a rooted Galaxy S2 with Cyanogenmod in it, it wasn't a bad phone but it was annoying seeing the force closes, soft reboots, battery life issues. It seems Google have gone for the half-arsed 'force text to fit the screen' option rather than the more elegant 'load the page in a readable format from the word go' that Apple takes. Our police force is stretched as it is and the sad truth is petty crime often goes without being heavily investigated, violent muggings where your phone is nicked are different.People get replacement for tiny bending (wobbles) when it's obvious not a customer fault, but in your case it looks like some excessive force could have been applied, so bad luck."bent without any pressure at all" vs. "unreasonable force" I'm guessing that even your subconscious knows you're being intellectually dishonest.Damn, sorry *Mods please delete this thread if you get a chance I'll take your word for it...but to play devils advocate, one could argue that the softer aluminum when hit very hard creates a sharp internal edge which could puncture the softer Li-Ion battery that apple uses where as cheap quality plastic phones with removable backplates tend to have hard plastic battery housings....I I think in this case it doesn't matter what phone the guy had, same result would have happened due to the force upon impact resulting in what you described.Sorry, but the contention that 10 pounds of force will bend these things is patently absurd fear mongering that exposes your agenda in stark contrast.
low light
ois also works great for video I've seen tests where the ois 6 plus on video was superior to the 6 ois has a magnetic ring and this magnetic ring is what keeps the lens from moving from what i have read the magnetic protruding ring does not care if you are recording video, taking still pictures, or you are in low light.Went from the 6 to the 6 Plus and am beyond absolutely happy and satisfied and glad that I did, no regrets at all and i am already used to the Plus now...the bigger screen and 1080p panel, the OIS, and espcially the noticeably better battery life of the Plus makes it feel like a big upgrade from past iPhones and a legit upgrade...I am absolutely in love with my Plus, if you dont mind a Note 3 sized phone/phablet , the Plus is the way to go, I promise you wont be let down The thinness and tapered edges makes this device great to hold in hand IMO, and keeps it slim and very tolerable and lighter and skinnier in pocket due to its form factor OIS is the smallest reason to upgrade to the 6 Plus, but OIS most certainly does help in low light and makes the Plus produce better images then the 6, you picked a bad few examples, OIS helps quite a bit in low light On a 6 Plus here, came from a 6 , and have noticed absolutely no difference in performance, both scream and peform blazing fast and give fantastic graphical details in games alongside with superb high frame rate, Vainglory looks and plays beyond amazing on my Plus I agree to this, 6 Plus performs just as blazing fast and stupdenously fast as the 6 I switched from which I had own for over a month and a halfI would be happy if they made the new phone thicker to include a bigger battery and bigger Camera lens to improve low light photos I am very happy with the current 6 design and will probably get the plus version next timeThe battery life has been great, the low light pictures are very impressive. This caught my eye from one of them -- "The image stabilization provides a nice improvement in sharpness in low light, but Apple used it in a very smart way to also reduce the noise in the photo (slower shutter speed and capping the max ISO lower). However, if you're in low light and your hands are moving slightly (which they always are no matter how still you think you're holding them) then OIS can translate to two or three f stops worth of shutter speed and that means sharper shots in those specific conditions. For low light situations, with non moving subjects, it's so superior as to almost be magical. The camera is really nice, she showed me some pics and even took a fairly low light picture of me when I was looking at the phone and they seemed great.- Both Phones are as fast if not a BIT faster than the 5S 6: - The perfect portable size for all hand sizes - Performance is 5-10 percent better than Plus - Easier to Read, A bit better to type than 5/5S 6 Plus: - Perfect size for bigger hands - Better for pictures and movies than 6 - Camera gives you 3 extra stops in low light taking portraits compared to 6 - Performance is 5-10 percent less than 6 - Easier to Read, Easier to TypeThank God this is only your opinion, I , and millions feel the total opposite and absolutely love and adore the new iPhone design, the Note 4 design is more cumbersome, it is a thicker phone, it is wider, it is heavier, and doesnt have tapered edges, it feels much more cumbersome in the hand, coming from a OnePlus One, the 6 Plus is noticeably better in performance, espcially when it comes to frame rate in games, it is much better and offers quite a bit better GPU performance then the OnePlus One's Adreno 330 GPU... Yup, conpared some low light shots with my 6 Plus vs 5S on my IPS monitor, and it is a dramatic difference, stop sipping the Android koolaid
front pocket
They can even post pictures after they sit on their phone and claim under the oath of the internet that it was always in their front pocket, in a case, and that they wear baggy microfiber pants because they are so terrified of bending their precious phone.Amazingly enough the Plus does fit in the front pocket of my baggy mom jeans that I wear most of the time I'm in my ordinary routine...even with a bulky case on it will fit, though I'll have to change the way I bend down to pick stuff up.the bend thing isn't ridiculous, its not going to bend in your front pocket if your not in some weird awkward position.Even with a regular fit pair of Levi's, it can sometimes be a tight fit pulling my 5s out of the front pocket when I'm sitting down. Then I checked out the 5.5 and thought geez this thing is huge, but after a moment of playing with it it wasn't so bad, however I put my phones in my front pocket (you know being a guy and all) and although I know it would fit in my front pocket it would be very uncomfortable because of how huge it is.Nope - I knew I was getting a 6 when I woke up at 2:53AM EST I carry my phone in my front pants pocket all of the time, and did try a co-worker's 5.5" phone in my pocket a couple weeks ago; it fit, and I could sit if I adjusted the phone a bit before sitting, but it was way too obtrusive.I'm slightly leaning toward the 6+, but I'm still afraid it will be too big to fit in my front jeans pocket comfortably.Carry it in a dedicated front pocket so the screen stays perfect. If this is somehow a narrow thing and a non issue, which seems doubtful at this point, great but as It stands if the phone Is bending in a front pocket there is a definite problem and apple should have either engineered around it and honeycombed the metal and reinforced it or made the phone thicker.
touch sensor
fingerprint sensor
Camera is great, and the fingerprint sensor is awesome.I didn't see the point in taking a further loss to move up to a 5s, even though I do think the fingerprint sensor is handy, and the camera improvements would be "nice to have".*hey let's post about my nice wonderful fast, reliable brand new Nexus 5 smartphone running Google's mobile operating system Android 4.4.2 KitKat...in a thread about iPhone fingerprint sensor* Just seems desperately out of place to me, that's all.20 nm 64 bit apple A8> 28nm Snapdragon 805 Cameras are both top notch and cream of the crop , no real , clear winner there Touch ID is king fingerprint scanner sensor and the Note 4 swipe with your thumb BS is not as good note 4 has the best OLED display ever while the 6 Plus has the best LCD smartphone display ever, both are top notch, 6 has a little less resolution but still good Funny thing is that 6 and 6 Plus uses actually newer technology and more cutting edge hardware, a SoC on a 20nm manufacturing node custom designed by Apple In house own ISP now too Both are great devices though but people who say it uses "2012 technology" and "lol wow only 1.4 ghz dual core my Galaxy S3 is faster with 1.5 ghz dual core" just have no understanding at all on all this Fanboys gonna be fanboys , but the 6 Plus and 6 are actually one of the best if not the best peforming smartphone right now on both the CPU/GPU side Totally wrong , 6 and 6 Plus completly utterly destroys anything from 2012, the SoC (which houses the CPU/GPU/ISP/RAM) basically everything, is quite different and not similiar to tech specs back then ARMv8 custom design is drastically different then what has been used in the past What people dont understand at all is that you want faster better single core performance and better IPC always, espcially on mobile devices, this is beyond crucial and key for mobile developing (for obvious reasons; these devices using batteries and thermal constraints etc etc) Same thing with why a Intel quad core is noticeably faster then a AMD quad core thats clocked alot higher speeds then the Intel quad core Its because Intels single core performance and architecture design is SUPERIOR, very little people understand what even makes a CPU design, single core performance and IPC is beyond important and crucial and key for mobile , why would someone want to deal with more weaker single cores and code for all them and try to get parrlellization and efficiency on all cores properly when it is a headache already developing software and games for a bunch of cores on desktop(and multicore processors started coming out 8 years ago) Throwing more cores at it does not increase performance for situations and problems automatically linearly 6 way wide superscaler 1.4 ghz Enhanced cyclone cores on ARM's latest architecture design (ARMv8 or 64 bit) OP I suggest you look up on the A7/A8 details , it is more comparable to Intel Haswell processors then it is to what Qualcomm offers actually in terms of performancePeople were screaming " give us bigger screens blah fingerprint sensor isn't spectacular blah" and now people are screaming " why are the new iPhones big wee the 5s is too big for my pocket"...

I agree with you and totally get your point BUT now with IOS 8 + the new iPhones, i do not think 16GB is enough to work at a level that most people will be happy with and also have some freedom, it puts limiations on what one can or can't do - this is why Apple should have started with 32GB not 16GB, i am actually shocked that Apple even bothered to make a 16GB but i think this was a last chance deal for them...... a LOT of people travel and you need more than 16GB to just put some movies on a device movies have grown to HD and have iTunes extras + such, next step would be to drop SD - disney has upgraded every digital movie that years ago were only in SD to now HD + Universal will do HD if you provide them with digital info.....i have 3+GB left on a new wireless iPad mini (kids use) i did the update connected to iTunes so it took less space...had to delete every app off to update to IOS 8 - nothing else is on it as we use iTunes match - the apps are getting updated so much faster then ever before and they are being created for new IOS 8 and the app file size is bigger...then, bono (U2) is now working with apple to create a whole new music file/type, i'm sure it will take up way more space.... so while one could make 16GB work with wireless, iTunes match + the ease of using (the soon to come) iCloud storage for your photos + such, it is still very limiting - i don't need 64GB but i bought it b/c 16GB is way too small for me now and i will keep it for 2 years - in the past, i have always used 16GB.... also, people now have more options, they may want to upgrade every year, buy iPhones outright, lease iPhone's as everything has changed in the whole cellular game....in the next 2 years, apple has to drop 16GB, they got away with it this time by offering our lives in the iCloud and since we don't know yet what it will be like (on purpose i am sure) they played us to a degree - i say to a degree b/c on the flip side they offered 4 times the GB (64GB) for what in the past would have historically cost $200 more for $100 less - i love them, don't get me wrong, i am so happy with my 64GB iPhone 6+ and i love the freedom now b/c i was starting to not to have it with my last iPhone at 16GB

test
This was pretty much a major test for me, so I was glad to see that it fit.I'm pretty confident I can do that to a 5, 5S ... and majority of popular smart phones out there ... (though plastic would probably crack) ... that doesn't seem like a real world test ...I got to do a real "test drive" on it, and although it was super impressive & the screen was awesome...I had to face the truth that it just wasn't the device for me, given a choice of the smaller version. My coworker let me borrow one of his lines and test AT&T because I told him my test with my Verizon iPhone last month was an epic fail Turns out this test was flawless at my home using his account So yesterday Verizon lost my 3 line account to AT&T- I had to get my iPhone 5s reprovisioned again which was the issue the last time and why service was so slow on AT&TUm, PhoneArena battery testing is awful and they dont even disclose how they run their tests, they are not reliable at all, Anandtech has the best real world life usage testing PhoneArena doesnt even disclose how they do their testign, they dont go at all into details, their testing is not reliable and doesnt match more then half the times with multiple other battery tests done by other websites and also reviews Anandtech is one of the most reliable, reputable non biased websites on the web, their results and testing and analysis is really almost unmatched in the industry Anand does not write any articles or post anymore on Anandtech, he has put others complelty in charge and now works basically full time at Apple, you dont just throw out years of extremely reputable fame and non bias and renown that Anandtech has built over the years with the industry, terrible damage control, its widely known now that PhoneArenas testing is flawed and that they dont even disclose their testing Lol yeah, im sure the iPhone 6 plus only gets one hour more of battery life then the 6, what a joke, nobody takes PhoneArenas testing seriously anyway, their testing is flawed they dont even disclose how they do their test I went from a 6 to a Plus and I get way more then one extra hour of battery life with my Plus What do you expect, it powers a Quad HD screen , the GPU has to push more pixels, the display is bigger and has a bigger drain on the battery, the 28nm Snapdragon 805 is not as power efficient as the 20nm Apple A8, this was pretty obvious just by looking at the specs on paperI'm waiting till it's bad enough to pass Apple unrealistic test and have it exchanged under Applecare (the only one gurus will believe, they just refuse to see what's plain in front of their eyes and only trust The Test). So there you have it, real world torture test from a tired middle-aged couple with the usual careless habits couples like us have and a crazy cat that, before we adopted it, probably worked as a movie extra as That Cat that pops out of cupboards and fakes the audience out in horror films. But my wife intentionally wanted to "wait and see", and between the bending, the initial bad screen shatter test, and then the 8.0.1 debacle, she's like, "Oh, I'm so glad I didn't get the phone."How annoying is it when they do that damn test monthly or weekly or god knows how often and they insist on blaring it like the most annoying and loud sound you have ever heard.Always ask the buyer to bring a SIM so that both parties can verify the device fully functioning [Note: Scammers usually don't sit to inspect the device nor bring SIM cards to test devices] Additional Notes: - eBay buyers can open a dispute against the seller up to 30days after the purchase and correct me If I'm wrong, Paypal direct sales can be disputed against up to 45days === DO NOT SELL YOUR iDEVICES DIRECTLY VIA PAYPAL, NO MATTER HOW NICE OR CONVINCING THE BUYER MAY BE, YOUR PROTECTION LEVEL IS LOWER vs having eBay on board.

It's certainly the worst (though not terrible or unlivable) experience I have ever had with a brand new top end iPhone. While reachability is intuitive and helps a great deal, reaching the top half of the screen, especially the top left, can still be fairly difficult.Literally some of the top security experts on the face of the earth declined reimbursement for their single greatest expense in their industry costing trillions in the last decade, because they're so confident in it.they are on pace for 6 hours of usage which is not bad with so much Angry Birds, most people with 8 hours of usage do not have a game in their top 5 appsAlso the ip6/6 Plus and their design and performance and camera and screens are just fantasic and amazing as a whole in the package , extremely top notch specs (ARMv8/64 Bit processor that is top notch performer on the market right now, extremely good front and back cameras, best LCD screens in a smartphone ever(Thats up to you if you prefer OLED over LCD or vice versa) amazing body design in my opinion, really good battery life) I love and adore the look of the new screens how they like overlap on the edges and it morphs into the edges for a nice smooth glide off feeling, (I have a Space gray iPhone 6 and I love so much how the black screen like morphs over the edges and consumes the phones front ) i think it looks much better then any phone out right nowThanks buddy for the kind reply, I totally agree with you, applying one of these films on top of this beautiful display is a bit like killing it...I think the raised lips of the leather case will be plenty for me.its ios and a 5.5 screen so i am going to buy but its that damn touch id taking up so much room and apple's design to keep everything symmetrical which i like but damn look at those bezels up top and bottom!!Cosmetically absolutely perfect (even more than my initial model which had an assbly dent on the top and a scratch on the bottom) and with a perfect screen without interlacing.20 nm 64 bit apple A8> 28nm Snapdragon 805 Cameras are both top notch and cream of the crop , no real , clear winner there Touch ID is king fingerprint scanner sensor and the Note 4 swipe with your thumb BS is not as good note 4 has the best OLED display ever while the 6 Plus has the best LCD smartphone display ever, both are top notch, 6 has a little less resolution but still good Funny thing is that 6 and 6 Plus uses actually newer technology and more cutting edge hardware, a SoC on a 20nm manufacturing node custom designed by Apple In house own ISP now too Both are great devices though but people who say it uses "2012 technology" and "lol wow only 1.4 ghz dual core my Galaxy S3 is faster with 1.5 ghz dual core" just have no understanding at all on all this Fanboys gonna be fanboys , but the 6 Plus and 6 are actually one of the best if not the best peforming smartphone right now on both the CPU/GPU side Totally wrong , 6 and 6 Plus completly utterly destroys anything from 2012, the SoC (which houses the CPU/GPU/ISP/RAM) basically everything, is quite different and not similiar to tech specs back then ARMv8 custom design is drastically different then what has been used in the past What people dont understand at all is that you want faster better single core performance and better IPC always, espcially on mobile devices, this is beyond crucial and key for mobile developing (for obvious reasons; bottom
I have a 128gb iPhone 6+ ..no problems all the rumors(gates) floating around the internet are all BS ..my iphone hasn't bent ..my 128gb tlc hasnt died ..my screen is perfect ..I get better service than on the Note 3 bottom line is ..unless apple acknowledges the problem or someone posts substantive empirical evidence that has been repeated with the same results by another party ...then its a fake rumor you need not trouble yourself withI went into settings, safari (my phone browser), selected advanced, then website data, then remove all website data (at the bottom) and the discs went away, I don't think I lost any of my saved passwords or anything that I wanted to keep probably just cached pages to help sites load faster, but the discs annoyed me so I was happy they went away.I walked into the Samsung store at the mall yesterday and spoke with one of their "Smart People" at their "Smart People Railing" trying to replace my Note (because it had a huge gap in the bottom of it...).Length of 6+ ... it needs to be 1/4-1/2" shorter ... would be perfect... i get that we can't shorten the bottom without changing the touchid sensor in some way and i don't think Apple would like a non-equal bezel I just felt that when i was holding it 1 handed without a case i had to hold onto it tightly which didn't make for best comfort experience Do miss the screen though .... was amazing in its contrast and tonality and so sharp and battery was significantly bigger.its ios and a 5.5 screen so i am going to buy but its that damn touch id taking up so much room and apple's design to keep everything symmetrical which i like but damn look at those bezels up top and bottom!!Lots of people will comment that thinning out the sides/top & bottom looks bad... ...but that will be exactly what iP7 will do (only direction left to "shrink") Then of course, it will be "amazing design by Apple" ;-)I know SPRINT is at the bottom but I think they have been putting a lot of work in to come back and I was all over the new deal for $50/month UNLIMITED data when SPRINT came out with that for the 6/6+ Also...Im moving from a small area to a much larger market and any provider will do just fine out there so Im excited to see how great SPRINT is with all their upgradesCosmetically absolutely perfect (even more than my initial model which had an assbly dent on the top and a scratch on the bottom) and with a perfect screen without interlacing. While FEDEX is sloppy at best leaving packages without a signature claiming they have a 'signature release' nobody in my household signed a 'signature Release' Bottom Line: it's all about the Driver Like any job it's the individual doing the job that makes the experience good or bad.It was terrible idea and takes up ugly screen space on bottom might as well have a home button. The bottom line is that the iPhone 6 can be outstanding in good light but, like almost all cameras (even often DSLRs), will get at best mediocre results in low/bad light.Oh, I'm not saying it isn't awesome to use, just the dash at the sides of the bottom of the screen looks weird to me.The bottom line is if you don't like how excited we are and more excited we will be, don't open those posts.A Low Reflective Screen Mode For When You Wish To Read Ebooks On The iPhone Not as much real estate wasted on the front of the phone as current iPhones (The black part on the top and bottom of the iphone need to be much smaller, basically, almost all of the front of the phone should be the screen) It's ugly how much space/real estate is wasted on the current design of the front of the iPhone Front facing camera so that we could make videocalls, atleast while connected to Wifi N iChat Support Flash Support (I want to access hulu from my iphone damn it!)
dust
I keep going back to the case (Spigen Ultra Hybrid) this is the first phone regardless of the manufacture that does not feel "better" without a case the Spigen actually feels great in the hand, only think I hate about cases is the dust it collects around the openings- dead pixel - backlight bleed - uniformity (one side darker, yellower) - smudge / smear inside glass - dust inside screen - dust or dirt inside glass (outside of screen area) - recessed / uneven volume button (on one but not another) - sticky vibration button (normal ones have a nice firm click) - uneven pressure / sticky / unbalance on sleep wake button (normal ones have a nice click to it) - uneven home button pressure (perfect ones have a nice click to it, but this is personal preference) - uneven gap when assembled (run your finger on the edge on each side and compare for your 6/6+) - dust inside camera lens - general cosmetic scratches / chips / dings (Apple logo, aluminum, buttons, sim slot) And this list hasn't even covered technical issues like wifi, Bluetooth, Touch ID, vibration rattle, etc. This year different story Replaced two iPhone 6 Plus 128gb gold (Third one was perfect) (Both phones had dust or dead/stuck pixels) Replaced one iPhone 6 128gb space grey (Second one was perfect) (First one had dead pixels. So I got my 2 year contract phone delivered, and waited a few days til the launch dust settled, then went into an Apple store, staked out a friendly, smart looking employee and said I wanted to return my phone, then have them sell it right back to me on the Next plan.Im super anal about fit & look...and air bubbles, trapped dust particles & imperfect fit drives me bananas!I actually had my iPhone 5 replaced today which had the same issue but it was replaced because it was getting noticeably worse service and there was a lot of dust in the camera lens which was throwing off pictures and also the phone was dropping service but anyway, my battery drain is gone, plus especially on "4G" not LTE, its not draining even close to as bad as before even with only 1-3 dots of service

bands
All the things we thought the 6 would be, but wasn't: Wireless charging Waterproof Two day battery 20Mp camera Bezel-less Two gigs ram at least LED notification Durable Sapphire screen No ugly antenna bands No ugly protruding lens No bad screens escaping QC inspection Stable iOS Smooth iOS This would make a phone with paying a thousand bucks for.So glad the space gray is color matched... Looks sexy with the gray bands vs. black bands yuck.1)I went to the sprint store today and they had a 6+ gold model and it didn't look bad, but the white bands on the back kind of breaks up the flow.I too love the way the gold looks and the bands don't bother me at all since the front is white it all kind of meshes it looks gorgeous IMO.Tmobile won't launch lte till 2013 and even then it will probably only be in a select few cities so its not a bad idea to buy the verizon version Nice I traded my att iPhone 5 for the Verizon one just because I will probably never have tmobiles lte in my area and the Verizon version supports a lot more bands and one day I might go to Verizon they have lte in my areaThe iPhone 5S A1530 supports the following: Model A1530*: UMTS/HSPA+/DC-HSDPA (850, 900, 1900, 2100 MHz); GSM/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz); FDD-LTE (Bands 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20); TD-LTE (Bands 38, 39, 40) I googled it in about 15 seconds... Anyways its perfect for Europe AND Asia but in the US Its not going to work great with LTE.I look at those candlewax antenna bands, boring rounded rectangle, cheap looking curved plasticky screen, ugly and buggy iOS... shake my head and walk out the store while a tear slowly rolls down my cheek. But in other places, like say discussions between me and my friends, even reviewers on youtube, people are always commenting on the bands and how bad it looks because it looks bad, they are thick and no other phones have them and no other apple product has them.I would also put the 5 ahead of the 6 because I like clean designs and while I can live with them the protruding camera and the antenna bands look quite bad to me on the 6 (and the design more boring in general).Anyway, I was a bit miffed about the design of the new iPhone, the fact it retained such large bezels, the ugly bands on the back (which aren't nearly as bad in person thankfully), but I wasn't miffed enough to mention that on its own.I think most people think the iPhone 6 design isn't as nice as the 5s The bezels on the 6 look really bad and those antenna bands are horrific. It shows that the gold phone doesn't have those horribly ugly stark white bands! The antenna bands looks hideous on the gold model, they stick out like a sore thumb. The antenna bands were ugly before the launch, and they're ugly still.I will get iphone 6, and it will no doubt break sales records, but the antenna bands are just horrible, deeply contrasting and a heavy heavy eye sore.Yes I will get iphone 6 because I rely a lot on iOS, but apple has always been about clean simplistic design, these antenna bands are horrible and go against their previous product designs. The 6 mock ups have those bands that curve with the phone, they just look awful.Should be along the sides if anything, this is an odd design choice Edit: the black one actually doesn't look bad at all, the white with white bands looks awful in my opinion.Still looks damn ugly, round edges and big bands on the back... Looks like a fisher price toy phone Won't be buying one if that is a legit 6

photo
It happens with anything I send regardless if the photo is inappropriate or not (and they're not inappropriate).A couple of weeks ago my wife and I were enjoying a nice lunch out and I texted a photo to a friend of mine to let him know the restaurant we were at had his favorite beer on tap.My photo based system is great for organizing into nice little folders (edited). This caught my eye from one of them -- "The image stabilization provides a nice improvement in sharpness in low light, but Apple used it in a very smart way to also reduce the noise in the photo (slower shutter speed and capping the max ISO lower). It's not that noticeable - that photo exaggerates it quite a bit - but I am a bit annoyed considering this has been treated like some kind of precious relic!Very happy with the 64GB 6 I got except Wish I got the 128GB due to lack of space for my photos hopefully iCloud Photo Library will fix this when it launches properly other wise very happy customer with the bigger screen better for web browsing and messagingI had exhibited my photos even made with my iPhone 4, so creativity is more important then anything (I have a nice DSLR with pro lenses for sharp, micro... images if I need features such as IS)... Now, I hold my 6 confidently, easely (I even have lond fingers), descretely if I want, screen size is perfect, nice for photo viewing, navigation, browsing internet, traveling to other places and speaking/making photos without drawing too much attention... Will defenately chose the same size the next time.Great photo - genuinely gives someone like me a better reference (I can fit my 8 year old daughter's gloves).. Not sure when I'll next be able to get near a store to see one - at this rate my pre-order mid October will show up before I get there!I just think there's something amazing about seeing the world evolve from a place where phones were huge plastic boxes that were attached to the wall with a wire and computers were the whole floor of a city block and only NASA and the IRS had them to today where we're debating whether a SIX OUNCE computer that's about 70mm thick, no bigger than a checkbook, can process MILLIONS of times more data than those old machines, is a still and video camera, a photo editor, a phone, a text messager, a Web browser, a motion sensor, a game system, includes a built in monitor, a rechargable battery that will power it all day and a high definition screen... is too big to fit in our pockets when we bend over to tie our shoes.I've experienced the erroneous "pic not sent" message or whatever it says but also sometimes while I'm typing it will insert a random pic from my photo album in the message which is annoying but not a big deal but a hassle on that tiny little keyboard.Taking a nice picture of a flower in well lit conditions is probably the most easy "great" photo anyone can take. The weird thing is, turning this on and using it for more than a couple minutes, the icons on the home screen and photo displays actually kinda give me a weird case of nausea.I've never, never seen a bad photo on any of my older iPhones, my wife's 6 and my 6+ are also doing great, but ALL of them produce extremely bad pictures even if you zoom in just a tiny bit. It's really annoying having such a great camera, but having to crop EVERY photo so it can be shown full screen on my TV.When i take a photo with the iphone it looks great on the screen but once i imported to a computer it does not look as great.
ring
ois also works great for video I've seen tests where the ois 6 plus on video was superior to the 6 ois has a magnetic ring and this magnetic ring is what keeps the lens from moving from what i have read the magnetic protruding ring does not care if you are recording video, taking still pictures, or you are in low light. There is another thread on here with a guy who bought an aftermarket silver ring for his home button and his TouchID works perfect and it looks great for those interested...I love my Space Grey iPhone 6...sometimes I miss the Slate Black iPhone 5 color though, I'm sure they could have reformulated the paint to make it more scratch proof but that would've been harder...either way Space Grey looks great.I like them too, it actually looks good IMO, if it was all just metal'ed out it wouldnt look as good I dont think, Also call me crazy but I actually do like the slight camera protrusion too with the nice beautiful darkish gray gunmetal ring that surrounds the camera, covered in sapphire lens glass, its beautiful IMO..Not at all, my iPhone 6 is perfect and it feels really premium imo, I love the camera actually protruding from the phone ever so slightly, the dark metal shiny ring around the camera is a nice touch.Little touches such as the Lockscreen accent colors changing to the wallpaper are beautiful, the Dialer ring colors accenting to the frosted glass look of the background are perfect touches.never had gold before the black's always been default, but i went to the AS today and the gold with white looks awesome and in the brown leather case the little gold accent ring around the home button is fabulous.... p.s.The white fascia with the gold ring around the TouchID in the Olive Brown looks fabulous, very happy with it.I'd love to see like the post above some form of waterproofing so that I'm not afraid to use my iPhone in the rain also and I've sent this suggestion to apple, a small translucent ring around the home button that has a pulsating ring of light for missed calls, messages, email etc if not then a led somewhere for the same purpose, a smart wifi option so it switches off once you leave your home wifi and will come back on once your home or it can remember where other wifi locations are and switch back on once you get to that area.I bought two iphone 5S silver one is perfect quiet nice and smooth yhe other is click like the button is hitting the ringTo me the silver ring looks a little cheap and IMO will deff get scratches, I'm picky like that with my phones.

iphones
Went from the 6 to the 6 Plus and am beyond absolutely happy and satisfied and glad that I did, no regrets at all and i am already used to the Plus now...the bigger screen and 1080p panel, the OIS, and espcially the noticeably better battery life of the Plus makes it feel like a big upgrade from past iPhones and a legit upgrade...I am absolutely in love with my Plus, if you dont mind a Note 3 sized phone/phablet , the Plus is the way to go, I promise you wont be let down The thinness and tapered edges makes this device great to hold in hand IMO, and keeps it slim and very tolerable and lighter and skinnier in pocket due to its form factor OIS is the smallest reason to upgrade to the 6 Plus, but OIS most certainly does help in low light and makes the Plus produce better images then the 6, you picked a bad few examples, OIS helps quite a bit in low light On a 6 Plus here, came from a 6 , and have noticed absolutely no difference in performance, both scream and peform blazing fast and give fantastic graphical details in games alongside with superb high frame rate, Vainglory looks and plays beyond amazing on my Plus I agree to this, 6 Plus performs just as blazing fast and stupdenously fast as the 6 I switched from which I had own for over a month and a halfNothing is perfect -- iOS 8 has quite a few bugs, but I think these iPhones are awesome. For what you pay, it's actually a great deal, compared to previous iPhones, and 128GB at $399 is a great deal, considering the competitors at $100 less don't even get close to that (even with expandable). In order, these are my favorite iphones ever 1) original iPhone- still my favorite phone ever 2) iPhone 4, loved the industrial look of the new design 3) iPhone 6, love the way it looks and feels.I just want my once-pristine and flawless iPhone 6 Plus back to looking brand new and beautiful again (like I've kept ALLY of my previous iPhones looking like until trade-in.(not just the worst of iPhones but one of the worst designs of any modern smart phone).I'm super happy at how fast video focuses too, I think the 6s is going to be the ultimate, the s version iPhones always seem to perfect the camera. So, i can 100% assure you that even tho, istocknow is a GREAT tool to find iphones in this days, There are two complete different stocks for both kind of customers, the ones buying iphones online, and the ones that prefers to walk into the Apple Store.I think it's great though to read everyone's opinions on what size is perfect for them and how they are adapting to their new iPhones.Funny, I purchased the 5s and a few months later the 5c and think they're both wonderful, and real, iPhones.I've purchased iPhones for as long as they've been out there, sung the praises of Apple to the mountaintops, and slowly filled my home with Macbook, iMac, multiple iPads and iPods, not to mention spent $1000s in music in iTunes...and there's the rub, it's because I've been such a loyal customer, accustomed to wonderful and rapid service, that this botched rollout has raised my ire, this is not what I'm accustomed to with Apple, and galling is a great description of my feelings at present. These are very nice, I will be getting this one for my wife.... She killed already 2 screens in prior iPhones so it will be worth itThese tech websites are making these iPhone bending reports such a big deal, of coarse it's gonna bend if you put that much pressure on it, any phone would...People always find the smallest things to complain about, a lot wanted a big iPhone for such a long time now they got it but keep finding negative things about it, people want thin, light, indestructible and cheap and they'll still not be satisfied, simple solution of putting a case on it would solve the issue...out of at least 10 million iPhones only a small percentage of iPhones actually were bent but these reports are making this such big deal and people are actually going out and exchanging their phones smh...just my opinion thoughMost people put their iPhones in cases, you can get this great Spigen case in Slate today if you want it (I have it, I'm a Slate fan, it looks great). While there were a lot of enthusiastic Apple fans eager to get their hands on the new iPhones, yes, it was disconcerting to see others in line who really couldn't care less.I agree with you and totally get your point BUT now with IOS 8 + the new iPhones, i do not think 16GB is enough to work at a level that most people will be happy with and also have some freedom, it puts limiations on what one can or can't do - this is why Apple should have started with 32GB not 16GB, i am actually shocked that Apple even bothered to make a 16GB but i think this was a last chance deal for them...... a LOT of people travel and you need more than 16GB to just put some movies on a device movies have grown to HD and have iTunes extras + such, next step would be to drop SD - disney has upgraded every digital movie that years ago were only in SD to now HD + Universal will do HD if you provide them with digital info.....i have 3+GB left on a new wireless iPad mini (kids use) i did the update connected to iTunes so it took less space...had to delete every app off to update to IOS 8 - nothing else is on it as we use iTunes match - the apps are getting updated so much faster then ever before and they are being created for new IOS 8 and the app file size is bigger...then, bono (U2) is now working with apple to create a whole new music file/type, i'm sure it will take up way more space.... so while one could make 16GB work with wireless, iTunes match + the ease of using (the soon to come) iCloud storage for your photos + such, it is still very limiting - i don't need 64GB but i bought it b/c 16GB is way too small for me now and i will keep it for 2 years - in the past, i have always used 16GB.... also, people now have more options, they may want to upgrade every year, buy iPhones outright, lease iPhone's as everything has changed in the whole cellular game....in the next 2 years, apple has to drop 16GB, they got away with it this time by offering our lives in the iCloud and since we don't know yet what it will be like (on purpose i am sure) they played us to a degree - i say to a degree b/c on the flip side they offered 4 times the GB (64GB) for what in the past would have historically cost $200 more for $100 less - i love them, don't get me wrong, i am so happy with my 64GB iPhone 6+ and i love the freedom now b/c i was starting to not to have it with my last iPhone at 16GBThey got me in by 10:30 and I was out of there with a new phone with a beautiful, perfect screen by around 11:15, despite the heavy traffic of people picking up iPhones ordered online.I am very excited for my new iPhone to arrive, I think it will be a great product, and possibly the best generation of iPhones yet.Now take a deep breath and be happy that we're lucky enough to even have iPhones in the first placeUGLY UGLY iPhones no matter what size.Maybe Android is worth a look for some people that aren't really happy about the new iPhones, or iOS in general. This might be of interest to some of you thinking about upgrading to one of the newer iPhones based on screen size: There's something nice about the fit of the items on the iPhone 5, although as always the extra resolution does help see more. The best iPhones ever.. A very promising Smartwatch (that looks great)The spare line was just that a spare unlimited data line because it was so cheap but I don't really use it in anything so I figured being able to cycle three upgrades (worth $450 a piece in subsidy on iphones) was worth having a 2gb plan instead of unlimited on that line, so long as my bill doesnt go (if I lost the $20 off)I mean you are a snob if you think asking a question like that to "potential snobs" would help you get any meaningful insight..Although this is the best forum site(among all smartphone forums) to have an actually neutral and intelligent discussion, you should ask it on a general tech forum imo to know what the non-iphone owners think of those with iphones. The glossy surface and fantastic colors make it look sleek and stylish and I love that it has a black screen (I'm not very attracted to white iPhones or the white screens on the iPod touch 5).That said, the 4 and thus presumably all the iphones have some very attractive and alluring aspects to them (see the Maserati and beautiful woman analogies above). However, early iPhones with the very first iOS versions of a kind could have really funny bugs.I mean I've re-sold iPhones and I've seen bad ones, but this one is the worst one I've seen ever.Just got the silver one, it's beautiful; my previous iPhones had all been black so I was tired of it and I'm not a fan of golden, silver one is just perfectSo been very lucky with lost iPhones and very kind people.Great post mate and im still loving mine, had a few snide comments at work about having a yellow phone but then caught the main one looking at new iphones on the web lol Still pick this thing up and love it, have gone white with 4, 4S and 5 but agree the black front totally works with the vibrant colours, white would just not give the same look im also amazed at the number of U turns from 5S back to 5C, love it, keep any more pics coming as love seeing them and it keeps this great thread going!Other phones don't bend in your pocket even when you are moving so no it isn't user error, it is either a design flaw or s bad batch of iPhones that came from one of the factories.Since t-mobile offers 15$ a month plan we can buy more iphones and port new lines into t-mobile up to five lines trade in some cheap verizon phones buy some cheap t-mobile phones and month later we get etf gift cards.64GB SG & 64GB GOLD ordered in store 9/22 Shipping window 10/30-11/10 GOLD shipped 11/11 out of Fort Worth no emails received from AT&T only one order traceable online (although both shown) online chat didn't work on Safari phone call at 3pm 11/11 rep says gold shipped SG pending GOLD shipped at 3:45 pm phone call to at&t was only way i can find status of SG phone they said a shipment of SG iPhones is expected from China in 2-3 days that the AT&T website is not perfect is not excusable considering their pocket books BE PATIENT FRIENDS - yours, too, will come no need to get yourselves upset or use unkind language towards hapless dronesBorg.... resistance is futile...you will be assimilated... you will be the same unsubscribed ps... am I the only one who thinks its weird that their iPhones are so important to them they cannot miss a call or text that its life or death each time... that given all that they actually put the thing down and walk away from it.This seems a bit shady, I would see the point with other phones with this kind of code, but with the iPhones, Apple maintains the imei white list.I suspect that even though some people simply got a bad Genius, many of the posters on this forum with bent iPhones that were denied a replacement phone were turned down due to their awful attitudes.I wasn't 100% happy with the keynote introduction of the new iPhones... they seemed mostly incremental and on paper weren't impressive but I was going to stick with my decision.Happy you're happy but understand that there are much better iPhones...Its so strange to me that Space Gray is more popular, since the iPhone 5 I was worried that Black iPhones might have become a thing of the past!I've never, never seen a bad photo on any of my older iPhones, my wife's 6 and my 6+ are also doing great, but ALL of them produce extremely bad pictures even if you zoom in just a tiny bit.Anyway, we just text and voice with the iPhones since we got tired of the very small screens and keyboards of our old "dumb" phones.People were screaming " give us bigger screens blah fingerprint sensor isn't spectacular blah" and now people are screaming " why are the new iPhones big wee the 5s is too big for my pocket"...FFS, im sitting here next to my front door waiting for my UPS 6 Plus delivery, which could come anytime from 9am-7pm, and now I have to deal with dorks from the forums complaining that their iPhones are horribly defective and atrocious.I'm excited for the new iPhones but I'm also happy with what I have now. Can't wait until it's revealed that Lord Zedd used his evil powers to steal all the iPhones, thus meaning that none of us are getting a damn thingI am afraid it might be the iPad 3 of the iPhones which had a worse performance than ipad 2 due to retinaIf they won't let you swap out your husbands iPhone for a dumb phone, then just do the above with two iPhones and a dumb phone, and use the proceeds from the sale of your iPhone 5 to defray the costs of your friend's iPhone 6.I've never owned a recent iPhone (the iPhone 4 was the last version that I owned) but in my experience all iPhones have been very laggy in opening apps, and especially bad at answering phone calls (many times the call ends before I can make the dumb "slide to answer" thingy actually work.I'm not saying there isn't flickering problem on some unit, on the contrary I'm sure there are defective units, I'm just saying it's not a problem for most of the iPhones .... Not completely sure, but I think refresh rate on a phone is not set by software.Check out this link: I'm just going to keep my iPhone 5s the way it is because it's barely noticeable (especially from a normal distance) and I've seen iPhones that are way worse than mine, so I definitely don't wanna trade it in for one that's worse. My 5S had the annoying resistive click when I pushed it certain ways, most frequently when I pressed it in the center and it made it really annoying to double press for multitasking but I am pleased to say that after close to 2 weeks usage it is now performing like it has on all the past iPhones.Alot of people have had there iPhones replaced for minor scuffing, apple don't care they will replace it for CUSTOMER satisfaction, please remember that the lowest model of the iPhone 5 costs 529 pounds and costs 140 pounds to produce, please don't comment if you're going to troll because you are a 'perfect human being' NO ONES PERFECT, take your music buying skills somewhere else, cause tbh no one cares.A Low Reflective Screen Mode For When You Wish To Read Ebooks On The iPhone Not as much real estate wasted on the front of the phone as current iPhones (The black part on the top and bottom of the iphone need to be much smaller, basically, almost all of the front of the phone should be the screen) It's ugly how much space/real estate is wasted on the current design of the front of the iPhone Front facing camera so that we could make videocalls, atleast while connected to Wifi N iChat Support Flash Support (I want to access hulu from my iphone damn it!)

All the things we thought the 6 would be, but wasn't: Wireless charging Waterproof Two day battery 20Mp camera Bezel-less Two gigs ram at least LED notification Durable Sapphire screen No ugly antenna bands No ugly protruding lens No bad screens escaping QC inspection Stable iOS Smooth iOS This would make a phone with paying a thousand bucks for.Cradlepoint MBR1400 with usb Pantech UML295 is a great enterprise class router with external antenna capabilities for the 4g and WiFi Jetpack works great for basic home WiFi / 4g access but MBR gives you full router options and you can always take the usb Pantech UML295 with you when you travelIt's kind of funny, because the camera and antenna lines seemed so wrong in all the leaks before announcement, but on the actual phone they don't bother me at all.I'm not worried about the protruding camera (I've had an iPod Touch for ages and the camera isn't affected at all, nor is it very noticeable) but those antenna lines look terrible and there's still way too much bezel. For me, the problem with the 6 is the impractical protruding camera - and those antenna bands/lines don't look great!I look at those candlewax antenna bands, boring rounded rectangle, cheap looking curved plasticky screen, ugly and buggy iOS... shake my head and walk out the store while a tear slowly rolls down my cheek.I would also put the 5 ahead of the 6 because I like clean designs and while I can live with them the protruding camera and the antenna bands look quite bad to me on the 6 (and the design more boring in general). They obviously look cheap, with those horrible antenna lines, but once you have it in your hand, it's shocking how cheap and flimsy it actually feels. There have been bad iphone situations like the antenna problem and 5s shortage etc but in its somewhat short history I dont remember a situation this appalling.I think most people think the iPhone 6 design isn't as nice as the 5s The bezels on the 6 look really bad and those antenna bands are horrific. The antenna bands looks hideous on the gold model, they stick out like a sore thumb.Horrible design, awful bezel, incomplete, ugly antenna lines.Ugly antenna plastic piece, and camera sticking out like sore thumb. The antenna bands were ugly before the launch, and they're ugly still. Those thick plastic antenna breaks stick out like a sore thumb and look cheap...and nasty.I will get iphone 6, and it will no doubt break sales records, but the antenna bands are just horrible, deeply contrasting and a heavy heavy eye sore.Yes I will get iphone 6 because I rely a lot on iOS, but apple has always been about clean simplistic design, these antenna bands are horrible and go against their previous product designs. It's filled with "that's so ugly" "look at those ugly antenna slits" among other things.Sure, the antenna breaks aren't ideal, but even Apple can't change physics and they look a darn sight better than on all of those horrible mockups. However it is possible for a defective gps chip to be off or maybe a bad antenna.

They can even post pictures after they sit on their phone and claim under the oath of the internet that it was always in their front pocket, in a case, and that they wear baggy microfiber pants because they are so terrified of bending their precious phone.Another funny part was the employee who replaced my phone, very nice guy by the way, analyzed the pants I was wearing and suggested if I had on pants like I was wearing at the time, to try and place my phone on the table when sitting down. With a case, it's not unwieldy, and I've found pockets other than those in my pants to fit the phone in (jackets, shirts, et cetera).I can see having to wear bigger pants if the phone literally doesn't fit, so that is changing your clothes for a device I guess if that's the case and you end up buying the phone, but I don't think it should bend just from being in your pants, assuming you can fit it in there obviously. After completely moving away from my 5S fully, I could not see the point in going with anything smaller as it has worked out well for me at the Gym, In the car and overall in the pocket, so far it has fit very well into my dress pants, shorts and track pant pockets. We can probably expect larger pockets, looser fitting pants, or maybe even some kind of fashionable lanyard type solution for wearing it around your neck.Oh dear Im fat, most pants are tight and the pouch things won't fit.and you want us to "Switch on that thing that sits between your ears" I had some of the earliest smart phones going back to windows phone's, ect.. and I never ever put a smart phone in my pocket most of the time, yes I do sometimes with dress pants, but never jeans, and I posted 2 links to 2 samsung phones that broke in pockets. But to any people worried about portability I must say the phone being so thin fits comfortable in my jeans which are pretty skinny and my slim fitting suit pants. If you go with the loose fit pants it will fit, I guess.I wear slim fit pants and suits as well so I was happy to hear of your thoughts.I wouldn't let the "will it fit in my pockets" conundrum dissuade you from buying this beauty of a phone because I believe it will fit most styles of pants except for skin tight pants. However, since I don't have a purse nor really baggy/cargo pants (I don't wear skinny jeans either, I wear stuff that looks good - and that's not anything really baggy and sloppy), I couldn't get over the size of the 6 Plus as I had worries about how it'd fit in my pocket - particularly when sitting down.haha nice needed to ensure that it would fit in my dock, pants, etc that's what I tell my wife anyway LOLNope - I knew I was getting a 6 when I woke up at 2:53AM EST I carry my phone in my front pants pocket all of the time, and did try a co-worker's 5.5" phone in my pocket a couple weeks ago; it fit, and I could sit if I adjusted the phone a bit before sitting, but it was way too obtrusive. If you wear form fitting pants/jeans that thing will look mighty funny in your pants...yes!Well, I tested the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with 5.7 screen in my pants pocket and it fit perfect!=D Hey, my work pants, khakis, suits, they're all tailored fit and slim, the 6+ would definitely fit there.Well, I tested the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with 5.7 screen in my pants pocket and it fit perfect!i am 6'5 and i too have tried the samsung note 2 with the bigger screen and for the first couple of days it was weird but after that i was use to the size and feel i do agree that would be ideal for them to release 2 differnt size screens but i do not think i would want a screen size as big as the note as it makes it very uncomfortable in the pantsI'm just thankful that Apple isn't like these cynical people here who are willing to scrutinize what kind of pants you wear, how much pressure you put on your phone daily, or your sentence structure to see if you're really lying to get a free new phone or not.My mom couldn't fit the Plus in a lot of her pants and my dad's hand got tired using the device. Then it shouldn't be new to you either that sitting with a cell phone in a tight pants pocket can subject your expensive device to undue stresses at best, and damage at worst.I don't have it yet, I do have placed a pre-order though, and the only thing I'm really 'worried' about is whether or not it will actually fit in my pants (front).Especially with the thinness these will fit normal jeans (not tight fit), most dress pants, and gym pants/shorts just fine.I'm worried about how it may look in dress pants, I guess I could always put it in my back pocket like a girl if worse comes to worse...

video
ois also works great for video I've seen tests where the ois 6 plus on video was superior to the 6 ois has a magnetic ring and this magnetic ring is what keeps the lens from moving from what i have read the magnetic protruding ring does not care if you are recording video, taking still pictures, or you are in low light. For video, the 6 and 6+ are basically tied in any kind of moving situation.what I find amazing is that after the success of Lewis bending video, which surely gave him some huge cash, nobody but nobody in this world came up with the idea of making a video of a straight iPhone 6 or 6 Plus being put in a pocket and then taken off it bent....by magic like all the bend cases we keep seeing on here....great video I am very happy with the camera they both have video image stabilizer the plus has OIS Optical Image Stabilizer which is for still shotsGreat quality and great video.I'm super happy at how fast video focuses too, I think the 6s is going to be the ultimate, the s version iPhones always seem to perfect the camera.Nice video, yeah the time lapse quality is great, better than the slow motion which on mine seems off, not as sharp.I'll gladly take amazing 1080p (30 or 60 fps) video, with great stabilization, over 1 gb, 30 second 4k ****.The OIS is great, and I could take a video of the road in front of me in a moving car, and in the playback the road and trees and street lights were all rock steady, while the visible part of the car's hood was bouncing up and down.Phone is cool i love the size not too big and keyboard is amazing now time to wait for jb.... Video is amazingYeah, before the launch everyone was pretty excited and happy and soon as the unbox therapy guy made that bend video everything went to hell in here big time.Hey mom we made a video, that's nice dear.I7 quad core, dedicated video card, blu Ray player and (I must say it) a GORGEOUS full hd screen. No problem, helped me verify it as well so I'm happy you brought it up Yeah, not bad at all though being able to make a years worth of salary simply by post a short, panic troll video.Second video is great, perfect.Great video OP, cute dog too.Nice dog, nice places, nice video, but very ugly music. The home screen looks perfect, video on youtube looks amazing, etc.The resulting video is hilarious and priceless.I went searching around and found this video, which I was very pleased to see the great results from.I just think there's something amazing about seeing the world evolve from a place where phones were huge plastic boxes that were attached to the wall with a wire and computers were the whole floor of a city block and only NASA and the IRS had them to today where we're debating whether a SIX OUNCE computer that's about 70mm thick, no bigger than a checkbook, can process MILLIONS of times more data than those old machines, is a still and video camera, a photo editor, a phone, a text messager, a Web browser, a motion sensor, a game system, includes a built in monitor, a rechargable battery that will power it all day and a high definition screen... is too big to fit in our pockets when we bend over to tie our shoes.OK. great, that is a good video and specially 4.7" iPhone looks great.I'm inclined to give this video some credit, to be honest...And, like you say, a good camera app fills in some of the gap -- my favorite is ProCamera because it has lots of good stuff for Video, too (like recording in 720p for less insane file sizes).I think video stabilization would be great along with a great low-light camera and much clearer picture-i don't think screens on phones will be 4k for several years-I can see them already making 2k tablets and some crazy expensive 4ktablets but i don't see them making 4k phones-maybe a 2k but that would be expensive. You deserve perfect cuz you paid for perfect , your not the bad guy cuz you demand your phone work , that's called taking a stand and not letting subpar quality control affect you because it shouldn't affect one of us , we as consumers should stick together on something like this and give each other the knowledge to get the job done , not doubt and call names like children Than why after 3 white box replacements through the mail with the same manager on the case did I get upgraded to a 5s white 16 gig , I'm begging people to not make statements that aren't true , if you suffer through 3 defective iphone 5 they will upgrade you to a 5s because after 3 refurbs they must give you a new device and they don't make new 5 anymore they only have refurb white box , I video tapped all 3 of my white box unboxings right from the signing to the opening and they all had scratched screens or something else and I had the proof , not only did I get upgraded I received a call from Erik from corporate who was stunned with what I went through and sent me a 32 gig iPod touch , just please stop assuming people are trying to commit fraud because we aren't , we are simply here trying to help each other get on the right path to enjoying their devices and if sharing my story and the email address of the managers that helped me gets something done for someone else and helps out one more lost person going through what I did that makes me feel great , we should all recieve perfect devices the first time and that don't happen but we have rights and should use themIf you are happy with VLC for other uses, most likely you will happy with Handbrake in terms of resulting video quality. You may never have to show the video to anyone but if the buyer tries anything funny you are going to be glad you have that video.A realistic look at the next iPhone from my perspective: PRIORITY Pre-installed Flash Removable battery More physical buttons for options such as profile 5.0MB camera or better Better battery life REALLY NICE TO HAVE Video conferencing and/or live streaming.yeah but that lag in your video is very serious and clearly seems to be something mechanically defective in your device if that is common, I came from a 6 to a 6 plus and the 6 plus is just as buttery smooth fast as the 6 that i came from, with no lag or stutters for me ever I also have TLC nand memory, which is suppose to be the worse NAND that causes some people issues but i myself have had no issues at all with it Try a hard reset (home and lock button until screen turns off completely) and also try turning on Reduce transparency in accessbility in general in settingsyeah but that lag in your video is very serious and clearly seems to be something mechanically defective in your device if that is is 6 Plus only.I'd love 2GB of RAM and whenever possible I like to double up on RAM, when building PC's I've been known to ram as much RAM (pun intended) as possible...maybe in a simple minded effort to just make things "better" but I've been using my rMBP which I only got 8GB of RAM for and compared to the 16GB RAM models its not insanely different...only difference is when I start doing INSANE things in video editing, I'm not talking about transcoding high res video I'm talking about doing some crazy ****** in After Effects and making the computer hot enough to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner....I don't think their is a whole lot on the iPhone 6 you can do that can push the RAM to the limit....I mean yeah opening a zillion tabs (which I am notorious for, I always have max tabs open) is one thing but I still find my phone to respond very well...Proving if his video is fake is irrelevant to the issue at hand.None of which means that bendgate is fake or that the YT video is fake in any case. You obviously get mad at the fact that the video was turned out to be fake.If he tried to fake a video he needed to fake it better. However, individual consumers and social media users who are viewing and sharing these videos are not motivated by ad revenue, but the claim that Unbox Therapy video was fake is fanning the flames for people to look for other videos and to discuss them. What I found weird about this video the first time I watched it is that he says that his focus was on the center of the phone, but looks like it bends near the volume rockers on the side more.. but he wasn't pushing on the middle; his thumbs were right on the side by the volume rockers and were bending it there, it's not because it's a more vulnerable area, it's because that's where he was bending it.Your thumb is freakishly big lol.. All your video proved was how awkward and cumbersome a normal sized thumb would beThe video shows very much that there is a problem and while this doesn't look too bad at the moment, I would be concerned that this is how it starts and it might get worst over time...If someone who has no affiliation with the video posts a racist comment, that might make the commenter racist. To those saying to "Buy a 5s": - Worse camera for both video and picture taking - Worse processer - Worse battery life - Sharp edged design - Thicker - No NFC (Yes, ApplePay is a big deal) Those are sacrifices people will make when purchasing last year's 4" model.Example: Angry Birds 2009 - 18mb file size Angry Birds 2014 on a larger screen iPhone 6 - 72mb 3.2mp camera 0.4~mb VGA video 1 minute 33mb 8.0mp camera 1.7~mb 1080 video 1 minute 142mb I hope my question made sense..Proceed to click the video result of the girl in long socks and Siri takes you to a site with lots of weird nudity...most of which is probably forbidden in the USA (tudou.com).My gf is scared to view a youtube video because she's afraid she will go over.
areas
That's hilarious I can say this though, I believe if Apple uses the same material as it is now, I bet they add reinforcement to those vulnerable areas! In areas I had GREAT LTE signal strength with my 5S.... on my 6 Plus is more on 4G... toggle airplane mode on/off..... goes back to fast amazing LTE, 3-5 mins later back to 4G... without even moving...Ive never had a problem in any areas with o2 CS is great, coverage is great. While wireless phones are great for mobility, it is funny how we've gone from wired phones offering crystal clear clarity for even international calls to tolerating low quality cellular calls, not being able to make/receive calls indoors, or dead zones outside major metro areas.A lot of 6 users are mad that their phones are deficient in a few areas, and that is understandable, however they shouldn't be in denial lol.T-Mobile does this, I think, because they need to dispel the notion that some have that worse coverage in many areas (particularly rural) = worse coverage everywhere.Excuse the questionable decoration... As you will see the stitching in several areas is problematic. The bad thing is I've been sick for a couple days and have been napping on my couch, but since I can see the road and parking areas right in front of my living room windows, every time I start to doze I hear something and am gawking out the window thus thoroughly destroying my nap, which is making me feel worse from my sickies. It's also not uncommon to see areas that only have 1-2 bars of LTE coverage, which is weird, because if you switch your phone back to 3G, Verizon rarely has coverage under 4 bars. This city is strange in that you have sketchy areas sort of dispersed in neighborhoods rather than one central area where it is bad.As far as Sprint's 3G speeds being abysmal in all areas, that claim is inaccurate.

I love the camera in the 6 Plus, it is truly amazing that we have a phone camera with optical image stabilization, just amazing, You only see this kinda stuff in bigger cameras, and not in phones, that's a + for the 6+ On the other hand, I've never owned an iPad, but I always wanted one since the first one.great video I am very happy with the camera they both have video image stabilizer the plus has OIS Optical Image Stabilizer which is for still shotsThis caught my eye from one of them -- "The image stabilization provides a nice improvement in sharpness in low light, but Apple used it in a very smart way to also reduce the noise in the photo (slower shutter speed and capping the max ISO lower).I'd hate to give up the gorgeous screen, optical image stabilizer and awesome battery life, so it's going to be a tough sell.Apple iPhone 6 Plus PROS Large, beautiful display Great camera with optical image stabilization Long battery life Fast performance CONS NFC can only be used for mobile paymentsboring, but the image is solid quality wise. But to this day, the image quality is astounding......cause of those great big giant pixels. So the reason you rejected this picture: in favour of these two: was because the second two were close ups - not because by themselves they make it appear that relatively minor bending which probably shouldn't have hurt the battery had caused an iPhone to catch fire, as opposed to the first image which shows the damage to actually be so catastrophic that it would almost certainly have resulted in a smashed battery making leakage and ignition just about inevitable on any phone.
media
Trust me, I had to work for it, I was considering selling the 3G iPhone last week on ebay for few bucks if it was worth that much...until I saw the Best Buy ad, the first day I went there they wouldn't take it, so I reached out @ their social media site and they gave me a $100 GC (being mailed), then I went back the following day back to Best Buy and they finally took my iPhone 3G 8GB and gave me $100 for it and also took my iPhone 5 for $180, I was super happy with it.Its a great phone, and for media consumption purposes its probably the greatest phone on the market.hmmm Its so funny in my mind to see so many people make fun of us Apple fan boys yet the real tools are the Samsung cronies who have succumbed to the massive advertising campaigns aimed at Apple. Its amazing how easily the Samsonians can be manipulated by the media. The Smart Cover for iPads is such a great tool to use to prop up the device on its own so I could set it on my nightstand to watch media without needing to balance it against something.Frankly, I would be disappointed if the media didn't make up something bad about the iPhone, would mean Apple didn't do it's job.Couple reasons... the rMini has the amazing Smart Cover that allows it to stand on a hotel nightstand, and the rMini's battery is way way longer and its overall screen size is almost double the real estate.. so going to keep using it as my media device :-)That is a great and useful addition to the app but I want send media that is on my iPhone to those DLNA devices (Smart TV & WDTV).To be quite honest, for that kind of money that Apple charges for a phone, you'd want something that as advertised and I can not believe the main stream media is letting Apple off the hook on this one!Until this iteration of the iPhone, display size and battery life were not as satisfactory for the amazing amount of media consumption done on a daily basis. For those that are that worried about this overblown controversy for media outlets to cash in on clickfest, here's a solution. However, individual consumers and social media users who are viewing and sharing these videos are not motivated by ad revenue, but the claim that Unbox Therapy video was fake is fanning the flames for people to look for other videos and to discuss them. It's very frustrating to see the media support people that do this but that's what's so magical about Social Media. We'll see if the problem continues and if every year it gets worse and worse and worse then I'm sure it'll be covered in bigger depth by the media and the general public will become aggravated as well.Just pointing out the desperate and ludicrous things the media says for views/ratings.Not ready for 'prime time', and in this societal funk caused by all of the downer talk from the media about damn near everything, I think Apple will take a farther harsh beating for it.Makes me realize once more what a greedy and evil corporation Apple is, how media can be bought and bribed to hide such an issue and how shallow people are.

great video I am very happy with the camera they both have video image stabilizer the plus has OIS Optical Image Stabilizer which is for still shotsHowever, if you're in low light and your hands are moving slightly (which they always are no matter how still you think you're holding them) then OIS can translate to two or three f stops worth of shutter speed and that means sharper shots in those specific conditions. Its a big beautiful camera, takes great shots (when I remember to carry it) But all my pics are taken on my iPhone because it is small, portable, and always with me.Better camera, optics and sensor with a higher megapixel count and phenomenal shots, 1080p capture, for its day second to none for a smart phone.Even the f/2 aperture for camera shots is really great quality for a phone camera, and looks great air played on my TV.I've got some pretty amazing shots with my 4S, and with the 5S easily outperforming the 4S I'm excited to see what I'll be able to do with it.Thank God this is only your opinion, I , and millions feel the total opposite and absolutely love and adore the new iPhone design, the Note 4 design is more cumbersome, it is a thicker phone, it is wider, it is heavier, and doesnt have tapered edges, it feels much more cumbersome in the hand, coming from a OnePlus One, the 6 Plus is noticeably better in performance, espcially when it comes to frame rate in games, it is much better and offers quite a bit better GPU performance then the OnePlus One's Adreno 330 GPU... Yup, conpared some low light shots with my 6 Plus vs 5S on my IPS monitor, and it is a dramatic difference, stop sipping the Android koolaidSucks you have a defective iPhone 6 with a bad camera, I am beyond enjoying the best smartphone camera on the planet right now and I have taken some incredible shots with my 6 Plus so far, go try an Android phone then where the cameras arent as good Android has its userbase because it is cheap, not because it is so incredible and amazing, 66% of Android devices are 2011 era hardware spec devices, Android's marketshare is so high because it is cheap (majority of Android marketshare is low end devices, the ones with low specs and very cheap, which hey is actually extremely good for the developing world...but it still comes with outdated OS too..)
mode
Like TVs they tend to set the screens to the vibrant mode to catch your attention in the store as we humans tend to like bright bold colours in those situations. In areas I had GREAT LTE signal strength with my 5S.... on my 6 Plus is more on 4G... toggle airplane mode on/off..... goes back to fast amazing LTE, 3-5 mins later back to 4G... without even moving...I would really like the OIS for the camera and the landscape dual pane mode for apps looks awesome (Though I find it annoying that they didn't add faces to iMessage on the 6...it already increased width from the 5s, the icons would fit fine.)Horses were perfect too as a mode of transportation for years, doesn't mean that when something newer that was better and actually had enough support and desirability wouldn't then be perfect instead.(The second biggest factor is that annoying, pointless, and confusing outgoing text sound iphone makes that can't be turned off in non-vibrate mode.It is the dishonest and unethical "people" (i use that word loosely) who violated the TOS by using it in tether mode.Perhaps leaving the phone on "demo" mode all day long "fixes" the display c. We all just have the worst luck and have in fact received "defective" displays 2.Got an email from AT&T though reviewing my plan and telling me stuff for my account, but who knows....happy for everyone in the group in shipping mode, feel bad for me, hahaA Low Reflective Screen Mode For When You Wish To Read Ebooks On The iPhone Not as much real estate wasted on the front of the phone as current iPhones (The black part on the top and bottom of the iphone need to be much smaller, basically, almost all of the front of the phone should be the screen) It's ugly how much space/real estate is wasted on the current design of the front of the iPhone Front facing camera so that we could make videocalls, atleast while connected to Wifi N iChat Support Flash Support (I want to access hulu from my iphone damn it!)

flash
It has an: Awesome camera Awesome screen Awesome speaker Awesome thinness Awesome processor Awesome Touch ID Awesome design Awesome flash Awesome battery life compared to all new smart phones it just trounces them.I want to stick with Apple, but for me to do so here's what I need: - A smarter, more intuitive and forward thinking iOS 8 - A better camera with improved flash - Sapphire screen (Not a fan of screen protectors, also not a fan of scratches on my screen) - Wireless Charging (Probably the feature I want most on the next iPhone) -Better battery life (No real complaints about the battery life of my 5, but improvements can, and should, be made whenever possible) - NFC (I want to link my debit card to my phone for fast payments) - An aluminum back that doesn't scratch up so easily when using the phone without a case (The iPhone 5 is gorgeous and looks/feels best when used without a case.Certain things are clear: 1- 64 bit processor is already implemented 2- Higher than average screen resolution is already implemented, it's just a matter of adding more pixels 3- Faster wireless streaming speed is already available Now if Apple figures a way to exploit the flash storage and use it like RAM when needed the multi-tasking will be kind of 'unlimited' or any other fancy adjective hyperbole used on the keynote stage.Using.. say Evo4G.. or something.. the text reading is like magic.. and with adobe flash.. nothing can be missed.. it is soo wonderful..A realistic look at the next iPhone from my perspective: PRIORITY Pre-installed Flash Removable battery More physical buttons for options such as profile 5.0MB camera or better Better battery life REALLY NICE TO HAVE Video conferencing and/or live streaming.3) Same if you want to use flash 4) "Reachability" 5) The above being weird and cumbersome, so you'll likely just use two hands.News flash, what's great for one person may not be great for another.excessive writes on nand flash is not ideal for longevity so I would have to disagree with that.My phone is a 3G not the 3gS Ability to transfer data via bluetooth (admittedly, i don't use bluetooth that often but it would be nice to have the ability to do so) 5 items on the dock instead of 4 (i had my phone jailbroken for awhile -not anymore- and really loved that option) Ability to open .ICS events natively especially when I'm traveling and my phone is the only option for email checking (i do not have an exchange account or mobileme) Flash (yeah, i know, extremely unrealistic given Jobs' comments about Flash not terribly long ago) An earlier post mentioned a drop-down on the home screen for wi-fi options, i.e, the same function available on the Mac desktop.A Low Reflective Screen Mode For When You Wish To Read Ebooks On The iPhone Not as much real estate wasted on the front of the phone as current iPhones (The black part on the top and bottom of the iphone need to be much smaller, basically, almost all of the front of the phone should be the screen) It's ugly how much space/real estate is wasted on the current design of the front of the iPhone Front facing camera so that we could make videocalls, atleast while connected to Wifi N iChat Support Flash Support (I want to access hulu from my iphone damn it!)
water
Lol exactly... she was worried about "pock-ability" but I showed her she still had plenty of room with her 5 and it's thinner...... She's going to gush over it (need that water proof sammy now) and I believe it will fit into her pocket just fine. You seem to be missing that, rinsing out the bad water with distilled cannot make it worse. If you're lucky enough that the water sensors haven't been activated then it might be worth a trip to the Apple store to see if they can replace the phone. It's kind of funny with this water thing, I had a second gen iPod touch a few years ago and somehow I managed to render the sleep button useless from my sweat on an arm band after a run.exactly or even worse water damage you drop it in a puddle, pool, something gets spilt on it...now AC+ sounds pretty cheapAfter hearing of people having issues with the 5s I was apprehensive about it working well on the 6, but no... it's been absolutely perfect, except for times when my finger is damp with sweat or water. In every case excluding maybe a rare extremely god awful console port pc settings maxed out blow consoles out of the water, those kind of graphics are not applicable to consoles, they at aren't powerful enough, no amount of optimization will fix that.I'd do the same, but I'd need to take my meds; and if I show to the store with the meds, I'd get mugged; and if I get mugged, I'll be in even more pain without my meds; and if I'm in more pain, I get angry; and when I get angry, I deploy and take revenge; and while I take revenge, my water bottle gets blown up in the collateral; and when my water bottle gets blown up, I have to go to Japan to get a replacement. My sad effort of sucking the water out of the headphone socket was in vain :/ I took it to the genius bar and they advised me that water damage is outside of warranty (which I knew but I was trying to wing it). This latest gimmick for water resistance is rather tedious and the 'solution' of cheap flaps, which feel like you're going to break them every time you charge your phone, is awful.A few possibilities: - Defective or damaged charging circuitry - Internal damage (either factory or otherwise) causing a tear in the lining of the battery - Defective or damaged cells - Moisture or water damage causing short circuits in the wrong places, or water or moisture coming in contact with the material inside the battery somehow.
side
Battery life, camera, and the biggest/best screen this side of the Galaxy Note 4 (great for GPS and games) are also some really nice things to have. That was the reason (as we all know In this factory by the sea) That the sidewalk so dark and hard Shattered and killed my iPhone 33 But his service was faster by far than the service Of phones who were older than he Of many far slower than he And neither the angels in factories above Nor the sidewalks down under the sea Can ever dissever my soul from the soul Of the beautiful iPhone 33 For my phone never rings without bringing me dreams Of the beautiful iPhone 33 And so all the night-tide I lie down by the side Of my darling-my darling I weep and I cry In the factory there by the sea On the sidewalk down by the seaon a side note, its nice to see a "friendly" thread on here for once!Having demo'ed both side by side, I felt the 6 was a great size and a perfect in-between point between the 5 and the 6+.- dead pixel - backlight bleed - uniformity (one side darker, yellower) - smudge / smear inside glass - dust inside screen - dust or dirt inside glass (outside of screen area) - recessed / uneven volume button (on one but not another) - sticky vibration button (normal ones have a nice firm click) - uneven pressure / sticky / unbalance on sleep wake button (normal ones have a nice click to it) - uneven home button pressure (perfect ones have a nice click to it, but this is personal preference) - uneven gap when assembled (run your finger on the edge on each side and compare for your 6/6+) - dust inside camera lens - general cosmetic scratches / chips / dings (Apple logo, aluminum, buttons, sim slot) And this list hasn't even covered technical issues like wifi, Bluetooth, Touch ID, vibration rattle, etc. This site is driving me crazy I can't keep coming here and obsessing on WHEN WILL I GET MY PHONE I'm not getting a damn thing done On the bright side I do have a fancy new iPhone 6 Plus CASE I can carry around and fantasize about what it might be like to carry around a real phone Maybe I should just go get a big 'ol magnifying glass to make my 5s look bigger in the mean time Oh and my wife - she thinks we all are crazy tracking every baby step our phones are taking from conception to delivery out the birth canal We are by the way .On one side it's okay but both sides would be annoying hence fitting it off center.I am really not angry at anyone...the simple fact that millions of phones can be shipped from the other side of the world in a matter of days is amazing in and of itself.I agree with you and totally get your point BUT now with IOS 8 + the new iPhones, i do not think 16GB is enough to work at a level that most people will be happy with and also have some freedom, it puts limiations on what one can or can't do - this is why Apple should have started with 32GB not 16GB, i am actually shocked that Apple even bothered to make a 16GB but i think this was a last chance deal for them...... a LOT of people travel and you need more than 16GB to just put some movies on a device movies have grown to HD and have iTunes extras + such, next step would be to drop SD - disney has upgraded every digital movie that years ago were only in SD to now HD + Universal will do HD if you provide them with digital info.....i have 3+GB left on a new wireless iPad mini (kids use) i did the update connected to iTunes so it took less space...had to delete every app off to update to IOS 8 - nothing else is on it as we use iTunes match - the apps are getting updated so much faster then ever before and they are being created for new IOS 8 and the app file size is bigger...then, bono (U2) is now working with apple to create a whole new music file/type, i'm sure it will take up way more space.... so while one could make 16GB work with wireless, iTunes match + the ease of using (the soon to come) iCloud storage for your photos + such, it is still very limiting - i don't need 64GB but i bought it b/c 16GB is way too small for me now and i will keep it for 2 years - in the past, i have always used 16GB.... also, people now have more options, they may want to upgrade every year, buy iPhones outright, lease iPhone's as everything has changed in the whole cellular game....in the next 2 years, apple has to drop 16GB, they got away with it this time by offering our lives in the iCloud and since we don't know yet what it will be like (on purpose i am sure) they played us to a degree - i say to a degree b/c on the flip side they offered 4 times the GB (64GB) for what in the past would have historically cost $200 more for $100 less - i love them, don't get me wrong, i am so happy with my 64GB iPhone 6+ and i love the freedom now b/c i was starting to not to have it with my last iPhone at 16GBA nice side scolding shooter like resogun would be awesome. This is the tacky Gold Phone that we worried Apple would make But this is the classy and desirable iPhone 5s that Apple surprised us with And this is the tacky Gold Phone that we worried Apple would make I'm not on the side saying it's horrible and if I ended up with one then I'd be fine. Also, they're the kind of stores that are small and are all side by side located in an unpleasant and not so popular district.I had hoped they would reduce the Home button or put it on the side, and have a great screen with a great form factor. To me it kind of just seems like people on both sides like to puff out their chest and talk about how much greener the grass is on the their side, whereas I like to take a step back approach and know that whichever side I'm on I can find great apps for what I need to do.On a side note, it's not really cheap to make phone calls in Japan (especially between different carriers), but data is cheap. That way, when you put it down, all of the holes on the side should align and have a perfect fit. That's the down side... but since I can't pull the apps out once they are in, I'm kind of glad there is a way to get the apps out.20 nm 64 bit apple A8> 28nm Snapdragon 805 Cameras are both top notch and cream of the crop , no real , clear winner there Touch ID is king fingerprint scanner sensor and the Note 4 swipe with your thumb BS is not as good note 4 has the best OLED display ever while the 6 Plus has the best LCD smartphone display ever, both are top notch, 6 has a little less resolution but still good Funny thing is that 6 and 6 Plus uses actually newer technology and more cutting edge hardware, a SoC on a 20nm manufacturing node custom designed by Apple In house own ISP now too Both are great devices though but people who say it uses "2012 technology" and "lol wow only 1.4 ghz dual core my Galaxy S3 is faster with 1.5 ghz dual core" just have no understanding at all on all this Fanboys gonna be fanboys , but the 6 Plus and 6 are actually one of the best if not the best peforming smartphone right now on both the CPU/GPU side Totally wrong , 6 and 6 Plus completly utterly destroys anything from 2012, the SoC (which houses the CPU/GPU/ISP/RAM) basically everything, is quite different and not similiar to tech specs back then ARMv8 custom design is drastically different then what has been used in the past What people dont understand at all is that you want faster better single core performance and better IPC always, espcially on mobile devices, this is beyond crucial and key for mobile developing (for obvious reasons; these devices using batteries and thermal constraints etc etc) Same thing with why a Intel quad core is noticeably faster then a AMD quad core thats clocked alot higher speeds then the Intel quad core Its because Intels single core performance and architecture design is SUPERIOR, very little people understand what even makes a CPU design, single core performance and IPC is beyond important and crucial and key for mobile , why would someone want to deal with more weaker single cores and code for all them and try to get parrlellization and efficiency on all cores properly when it is a headache already developing software and games for a bunch of cores on desktop(and multicore processors started coming out 8 years ago) Throwing more cores at it does not increase performance for situations and problems automatically linearly 6 way wide superscaler 1.4 ghz Enhanced cyclone cores on ARM's latest architecture design (ARMv8 or 64 bit) OP I suggest you look up on the A7/A8 details , it is more comparable to Intel Haswell processors then it is to what Qualcomm offers actually in terms of performanceI kept my 4s naked for the full 2 years I owned it, I upgraded to a 5s and was planning on keeping it naked until I dropped it on a tennis court and scratched the side, I immediately became paranoid and went out and bought the Apple leather case, Im very happy because believe it or not the case saved my phone after being ran over by a pickup truck!I guess I'm just batting around the idea of doing this and one side of me wants to do it immediately but the other side of me thinks it's not worth any kind of risk.Reminds me of the phrase: All of which is irrelevant to Apple Pay; unless you go live off grid on the back side of lonely mountain, banks and government are involved in your life.Your false bravado and incredulity are boring, and though it's hilarious that you're willing to declare the love you have for your 6 Plus out of one side of your mouth while out of the other judging people for buying devices made through what you deem child abuse and near-slave labor, falling back on tired "FOX News" insults just proves that you're a dime store talking head and not worth the time.Quite the contrary: it's by its very nature a shady business, and will bring out the shady side of everyone they encounter. What I found weird about this video the first time I watched it is that he says that his focus was on the center of the phone, but looks like it bends near the volume rockers on the side more.. but he wasn't pushing on the middle; his thumbs were right on the side by the volume rockers and were bending it there, it's not because it's a more vulnerable area, it's because that's where he was bending it.I was told to setup as new, which I've already tried Interesting thing though - he said that these apps are having problems, so I am going to try a fresh restore again, downloading the firmware again as well, as he seems to think it is corrupt (the firmware): backboardd, com.apple.WebKit, SpringBoard From my jailbreaking days, I know that backboardd is an integral daemon that runs along side springboard, which is also corrupt, per the tech Will restore as new tonight and report back tomorrow afternoon Let us know what they say!If you take into account that there are some fake answers on one end; also take into account that there are fake answers on the other side - Second, I don't think the problem is "the phone will bend in your pocket in your first couple of days of use", but "the phone will eventually bend in your pocket".Horrible build quality...the chrome bezel painting is wearing off, the battery cover scratches so damn easily and the screen gets ********s of fingerprints despite having an oleophobic coating... Now on the software side, things are even more ******... During my first 3 months of usage I had no problems with this phone, everything was fast and smooth.Impatient side of me is tired of hitting Cmd + R on my order status page.Seems strange -- imagine the other side of the coin where they don't have the one you picked out during the order because someone else switched out their ordered one for your color -- seems a bit unfair esp considering the lack of stock.I kinda lost respect for them because... out of one side of their mouth the say that everything about the 6+ is better and even go out of their way to say that the issue everyone was worried about was in fact a non issue in their tests but then say ohh the 6 was the better phone despite the fact that they wrote a whole article which would lead one to believe the contrary was in fact the case.On the flip side, AT&T or Verizon can raise prices $5 and people will call them evil and greedy.Even though that in itself is annoying, the fact that someone in a much higher level was probably told that by the tech department makes me wonder just how incompetent their tech side has become to give such stupid advice.Honestly, there are times I wish my iPhone 5 was larger(when I'm awake, walking around) and there are times when I find it too big(when I'm lying in bed, on my side, trying to hold it with one hand at a weird angle) Over all I don't miss the Nexus Galaxy I had(screen size wise) I don't have any problem with Apple allowing more choices in their line up.IDK why it sounded horrible I have a sprint iPhone 5 and whether he or not it sounds great either way I mean really if I can clearly understand the other person on the other side what does it matter !
mind
They feel great and the peace of mind is priceless.Yeah I got applecare + on my 6 Plus and im rocking it naked with just a ghost armor screen protector, applecare+ is very worth it imo , gives great piece of mindI always buy Apple care + it's a great deal and peace of mind is worth the extra cost, your paying $1000 for a phone so an extra $100 is worth it to double the warranty and to protect it from accidental damage.I am one that has insurance (ATT type) so I deem the piece of mind value is worth it to me because I know my personality and worrying about a breakage or a loss is worth $84.00 a yearI got Applecare + on it, this phone is way too beautiful to put a case on it imo, bought Applecare+ for peace of mind, and knowing I can get a replacement for around $80 if anything happens besides theft Much much better then having to pay alot more if you happen to bust your phone, Applecare + is awesome, and it's also for 2 years, AND boosts your 1 year limited warranty to 2 yearsMind blowingly hilarious replies hahaha you guys are sooo funny. It looks great, feels great and allows me peace of mind to lay it on a table or exercise machine face up or face down.hmmm Its so funny in my mind to see so many people make fun of us Apple fan boys yet the real tools are the Samsung cronies who have succumbed to the massive advertising campaigns aimed at Apple. Its amazing how easily the Samsonians can be manipulated by the media.Long story short, I'll continue to make the $99 investment for two years worth of piece of mind, or one years worth + an additional selling point a year from now if I sell it and get the 6s.Well this is the first thing that came to my mind I am a developer and I know there are many creative developers out there who could do great things with NFC on iPhone4.7 perfect for gym/working out perfect for jogging/running perfect for taking pics perfect for back pocket and ease of use to carry around for a man 5.5 perfect for movies perfect for editing pics/viewing perfect for music/dj apps perfect for games perfect for browsing websites and shop perfect for reading books i am so so so torn that i cant make up my mind.Agreed, maybe I'll change my mind once I have one but I've tried the Galaxy Note 3 before and hated how it two-hands was an absolute requirement to function At the moment the Xperia Z3 Compact is my personal favorite device on the horizon based on its compact size for one-handed use, flagship specs (snapdragon 801, 2gb RAM, micro SD, 20mp camera) and great battery size at 2600mAh.Security wise there is still little risk, but do keep in mind you're basically opening current exploits which may make your phone more vulnerable (I could be wrong about this). It's great there are so many happy 5c owners and I like how a lot of people (like me) had every intention of buying the S until they saw / held the C in person and changed their mind!Only in some apps mind you, like navigation apps you see much less on the iPhone and you get some weird banding display issues that make the map fairly ugly.Cause i just need to get drunk and take home some really ugly girl to take my mind of this crap...lol..Bear in mind that photos of these type of screen protectors on a white iPhone (like above) will make it look worse as the light refracts against the White glass screen and makes the edges look really bad.Sorry - I was tired and angry and naturally assumed people could read my mind. This thread should be the end of all those old jokes about women not being able to make up their mind Of course I'm making an assumption that many of these posts are made by guys so if you girls are annoyed I won't blame you and anyway ever since guys became indecisive about what size phone to get, it looks like changing one's mind has moved from joke territory to inalienable right. So, in my tired and frustrated state of mind, I decided to put it in my mouth. In short colors invoke an emotional response for a healthy mind (I say that because a flat/blunted affect or sociopaths may not apply) without a rational basis. If its sounds cheap and nasty it is cheap and nasty in the customers mind. This phone is simply beautiful and not just hardware wise... but most importantly, it marries the software and hardware unlike ANY OTHER IPHONE ever... IOS 7 is simply created with iphone 5c in mind.

amount
Devices that are worth between $100 and $199 will net $200, while smartphones worth more than $200 will yield just the original trade-in amount. And let me tell you about the amazing wonders of having 3GB of ram, the magical huge amount that was so seemingly magical. This colored plastic adds a slight amount of thickness to the paperclip, making it a much tighter fit (if it will even fit at all). They wanted to include a larger amount if ram but the real world cost, both monetarily and power consumption wise, was too great.USCC is a perfect fit for them due to the amount of rural LTE already deployed in the Northeast and it perfectly complements their 700B/C holdings. With iOS7 and the iPhone 5S adding a great amount of security, it would be great if we could set up a password to switch the phone off... Oh well...Seems kind of silly the amount of hoops people are jumping through to get a "perfect" iphone 5.1gb of RAM in this year on a device that is this high priced is horrible, especially when the Air 2 got 2gb of RAM and the amount of apps and tabs held in the background are far more than this paltry 1gb horribleness. And my posts usually attack the iphone and apple when it comes to ram because this amount of greedy pathetic gimping of a device is disgusting and I make no attempt to disguise how much I hate this decision.False again, it is as expensive or as cheap as the case warrants given not the amount in controversy but the amount of discovery needed and the number of witnesses needed.Until this iteration of the iPhone, display size and battery life were not as satisfactory for the amazing amount of media consumption done on a daily basis.Something my note 3 never achieved, most likely due to the insane amount of 3rd party applications required just to dumb down samsungs clunky and poor written software. The phone bends, bends pretty badly under the right pressure but that doesn't mean you'll ever achieve that amount of pressure in the phones lifetime, dismissing the fact it doesn't bend is plain dumb and ignorant. In every case excluding maybe a rare extremely god awful console port pc settings maxed out blow consoles out of the water, those kind of graphics are not applicable to consoles, they at aren't powerful enough, no amount of optimization will fix that.Being able to defer payment at no cost is usually worth it, maybe not as much for such a low amount, but that money will be worth less later than today.Mayhaps the "punctuation keys" on their keyboard are broken/busted, or else the nerves that control the fingers that tap those keys are defective, or they have motor neuron disease and get tired "puffing" at the keyboard, or perhaps they only have a finite amount of time left on this Earth and have decided not to waste it on the split seconds of time it takes to punctuate thought trains. Its a point of contention because most cases are ugly and some people the amount of money they send on cases and films they could damn near buy another phone they certainly could pay for AppleCare+.
scratches
Glad I just bought a 4S, no scratches or bends here and it's the most beautiful phone ever. They are scratch resistant, just not scratch proof, I am pretty sure "iom-strengthed glass" is just another name for Gorilla Glass i got my 6 screen covered in Ghost Armor clear screen protector....I love this screen protector, perfect cutouts, perfect size, fits the whole glass display, had a guy at the kiosk did it, no air bubbles at all anywhere, complete clean and clear installation, it is flawless and you cant even tell sometimes that there actually is a screen protector thats how well installed it was(guy at the kiosk did it, put it in a heat box, popped all remaining other air bubbles/pushed them out) I feel very safe and secure with this Ghost Armor protector lol I know it will hold up great and absorb alot of scratches over time instead of my screen Honestly , literally there is not much you can do to protect your screen without a screen protector, a OCD guy like me, where i never keep anything in my pocket with my phone but my phone, where I am always shaking off my pockets to get all lint/sand out before I put my phone in there so nothing can scratch it in my pocket, blowing on my phone sometimes throughout the day to get dust/lint off of it from my pocket, and being very careful where I place my phone (Never in a car cup holder etc) and even doing all this, all my smartphones that I had owned even with care like this, I always still end up finding micro scratches on the screen build up over the months, doesn't affect actual screen display like i dont see rainbow lines or anything like that, but still micro scratches all over the display, it is almost impossible to guard from really with no screen protector you honestly can't do nothing about it and it's not "cheap Apple" , its just not sapphire glass display lol.I do think the space gray looks sleeker, but was afraid of scratches being more visible, and the silver looks too plain next to the bold colours of the other two choices.- dead pixel - backlight bleed - uniformity (one side darker, yellower) - smudge / smear inside glass - dust inside screen - dust or dirt inside glass (outside of screen area) - recessed / uneven volume button (on one but not another) - sticky vibration button (normal ones have a nice firm click) - uneven pressure / sticky / unbalance on sleep wake button (normal ones have a nice click to it) - uneven home button pressure (perfect ones have a nice click to it, but this is personal preference) - uneven gap when assembled (run your finger on the edge on each side and compare for your 6/6+) - dust inside camera lens - general cosmetic scratches / chips / dings (Apple logo, aluminum, buttons, sim slot) And this list hasn't even covered technical issues like wifi, Bluetooth, Touch ID, vibration rattle, etc.I was evaluating my brothers "flawless" 5S for him before we sold it, and while it was immaculate, there were micro scratches on the screen. It is an awesome case and just about the perfect case for me, because I'd prefer to go naked, but I'd worry about scratches and the iPhone is just too darn slippery on its own.I want to stick with Apple, but for me to do so here's what I need: - A smarter, more intuitive and forward thinking iOS 8 - A better camera with improved flash - Sapphire screen (Not a fan of screen protectors, also not a fan of scratches on my screen) - Wireless Charging (Probably the feature I want most on the next iPhone) -Better battery life (No real complaints about the battery life of my 5, but improvements can, and should, be made whenever possible) - NFC (I want to link my debit card to my phone for fast payments) - An aluminum back that doesn't scratch up so easily when using the phone without a case (The iPhone 5 is gorgeous and looks/feels best when used without a case. That's frustrating to have scratches and blemishes all over you phone especially when all you've done is have it in your pocket...or even worse...a case.As I've posted before, decide whether or not getting a replacement is worth it knowing you might get a phone with a worse screen, scratches, issues, or is bent out of the boxHorrible build quality...the chrome bezel painting is wearing off, the battery cover scratches so damn easily and the screen gets ********s of fingerprints despite having an oleophobic coating... Now on the software side, things are even more ******... During my first 3 months of usage I had no problems with this phone, everything was fast and smooth.I had to go through 6 iPhone 5 devices because one had horrid crackling during calls (every call, to any number and however strong the signal was), four had loose buttons (including the one I ended up keeping), and three had nasty scratches on the casing (as well as loose buttons on two of them). To me the silver ring looks a little cheap and IMO will deff get scratches, I'm picky like that with my phones.

type
But think about only one thing: if Apple could add a micro sd slot or a proprietary type of card for the iPhone and lock them only for the music this would be a great business.... Be honest 16 gb are enough for anything but music, videos photos and apps are very well fitted in the 16 gb space...I am one that has insurance (ATT type) so I deem the piece of mind value is worth it to me because I know my personality and worrying about a breakage or a loss is worth $84.00 a yearI highly recommend Ghost Armor screen protector, well at least if you have a Ghost Armor kiosk by you, they do the installation extremely well and use some type of heat box to get all the bubbles out and for the screen protector to really perfect itself And as for the protuding camera lens, i am not worried at all about getting scratched because its covered in sapphire lens, almost essentially unscratchable, its a 9 on Moh's scale out of 10(10 being diamond)I think it's driven by some kind of "Look at Me" type condition, where these people want to be credited with finding some kind of worldwide issue with a product designed by one of the biggest tech companies on the planet, with arguably the hottest design team on the planet. We can probably expect larger pockets, looser fitting pants, or maybe even some kind of fashionable lanyard type solution for wearing it around your neck.I received my 6 Plus yesterday, physically it is the most perfect apple device I have ever opened, no marks of any type at all, very happy with the assembly QC on the outer case. The bigger screen of the Nexus 4 was and still is beautiful to me, the freedom to change keyboards was a big thing and swipe to type is an amazing feature. Also T-Mobile have great customer service, perhaps because they have something to prove, regardless I always liked that, people around here associate T-Mobile with people who are less well off financially (its arrogant but thats the type in my area) but from all accounts T-Mobile customers are pretty happy as of lately and it seams everytime I blink they get better and better. It's perfect -- large enough to read things, play games, type comfortably, etc., but small enough to use with one hand and fit perfectly in a pocket.I got my 6 on launch day and 2 days ago my husband upgraded from his 5s - he got the plus for me and I gave him my regular six The 6 plus has a beautiful big screen but it was not pocketable and is too big to carry and use IMO- I love to bar hop with my husband and attending Niners and Giants games without a purse so it didn't work for me I saw two ladies using their pluses and they looked frustrated trying to stand type and hold the plus however my sister loves hers - even named it the gold finger lol I ended up taking it back and getting him a regular 6.Then again if his phone came in mid-Oct, thats actually when UPS starts to really starts to pick up with Holiday orders already..damn, thats a depressing thought, I am really not the happy Christmas jolly type heheh.Bear in mind that photos of these type of screen protectors on a white iPhone (like above) will make it look worse as the light refracts against the White glass screen and makes the edges look really bad.its big yet i can fit it in one hand and type and all that i did with my 5s i just gotta get a case i be scared I'm gonna drop it at work and all thatInstead I get a sad reply of an immature (insert random age) person who believes I could give a damn on what type of phone he decided to buy.
cover
The plastic cover has perfect fit & finish and crucially, not only does it allow access to the removable battery, but most people would have it covered by a case. The Smart Cover for iPads is such a great tool to use to prop up the device on its own so I could set it on my nightstand to watch media without needing to balance it against something. But yeah, it would be nice to have a smart cover. All I'm saying is because the 6+ is now so big and encroaching on tablet territory, it would be nice to have a Smart Cover offered for it as well.Couple reasons... the rMini has the amazing Smart Cover that allows it to stand on a hotel nightstand, and the rMini's battery is way way longer and its overall screen size is almost double the real estate.. so going to keep using it as my media device :-)I mean on my black iPad Air the green smart cover looks great! An all red (RED) one doesn't actually sound very appealing either, although I do have a few (RED) iPods and a 'Smart Cover'...Horrible build quality...the chrome bezel painting is wearing off, the battery cover scratches so damn easily and the screen gets ********s of fingerprints despite having an oleophobic coating... Now on the software side, things are even more ******... During my first 3 months of usage I had no problems with this phone, everything was fast and smooth.I almost went in for the Samsung Galaxy4 when it came out because i really liked the larger screen and the android widgets..What held me back was a outright pathetic feel of the phone (I thought it was too fragile, and I hated the leather cover)...If Samsung does come out with a metal unibody for the GS5 (along with other improvements and/or additions) I see a lot of people like myself contemplating switching (even if the devise is still inferior to the ip5 in terms of build quality)...So i hope for my sake that apple comes out with a larger screen (Around 4.7-4.8 would work best for me) as I really do not want to break the apple chain (Have had every iphone till date)..

quality
Good savings, great call quality, great LTE speed...-Excellent build quality - Consistent battery life - Great performance - Almost flawless stability - Very bright display - Best app quality when compared with Android - Don't have to wait for carriers when system updates release - Excellent audio quality -Touch ID is a blessingI love it because it's ultra thin, flexible, quality and looks good!Btw this phone is awesome I switched from a Note 3 and couldn't be happier with the quality and just overall great phone this is.By the way feature wise, screen quality etc I'm pretty happy with (im a plus user).I think this turned out very well: Really happy with the quality, fantastic detail, depth of field, vibrant colours, I think its amazing.Great quality and great video.Nice video, yeah the time lapse quality is great, better than the slow motion which on mine seems off, not as sharp. The iPhone 6 and 6+ are definitely worth the upgrade and a very nice product with excellent build quality and a fantastic screen.I want them to have great sound quality, great noise cancellation to be comfortable and great bass.Or without returning and waiting it out until they become ubiquitous in stores... And being the most popular device that Apple sells, I know and have experienced quality taking the bench next to just pumping these things out, getting them in every one and their mothers' hands and making those quarterly earnings looks AMAZING, INNOVATIVE, PROMISING.It has nice build quality, feels great in your hand.I don't think it's unfair to say that 99% of iPhone users would be happy to wait an extra second if they could have the screen quality of a samsung device.Amazed by the quality compared to dedicated cameras.Software wise, hardware wise and build quality wise.. That's why I ended up with the iPhone 6+.When I brought it into the Apple Store I told them it had to be defective when manufactured because that couldn't possibly be the quality Apple designed. The woman working there was nice enough to charge us "only" the $109 they charge right now to replace the screen, even though the whole device had to be replaced.Funny thing is that the picture quality does increase tremendously when switching to black & white Again, for a smartphone the camera in the 6 is no different than previous models, it works fine so be happy with it.Gaming has always been great on my 5s, and i don't really see where they could make such a massive leap over it, like they did with the 4s over the 4.. they could up the resolution, sure.. but the quality right now still is great.I'm happy with my battery life and I need to test the camera more, but I'm quite satisfied by its quality so I'm very happy of my iPhone 6my .02$ I have the 4.7. coming from a 5s pro's Camera great Battery great screen color A+, screen coating A+, Brightness A++ Cons: camera lens pokes out imho the foot print is to big, screen size is ok but the phone as a whole feel to big for a 4.7 inch i think it's missing the apple quality design/feel.Their the first buds that truly fit comfortably in my ears, great sound quality (in my estimation) and they actually last.Astounded with the quality, very, very happy.I think Android users will be in for a really good treat with the 6 one huge thing I am excited about is apps that open a browser in the app itself and not in Safari, they will now have the same exact speed as Safari itself, Apple is extending its updated Nitro Javascript engine to all apps now, so when a app opens up a browser in the app itself, it loads just as fast as it would on Safari that will be alot faster now, im excited for that+Apple A8 speed, apps are going to get a nice speed boost display quality on the 6/6 plus is ridiculously good, full sRGB range, the viewing angles, there basically isn't any viewing angles with this screen, it really doesnt distort when you look at it from any angle only ever so slightly(15% the most) at absurd viewing angles, dual domain pixel technology is a big deal,Makes me happy to think that we can capture precious moments so readily, and with great quality as well. One thing you always can trust Apple for is an amazing quality of product, and also an amazing quality of service if something is wrong with that product.I had them for about 6 years (2003-2008), and their data was horrendous but call quality wasn't bad.I am kind of glad that the 8MP stayed... the dimensions are just fine and the file size won't increase... unlike the quality of the photos.I think that the iPhone 6 design is absolutely amazing and incredible, how thin it is and all the technology its gonna be packed in it with that build quality (aluminum/sapphire glass screen or synthetic sapphire) Thing looks absolutely beautiful if leaks are true, its gonna be a absolute joy to hold and use and look atWhile wireless phones are great for mobility, it is funny how we've gone from wired phones offering crystal clear clarity for even international calls to tolerating low quality cellular calls, not being able to make/receive calls indoors, or dead zones outside major metro areas. With the HTC One M8 you get build quality, awesome speakers and a perfect screen.- Reworked UI with trendy nonsense out and haute design in again; - Ability to choose default apps; - iCloud and Apple Maps that are at least as good as Google's services; - Some kind of widgets/dashboard/"Now" screen; - Some kind of a user-friendly take on file management; - Swype-esque keyboard; - Quality onboard speaker; - Usable iTunes sync functionality on Windows; - More wear-resistant case.Even the f/2 aperture for camera shots is really great quality for a phone camera, and looks great air played on my TV.You agree not to misuse the Service or Device, including but not limited to: (a) reselling or rebilling our Service; Now on the software side, things are even more ******... During my first 3 months of usage I had no problems with this phone, everything was fast and smooth.I had 2.3 gingerbread android phone for 18 months and while android itself was fun to use the weak hardware and lack of regular updates let the experience down considerably. So much stuff could be done even without having to root your phone. Then I switched to Lumia 520 and it was a breath of fresh air the simple yet elegant ui is great windows phone 8 is a cool ecosystem.Just this week I bought iPhone 3GS with ios 6 which is a little inferior to iphone 6 i would guess and I like the OS it's smooth and fluid and the phone is also well built although camera quality is not so good but everything else is good.So I like all 3 platforms equally well. What with a paltry 1GB of RAM and a cheap build quality, what a downer for all that money. But then again I look at my girlfriend and the way aw uses and chargers her phone (careless, whenever) and the quality of her battery life is awful. But, I'm moving to a neighborhood with horrible reception (NIMBYs have banned new towers), and supposedly the 5S/6/6+ have better quality antennas. It was so obvious because 1-4 were worse than the worst for outgoing call quality.I wish HTC would concentrate on quality as well, HTC ONE is a beautiful phone but it needs work to become better...not hardware wise, but software wise...HTC too can create a ecosystem of its own that utilizes simple things like an iCloud competitor....or even start going with Ubuntu EDGE!all brand new in sealed boxes just makes me wary about getting another iphone in the future which is a shame because they are lovely phones but i don't have much confidence in their build quality anymore.I bought my daughter a new iPod touch 5th gen today and wow it seems like a lot more quality control is going on there cuz it's flawless it's beautiful not a mark but give it a few months right lol.... yeah, two brands notorious for their quality It is THAT sound, and very picky people on forum like this call it "rattle" like it was a maracas ....Those of us who went from original iPhone to 3G or 3GS were surprised how cheap and plasticky it felt (combined with the lighter weight), along with the worse build quality. And damn, if you have a 12 track album only taking up 60MB, I feel so bad for you for the poor quality it must be in.I almost went in for the Samsung Galaxy4 when it came out because i really liked the larger screen and the android widgets..What held me back was a outright pathetic feel of the phone (I thought it was too fragile, and I hated the leather cover)...If Samsung does come out with a metal unibody for the GS5 (along with other improvements and/or additions) I see a lot of people like myself contemplating switching (even if the devise is still inferior to the ip5 in terms of build quality)...So i hope for my sake that apple comes out with a larger screen (Around 4.7-4.8 would work best for me) as I really do not want to break the apple chain (Have had every iphone till date)..
